Examples of When Alleged Peacekeepers Miss The Mark

Strengthening State Assemblies Marshal-at-Arms to Sergeant-at-Arms: A Call for Responsibility and Communication

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) plays a significant role in helping State Assemblies, Assembly Militia Pillar achieve validation for announcing it's standing and recognition within the Federation to the world as part of its own Fiduciary responsibility.

Despite PKTF's fairly significant, readily accessible information resources, ongoing and interactive training, and dedication to advocacy, two specific State Assemblies—one on the East Coast and the other spanning both sides of the Mississippi River—are still hampered by their own cultivated choice of sharing with themselves numerous bouts of misinformation.

It has been reported by their own sources that the issue lies with some among their Marshals-at-Arms offices who have been derelict in fulfilling their duty to conduct due diligence, spreading disinformation as if it were fact. Such behavior can lead to erroding the trust needed to maintain healthy decorum in their Assemblies and stands in the way of overall progress toward self-governance.

The Federation Fiduciary Office is well aware of these same self-inflicted, Assembly burdens. Such careless setbacks have now begun turning these same Assemblies into a bit of a punchline to jokes among other observers from other State Assemblies that face no such issues whatsoever. This embarrassment can be avoided with proper service training and accountability to ensure accurate information is shared. It is time to tackle these issues head-on, clarify PKTF’s purpose, yet again for these two up and coming Assemblies, and call for all responsible leadership among genuine peacekeepers that values communication and cooperation based on fact.

What PKTF Really Provides

PKTF offers three key services that enable State Assemblies to achieve Standing and resiliency toward Assembly Seatment:

1) Advocating for Safe State Border Defense

PKTF supports Assemblies in adopting firm defense positions, such as looking to successful examples similar to Switzerland's Canton system and other defense-only strategies that help support commitment to statewide safeguarding. This strategy emphasizes self-governance and resiliency at the community level, creating a platform for local autonomy while maintaining coordination with larger state and federal efforts.

2) Facilitating Interagency Collaboration

PKTF bridges communication gaps between State Assemblies, State of State law enforcement, and other entities. This includes advocating for natural resource management (e.g., water, food, seeds, machinery), emergency medical supply chains, safe route security, and cross-state logistical coordination during disasters. Examples include:

Radio Communications: Constructing secure networks via airways, rail systems, waterways, and interstate roadways.

Emergency Travel Coordination: Offering safe transportation for medical teams and supplies during emergencies.

3) Coordinating Emergency Operations Across States

PKTF acts as a communication hub during natural or manmade disasters. It facilitates coordination of neighboring states' resources to enable quick response and relief interventions. For instance:

Establishing heavy equipment repair teams for relief project recovery.

Supplying power generators or other vital resources to affected areas.

These services are not imposed by an external force but are implemented by members of each Assembly itself, showcasing the highest form of self-governance.

The Role of Internal Peacekeepers

Marshals-at-Arms are key components within their State General Assemblies as internal peacekeepers tasked with fostering trust, ensuring truthful information flow, and guiding their Assembly toward success. Unfortunately, misinformation—such as the false claim that PKTF is solely an "inspection" organization—has shown to be a careless, thoughtless, and gross neglect to service information causing unnecessary lack of trust creating senseless confusion that inhibits progress.

It is important to emphasize that PKTF does not exercise external control or supervision over State Assemblies. Instead:

The services provided by PKTF are intended to be performed by Assembly members themselves.

This represents the height of self-government: It is the people and tbose of the People who serve them within their Assembly—trained with the best resources available from the Federation—providing these services directly to their own communities.

Without an engaged set of members working together to bring PKTF’s services to their Assembly in an honest manner, these Assemblies will persist in flailing and delaying their own progress toward validation.

A Call for Action

The time is now for these confused Marshals-at-Arms to step up as responsible internal peacekeepers. Here’s what is encouraged as a - need to happen:

Obtain Proper Information from Reliable Sources: Marshals-at-Arms must directly communicate with PKTF staff or other Assemblies with operational PKTF-Assembly Liaisons rather than relying on unverifiable sources or ill-informed colleagues who do not have such same Liaisons.

Assign a PKTF-Assembly Liaison: Having a Liaison attend General Assembly meetings ensures proper information dissemination by providing direct answers to questions from a trusted source rather than perpetuating misinformation from outside influences.

Retire Practices that Foment False Information: Disseminating inaccuracies undermines faith in the Assembly and misguides members down false paths that stifle progress toward Standing and Seatment.

