Promoting The Continental Marshals Service, Service Contact

 Arguably the best, most effective and eager to serve, International peacekeeping organization America has to offer! Announcing, yet again The Continental Marshals Service for The United States of America (Unincorporated).

We put together a couple honorable mentions on our pktfnews.org site as we were setting up shop mid, 2023. But, we feel honored to be among the first to continue publicizing the diligent work these men strive to provide the American people on a daily basis.

Through several of their own ups and downs; struggles and accomplishments these men located sporadically across all ten Postal Service Areas maintain a consistent vigilance where lawful peacekeeping transcends State boundaries. This endeavor in and of itself is quite different than any of the other two peacekeeping services provided outside Assembly functions!

These same men must continuously analyze work detail, unlawful practice description, environmental and priority threat assessment, imminent danger scenarios, behavioral criminal reporting, inventory, requisitions, service proposals, investigations, vetting, etc. and the like- all while being made available for interfacing with several of their own Incorporated counterparts.

Throughout their several years long journey so far, The Continental Marshals Service (CMS) stands waiting, ready and willing to serve the American people by working hard to protect the people and their private assets against all criminality taking place within their Jurisdiction.

Right from the start, CMS maintains passing a rigorous Entry level Exam, designed by their Chieftain for all interested American men prior to further consideration into their service ranks!

From that point, they also maintain a multi-phase interviewing process culminating into a Final Out interview with The Senior Chief Marshal himself. Once passing each of these entry phase lines, all newly Inbound Continental Marshals are then tasked with the duties and responsibilities that parallel counterpart services across all ten Postal Service Areas, and upon those States that fall within those separate Postal Areas of Responsibility.

The challenges have been both small and great in terms of service development over the past several years, but these truly dedicated men have met each challenge with relative ease matching their own individual peacekeeping determination.

CMS has also invested considerable funding of their own, with no outside subsidiary assistance towards development or service maintenance since they took on the role of Land and Sea Jurisdiction, peacekeeping service. Most have contributed hundreds, if not thousands of collective hours and funds to achieve the level of knowledge and serviceability under which they currently operate.

And, although their services often times go unnoticed, nevertheless they are honored to serve and eager to consider adding to their Chieftain ranks as they continue building out all ten Postal Service Areas to Full Service Capacity.

CMS is currently at - approximately 35% service rate nationwide. They are reporting expectations to be at 70% or greater by years end.

Our Day Zero (Introduction and Training to the role of PKTF - Assembly Liaison

 We had an impressive turnout during our Day Zero meeting event last night.

Participation from over 15 American States attended the 90 minute presentation, with nearly a dozen other American States enrolled and expected to attend for Week One on March 16th.

This evening we provided Introduction to what the role of State Liaison is in general terms along with the upcoming Training aspects for follow-on meetings.

Each Assembly Liaison meeting maintains no more than 90 minutes duration. Anyone may join the meeting if provided the meeting invitation. However, we also maintain the need to moderate participation, so as to cater the necessity for a truly information packed 90 minute meeting experience.

We aim to dedicate all of issues for March, April and May, 2024 editions on pktfnews.org at describing in concise detail what The Peacekeeping Task Force provides to all American State Assemblies, and what is currently not provided.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) - Assembly Liaison

 Our inboxes have been met with significant interest in seeking more details about the role, while more continue to flow in daily.

The role of PKTF - Assembly Liaison is at the State level yet is provided by way of the Federation of States, through The Peacekeeping Task Force as a perpetual, yearly service opportunity.

This means that, rather than sunsetting (as does the role of State Coordination at the Federation level once each State Assembly qualifies to rejoin the Union of States), the service role of PKTF - Assembly Liaison (an appointed role as a Federation service asset (PKTF)), however, does not sunset.

Much more detail will be provided on the pktfnews.org website as a featured article this month as meeting minutes are recorded. This sub-article, however, is only published to provide exclusive details before all semi, featured, or full-featured articles are published on pktfnews.org. • We are hosting scheduled meetings with people from each State Assembly as Liaison education and training to everyone who enrolls. Each meeting is currently scheduled for bi-weekly attendance until midway through the 6 week iterations.
• At the midway point, these meetings will begin transitioning to a weekly schedule. The above map illustrates how many States are currently enrolled in the training.
• The Day Zero (initial training week) is scheduled for this weekend, March 2nd, 2024 and is slated for 1.5 hours each. These meetings facilitate a hard-start and hard-stop approach regarding meeting minutes.
• For our readers who might be interested in joining the initial training week, and especially if you do not see your State highlighted in the image above, please feel free to enroll here > Enrollment.

• There is still time to enroll. Meeting times for all scheduled conferences are on the same day of the week and time (beginning at 7:30 PM Eastern).

Announcing our States Map Tracking Progress Towards Ex parte Milligan

 Thanks, and congratulations to all State Assemblies who have been in a positive position along their journey towards Ex parte Milligan qualification examination thus far.

