Guardians of the County: The Central Role of the Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff and PKTF-Assembly Liaisons in Assembly-Led Disaster Response

Why Every State Needs Recognized Points of Contact for Effective Peacekeeping Task Force Service, Continental Marshals Process Serving, and Public Accountability

Introduction

Every disaster—whether wildfire, hurricane, flood, or industrial accident—unfolds within a county, making the Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff (County Reeve) the indispensable authority at the heart of every lawful response, investigation, and enforcement action.

However, the effectiveness of the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF)—operating as a service arm of the Federation of States—depends critically on the presence of PKTF-Assembly Liaisons at both state and local levels, as well as other vital roles such as the Marshal-at-Arms and the Assembly Militia Commander. Without these recognized points of contact, the PKTF and the Continental Marshals Service face significant challenges in fulfilling their service obligations, particularly in process serving and enforcement of Assembly findings.

A Follow-up to our Latest Article Regarding PKTF - Assembly Liaison Participation

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all State Assemblies actively participating in this most noble of peacekeeping advocacy roles:

On behalf of The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF), we extend our sincere gratitude to all 50 American State Assemblies and Foreign State Assemblies worldwide who have pursued the peacekeeping training that began in 2024. Since then, PKTF has received ongoing interest from well over half of all 50 American State Assemblies, with the majority of the remaining assemblies now reaching out to our offices with growing interest.

While the concept of having State Assembly members conduct the work to validate their own State Assembly Militia progress and service projects is valuable, this venture has faced challenges in expressing its overall purpose and intent. A small number of Assemblies still struggle to comprehend the priority need to integrate a peacekeeping advocate from the Federation - a dedicated American State National who would advocate for current and future peacekeeping operations on behalf of their State Assembly and provide an additional layer of validation for their sovereign right to self-govern lawfully and peacefully.

This effort aims to prevent misunderstandings regarding the purpose and intent of American self-governance, particularly in exercising Land and Soil jurisdictional responsibilities owed to themselves and their collective county assemblies.

Our Directorate Staff would like to thank each State Assembly that has contributed to this effort, as well as the Federation Fiduciary Office for bringing this fascinating initiative to reality. Currently, approximately 30 states are participating in this service, with several more among the remaining 20 State Assemblies showing interest in joining the upcoming 2025 Series Training Schedule, even those without a definitive State Assembly Militia sub-pillar.

If your state lacks a PKTF - Assembly Liaison or has not yet discussed this role in General Assembly, please contact your Marshal-at-Arms for more information about internal and external peacekeeping roles to bring back for future meeting discussions. For those seeking information independently, please review the relevant sub-articles and comment as needed.

Together, we can demonstrate to the world that The American States Assemblies are dedicated to the peaceful restoration of all pillars of our American government - one productive and peaceful pillar at a time.

Vetting Services as Provided by The Continental Marshals Service

One of the numerous services of The Continental Marshals Service (CMS) is the opportunity to provide an unbiased approach to vetting for all American State Assemblies.

CMS began offering (and still maintains) this service during 2020-2021 for each Assembly in the hopes that doing so would offer yet another layer of fairness when interviewing for select, key offices within each State Assembly Pillar.

So far, CMS has been successful at providing individual vetting services, as well as Vetting Training for all Assemblies ready to schedule both interviewing and interview training material. The California Assembly was among the first to receive full vetting services and training according to what is displayed as interviewing and training found on their landing website.

To find out more about the following three offices, where CMS is concerned, in terms of offering vetting services, cick here.

The offices currently offered for vetting are:

1)    State Vetting Chairperson -
2)    State Treasurer -
3)    State/County Coordinators -

Regarding Coordination:

According to what has been reported lately by the Federation, and confirmed by CMS the most pressing interviewing campaign currently being sought is the role of State/County Coordinator.

American State or County Assembly

For those interested in learning more about any of, or all three of these particular service categories and the offered training material on how to more properly a fair and balanced training environment within your State Assembly structure, please feel free to inquire further by providing them in the comment section below this preliminary article.

When our offices are provided with an established volume of questions regarding this, or any other articulated topic, we will eventually prepare and provide a full-featured article on the pktfnews.org magazine site as well - at a later date.

To help spearhead discussion early, we encourage our readers to provide questions below at this time.