This Path Forward

PKTF embraces all proposals offered by the Federation to bolster community resiliency and state defense posture. By adopting these resources—modeled after successful systems like Switzerland's Canton governance, for example—State Assemblies can begin to foster self-reliance while enjoying strong inter-state cooperation.

It is not some - "external" "invading", as these two State Marshals-at-Arms have been persuaded somehow to think - outside force that will bring success—it is the honest, peaceful, and direct work of each Assembly's very own members working together toward Standing and Seatment.

Success is within reach; it is up to these Marshals-at-Arms to rise to the task, prioritize correct communication, and do what is right for their State Assembly before further embarrassment ensues due to avoidable setbacks.

And, as a last word of encouragement for those fast and loose internal peacekeepers who have done their part to perpetuate service inaccuracy about PKTF to your General Assembly - if Standing Validation and Seatment are what lies ahead of you as an Assembly, now or in the future, you might want to strongly consider advocating for those willing to help you with that from among your State Assembly members because - - and this cannot be stressed enough - - it will not be someone from outside your Assembly that will make that happen. It will be those from among you with the proper training and willingness to work together to make success a reality.

Always sincerely optimistic,

From the Peacekeeping Task Force to All American State Assemblies

"Guide us to where your inner peacekeepers are located in your State Assembly Militia sub-pillar, and we will meet you there."

A sincere thank you to the 20-31 State Assemblies that have taken serious steps in peacekeeping activism. Your commitment to training, coordination, and progression demonstrates the strength of our shared mission. Yet, the past year has not been all smooth sailing, particularly in the area of communicating with Assemblies that are at varying stages of development. Miscommunication internally and silence have generally been the causes of unnecessary hurdles.

"Communication is King"—without it, there will be delays. PKTF is determined to walk beside each Assembly where they are in the process of assembling and bringing them along.

The Role of the PKTF - Assembly Liaison

The PKTF - Assembly Liaison provides critical services to all American State Assemblies, including:

State Assembly Standing Validation: Ensuring all offices are properly elected, published, and ratified by the Federation.

Peacekeeping and Law Enforcement Interface Advocacy: Helping Assemblies develop rapport with local and national law enforcement agencies.

International Outreach: Expanding the reach and authority of State Assemblies globally.

Emergency Services Maintenance: Providing equipment and training for effective emergency communication and management.

These services are offered at no charge for training in service management within the Peacekeeping Task Force. With participation levels currently ranging between 21-29 members per State Assembly from among the mean of just over 30—and growing monthly—PKTF remains committed to fostering collaboration and success.

The 6 Development Categories of State Assemblies so far

Each Assembly currently falls into one of six categories based on its development stage and growth trend. PKTF strives to meet each Assembly where they are, offering tailored support for their peacekeeping goals.

If you are now, or considering soon correcting your own political birthright status, and are aware of the current condition of your State Assembly, see where yours sits within this list of categories

1. Fully Functional with Major Interim Posts

These Assemblies have:

State Coordinators who have been selected.

An interim Marshal-at-Arms who actively engages with PKTF on State Border Defense systems.

An Ombudsman Service that is seeking training.

A functional or developing Oversight Committee.

PKTF's Role: These Assemblies are well-placed for Standing validation. PKTF provides guidance on conducting valid elections, posting results, and gaining full validation by the Federation. "Just point us to where your internal peacekeepers are, and we will meet you there."

2. Close to Completion but Missing Elections or Specific Roles

These Assemblies are close to completing requirements but are missing:

An interim Assembly Militia Commander or official elections for key roles.

PKTF's Role: PKTF assists these Assemblies with durable concepts and Federation wide updates on all other Assemblies in developing their Assembly Militia sub-pillar which best  prepares them for Standing validation with actionable plans.

3. Missing Ombudsman Service

These Assemblies have all other interim roles filled but lack an Ombudsman Service—a critical component for internal peacekeeping amid conflicts.

PKTF's Role: PKTF focuses on advocating for proper training, as well as surface level education preceding adaquete, certificable training establishing an Ombudsman Service while, themselves assisting greatly in the development of their own Assembly Militia sub-pillar.

4. Lacking Key Roles and Training

These Assemblies have significant gaps, including:

No acting Marshal-at-Arms working with PKTF on fundamental issues such as State Border Defense mechanisms or Assembly Militia build-up.

No Ombudsman Service or Assembly Militia Commander because of a lack of training efforts.

PKTF's Role: PKTF offers initial guidance to establish a legal foundation while prioritizing education and training.

5. Little Coordination but Lacking Core Offices

These Assemblies have a measure of coordination but no:

Interim Marshal-at-Arms or Ombudsman Service actively engaging in peacekeeping or border defense concepts with PKTF.