The monitoring aspect of this tremendous campaign is truly a cut above all others! In terms of profound significance resulting from any one of our American State Assemblies qualifying to invoke this pivotal measure- simply to observe such a stellar achievement is simply phenomenal!

The map above illustrates a realistic representation of several American State Assemblies who has reported significant progress towards qualifying for the invocation implementation of each their own Jural Assembly focus respectively.

The entirety of all four American State Assembly Pillars within the structure, at the State level is the particular goal. All American State Citizens elected to carry out State business, and American State Nationals who are working diligently within Committee to establish the completion of these four Pillars - is what provides for such an accomplishment.

The amount of hard work and dedication it takes to build towards this achievement results in a truly honorable service and brilliant outcome!

Without question, this opportunity can only come about once in a lifetime, perhaps even several consecutive lifetimes does an opportunity such as this manifest and become known on the world stage.

Additional reports are beginning to trickle in that other American State Assemblies are drawing nearer as well; some only mere weeks away in some instances.

My team here with The Peacekeeping Task Force write about these matters as they are nearing success from our State Assemblies. We are amazed at all the such labor of love shared between such fine mem and women. These are the types of experiences that easily convinces our team that - not only are we are on the right side of history, but that we get to experience such genuine hard work through respective, can-do behaviors and mentalities these Assembly men and women possess.

Meetings With the Federation of States and Other State Assemblies

 We will be meeting with the honorable members of the Federation of States soon to continue discussing the various means of achieving the goals required to illustrate proper peacekeeping measures to the world.

As our readers are aware, The Peacekeeping Task Force possesses it's own platform/s designed and dedicated to capturing such interviews and meetings held throughout the offices.

For example, when my staff and I meet we will be discussing with one another many of the details and decision factors that take place during intermediate periods of service production such as during Executive Sessions.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) currently maintains virtual meeting spaces where meetings are hosted, held and maintained by the various means and methods of recordings and talking points by minute marks. We maintain numerous, distinctly separate spaces due to the slightly complex nature behind certain projects being developed while each of their component details are discussed. 

Most meetings, workshop discussions, interviews, post interview discussions, brainstorming sessions, Q&A, exclusive podcasts, other in-house meeting sessions specific to various projects etc. all typically last no longer than 90 minutes. Most After Action Review meetings and follow-up staff meetings typically last no longer than 30 minutes and are recorded in most cases.

Our small team has only recently begun building further upon the various different meeting spaces described above. During previously held meetings, we were confined to a much smaller environment where flexibility and variety was sacrificed for overall convenience and familiarity during those (previously relied upon) limited meetings space options.

Now, we have begun branching out in multiple directions where networking, featured broadcasting, demographic reach, overall support, and platform variety are now a significant part of our operating business model.

We are happy to add more clarity and discuss working examples of these types of  meeting tempo during future articles as topics such as these and others like them take on more experience throughout 2024.

At the time this article is being published, The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) intends to provide worldwide interviews with Subject Matter Researchers of various topics and general interests outside of all immediate State Assembly development.

Exclusive interviews provided and uploaded onto the Brighteon platform, hosted by PKTF staff depends largely upon available time we are able to devote towards such content in the near future. The purpose of this project at this time is to stay ahead of the anticipated influx interest of what we offer and what The American State Assemblies all across America are doing as well.

The Role of Assistant Director with The Peacekeeping Task Force

 We currently have three separate Directorate roles with The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF).

The PKTF is currently in need of a competent, status-corrected man or woman to head up our office for Assistant Director. The decided structure to settle the number of our Board Members to three positions, rather than a full-level staff variation was simple. 

The PKTF was initially constructed by the Federation of States to function with minimal executive oversight positions. This decision was made from the outset of PKTF service conception.

To this date, the office holders of the PKTF remain content with growing this office no further beyond three key roles.

The following outline adds general dimensions to these offices responsible for providing serviceability to all American State Assemblies where peacekeeping operations are expected and provided.

A cursory outline:

(Executive Director - manages all levels of Administration where projects are approved. The managerial aspect that encompasses PKTF roles and responsibilities involves Project Development, Priority Planning, Scheduling, and Service Implementation.

This Director also leads the functions of the hiring strategy but does not necessarily carry out such physical functions of the hiring process.

(Assistant Director - maintains all key aspects of the Executive role within the Directorate Staff, but whose conclusive oversight or final decision-making determinations remain a derivative of Executive-level responsibilities. The physical hiring, firing or lateral promotion process of all lower level positions are generally managed by this office.

The Assistant Director assumes all administrative functions within the PKTF structure, in combination with, or in the temporary absence of Executive-level roles and responsibilities throughout everyday business dealings.

(Associate Director - manages all other aspects of administrative supervision and comprehensive reporting and compliance authorizations. This Director is the highest Administration Office responsible for monitoring the leadership positions within the body functions of any company where physical production takes place.

The key role of the Associate Director within the PKTF focuses largely on front-line oversight of all authorized projects as those projects progress beyond the development stage of operations.

Take notice the "hinge point" between these three vital directorate positions is that of the role known as the Assistant Director.