Assembly Militia sub-pillar.

PKTF's Role: In these cases, PKTF must engage directly with the General Assembly Coordinator as a temporary extension of the Federation when there are no other internal peacekeeping components.

6. Inactive or Unestablished

These Assemblies possess no quantifiable activity:

No identifiable State Marshal-at-Arms engaging in concepts of border defense or militia formation.

No Ombudsman Service, Assembly Militia sub-pillar, or available State Coordinators.

No internet presence or other evidence of organization.

PKTF's Role: As a last resort, PKTF contacts any available coordinator to encourage first steps toward lawful organization.

The Challenge of Engagement

In some rare cases periodically during 2024 situations, interim Marshals-at-Arms have, for some strange reason, and with no viable reason to do so, had chosen NOT to engage with PKTF on valuable discussions related to State Border Defense mechanisms or how their citizens could achieve this vital peacekeeping task through the Assembly Militia sub-pillar. As bizarre as that might sound when spoken by many of our readers, this was a true occurrence during 2024. Needless to say, this gross lack of engagement - decided by the one of two internal Assembly peacekeepers chose not to promote peaceful interaction which has significantly slowed growth in those certain States where these conversations are essential to advancing safety advocacy and organizational development.

The Importance of Communication

The pinnacle of PKTF’s services is built upon ensuring safety, maintaining open dialogue about safety protocols, and being well-organized in the event of an emergency. Without effective communication skills, all Assemblies risk unnecessary delays in their development process.

To all Assemblies: take this opportunity to further your cause for state sovereignty and peacekeeping. Together, we can ensure all Assemblies possess the tools they need to succeed!

From interim Marshal-at-Arms to State-elected Sergeant-at-Arms

Some exciting developments to absorb as all State Assemblies move forward.

An example of a De facto Territorial Sergeant-at-Arms service logo
All American State Assemblies' Sergeant-at-Arms service logos will vary

The Federation for The United States of America has just brought to light its developments in the exchange from the interim Marshal-at-Arms to the traditional State-elected Sergeant-at-Arms, bringing attention to its significance in Assembly functions. Historically, the Sergeant-at-Arms was a bastion of peacekeeping within land jurisdiction, with a mission of upholding decorum and discipline under Assembly proceedings. The Federation had restored the Marshal-at-Arms as an ad hoc official on a temporary basis during the State Assembly process, supporting General Assembly operations until States fully achieved Standing and Seatment.

When Assemblies approach the point of full Standing, this interim position will be renamed the classic Sergeant-at-Arms title, as appropriate to its traditional role. This is a step toward greater State-level peacekeeping responsibilities, with the Sergeant-at-Arms being a visible public presence—available, neutral, and firm in maintaining order. The Peacekeeping Task Force will provide further training and details on this process, promoting cooperation among State-elected Sergeants-at-Arms and peacekeeping groups.

Furthermore, the working relationship of Assemblies and the Marshal-at-Arms has included reporting incidents of member misconduct to ensure accountability. With States becoming fully capacitated, this system will be strengthened under the new Sergeant-at-Arms roles, enhancing Assembly operations and peacekeeping effectiveness. Upgrades are expected as training negotiations roll on this year.

State Assembly Functions and PKTF's County-Level Peacekeeping Initiative

The Four Pillars of State Assembly functions play distinct roles in maintaining lawful self-governance.

From the State General Assembly down to the State Assembly Militia sub-pillar, each level serves a unique purpose. However, it's crucial to understand that The Peacekeeping Task Force's (PKTF) county-level peacekeeping outreach initiative operates independently from these established structures.

State Assembly Functions vs. PKTF Initiative

The PKTF's county-level peacekeeping custom design logo initiative is not directly associated with or managed by the State General Assembly or any County Assembly function. This outreach effort is exclusively provided by PKTF for The United States of America (Unincorporated) and is open to individuals of any jurisdictional or political status.

Benefits for State-Elected Marshals-at-Arms

State-elected Marshals-at-Arms can take comfort in knowing that PKTF is fostering gradual, non-invasive methods of peacekeeping outreach. This approach helps build awareness without interfering with established State Assembly functions.

Promoting Local Governance and Self-Determination

The PKTF initiative encourages individuals to embrace self-governance, the concept of "last man standing," and conscious self-determination. It aims to support the establishment of current and future County Assemblies on Land and Soil Jurisdiction.

Jurisdictional Distinctions and Collaboration

PKTF is designed to garner support and collaboration at the local level, promoting clear distinctions between jurisdictions while encouraging mutual respect and support. This effort complements the State Border Defense and Defense Forces by raising public awareness of the need for local peacekeeping.

Addressing Potential Concerns

If any issues arise from PKTF's county-level promotion that affects the office of state-elected Marshal-at-Arms, these concerns should be addressed through proper channels. This includes reporting to the Federation-sponsored State General Assembly coordinator via a Federation Criminal Incident Report or an escalated Ombuds Mediation Request.

Optimism for Increased Visibility

PKTF is optimistic about this initiative's potential to increase visibility for American Counties where American Common Law and Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction are practiced. The goal is to expand awareness of one State and one County at a time, gradually building a network of informed and engaged communities.

Grassroots Engagement and Collaborative Support

This clever initiative helps promote lawful peacekeeping by allowing men and women to support and use this initiative within their own local county environment. Participants can choose to assist, support, or work in cooperation with fellow statesmen at the State Assembly level, creating a network of like-minded individuals committed to peaceful coexistence.

Preparatory Function and Inclusive Participation

This proactive approach can greatly assist each State, as well as each current and future County Assembly with their own General Assembly where the Marshal-at-Arms and Sergeant-at-Arms will work. It's an early way of offering assistance by interested men and women of any jurisdictional limitation, helping to prime each Assembly peacekeeper and provide better peace of mind while attempting to keep Assembly members safer during internal meetings or decorum safety when meeting during Assembly functions.

Educational Opportunity and Non Intrusive Approach

By raising gentle awareness and healthy curiosity, the initiative helps people learn about American Common Law and the importance of peaceful coexistence, potentially improving the quality of life for all involved. As an exclusive PKTF outreach campaign, it operates outside of official State or County Assembly functions, allowing flexible participation without interfering with established structures.

Addressing Concerns and Emphasizing Benefits

Any Marshal-at-Arms, especially at the State level, expressing issues with this exclusive outreach effort should gather their fact-based items of concern through the proper challenge mentioned above.

It's important to keep in mind that this is an exclusive PKTF outreach campaign that anyone can choose to support, participate in, and use for any lawful and peaceful means outside of their State or County Assembly.

It is only meant to help bring gentle awareness and a healthy dose of curiosity to anyone who may happen to see and inquire further about what American Common Law and peaceful coexistence mean and how nurturing such concepts can greatly improve the quality of life for everyone involved.

By promoting this initiative, PKTF is helping to create a foundation of informed, engaged citizens who understand the principles of American Common Law and peaceful coexistence. This grassroots approach to peacekeeping awareness has the potential to strengthen communities and support the work of official Assembly peacekeepers in a non-intrusive and positive manner.

The Specific Importance of the State-elected Marshal-at-Arms Office

Although The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) does not currently assist with the Evaluation, Education, or Coordination aspects of the office development for Marshal-at-Arms, we absolutely rely on the existence of this noble service within each American State Assembly.

Without the operational exercise of this internal peacekeeping role within each Jural and General Assembly, PKTF services become severely limited in assisting the Assembly as a whole! Without a state-elected (even interim) Marshal-at-Arms any American State Assembly struggles against potential hemorrhaging of numerous vital safeguards each Assembly deserves.

For example, PKTF relies intently on the successful implementation of State Marshal-at-Arms services during operations from the lawful expansion of each State Assembly Militia Pillar.

Through this necessary expansion, the following peacemakers and peacekeepers result:

Each County Reeve (Sheriff) and their resulting deputies originate within the Assembly Militia. Likewise, the Senior and Postal Service Area Chief Continental Marshals and their Postal Chief Deputy along with each separate State Chief Continental Marshal and their resulting County Deputies. And last, but certainly not least we have the honorable, brave, and ever vigilant State Border County Defense Citizenry and their Militia Community Service Supply and Support Apparatus through their Assembly Leadership.

All these vital peacekeeping functions can only take shape properly when the express service operation of the State-elected Marshal-at-Arms is present and accounted for at the State level.

Rudimentary graphic image representation of a possible concept Marshal-at-Arms or State Chief Continental Marshal Star.

American Land, Soil, and Sea peacekeepers, however, would ideally not have a circular border around any star, but rather an open border denoting sovereign State power to uphold lawful, peaceful obligations.

And so, if your State Assembly is currently without an interim (or elected) Marshal-at-Arms and your current State Coordinator is unable to serve temporarily in this capacity (while also serving as a volunteer State Coordinator), then PKTF needs your help.

Our 50 American State Assemblies have enjoyed a nationwide network training and neutral collaborative affiliation meeting twice monthly for all interested State Assemblies seeking general training and networking opportunities. All are welcome to join in on the training who reach out and express an interest. If your current State Coordinator is not yet aware of this opportunity, please have them reach out to our office at their earliest convenience for more details.

However, if you are interested in the role yourself, simply inform your General Assembly of your general interest all on your own. You are not expected to need State Coordinator approval to attend general training opportunities if they are available, and that your own schedule will allow.

Please note:

Anyone interested in this vital training and affiliate networking opportunities as a State-elected (or interim) Marshal-at-Arms does not need initial approval by a State Coordinator before joining in on the training meetings. All that is needed for those American people to join is a genuine desire to learn and consider the office as it is being offered, and a genuine need at the State or County level to serve as part of its internal Assembly peacekeeper.

All this and more are waiting to be built upon by those State Assemblies that might be struggling needlessly to properly expand and protect your respective Assemblies. Without internal peacekeepers such as Marshal-at-Arms, your Assemblies simply cannot naturally grow.

Please be cautious:

If therein exists within your Assemblies any notion to forego the office of elected (or interim) Marshal-at-Arms, then it is reasonable to deduce that your Assembly might be suffering from some level of infiltration tendency (be-it notional or otherwise).

If your Assembly is without a Marshal-at-Arms, and you would like more immediate information, please contact our office by utilizing the Contact Form at the bottom-right of this blog for express details. Our PKTF Staff will assist in getting you in contact with those responsible for conducting general training and nationwide networking schedules and invitations.

The Most Effective Means For Conflict Resolution

The evening was felt less comforting than it would have been as the sun went over the crystal blue, cloudless horizon for me yesterday.

It was myself, along with a complete roster of The Continental Marshals invited to a special meeting for a particular growing American State Assembly to the south. I must say this meeting was quite unique! However, regardless of the rarity of those having attended, the theme of the cause for the meeting itself was the familiar "Conflict Resolution" issue.

And, I must also say these particular conflicts are largely - similarly internal by nature of the details, and are (almost entirely) the same relative conflict details my team and I have witnessed other Assemblies struggle through, and who have now also arrived at the other end with impressive perseverance!

The genre continues to be an all-too familiar selection among the people. The theme of the scenario is also well known. The stage has been set. The only differences in this occasion, though are the simply location of the altercation and the people involved are - themselves fairly new to the scene.

The remedy, however, for the repeat occurrence of train wreck type drama scenarios is (and will always appear to be) a proper and complete internal conflict cooperative resolution asset service.

A possible abstract depiction of a State-elected Marshal-at-Arms and State Assembly-appointed Ombudsman Service

If only for the fact that the Federation of States thought it best to have both The Continental Marshals Service and The Peacekeeping Task Force in special attendance to offer help by sharing joint perspectives on the issues - was, indeed an interesting, and uniquely productive opportunity!

This particular Assembly has reported to have been grappling with such issues for a significant amount of time already (perhaps for well over a year). And, although those currently serving within the Assembly does appear to be active and eager to grow their Assembly, they currently lack one or two elements built to help restore harmony amongst mounting issues.

Please meet:

  • The State-elected Marshal-at-Arms

&

  • The State Assembly-appointed Ombudsman Service

Without both these service providers; one State-elected to maintain singular loyalty to the State Assembly organization itself.

...and the other (a separate and impartial organization) an Assembly-appointed role built to offer an exclusive environment by effectively intercepting bonified grievances to a proper setting - thereby shielding the General Assembly meeting floor from excess internal issues.

And, of course, this then sets the entire service journey of Conflict Resolution into a very impressive productive motion!

Needless to say, without both internal peacekeepers working in correct tandem to deal with real, or perceived conflict, then this (as well as any other government service structure) will falter, become stagnant, grow bitter towards serving members, accuse others, one to another frequently for any negative progress, and so on.

Regardless of the scenario. Regardless of the Assembly. Regardless of the genuine honesty of the people and caliber of their Citizenry. Without an existing, balanced team of internal Assembly peacemakers geared around providing Conflict Resolution will always - always struggle unnecessarily!

To all other American State Assemblies currently without:

Please consider placing immediate focus on the service role of State-elected Marshal-at-Arms Assembly-appointed Ombudsman Service.

If there be a learning curve for either, or both service roles, then this is another fine opportunity to exercise self-governance by seeking knowledge and comprehension on how these two service measures work together providing excellent results of resolving most all internal conflicts.

We encourage reaching out to other industry leaders, other successful State Assemblies, as well as the annals of history to find valuable information on how these two Assembly peacemakers work together, and how they are designed to function as a most cohesive unit.
