Embracing Ongoing Progress: The Vital Role of PKTF-Assembly Liaisons in State Assemblies

A Progress Report in the Form of a Friendly Article

PKTF - Progress Reporting Icon

As Land and Soil Jurisdiction Assemblies prepare to enter Full Assembly Session, the importance of State Coordinators and PKTF-Assembly Liaisons cannot be overstated. The time has come to broaden our focus beyond general member intake and embrace the critical development of State Assembly Militia and Special Purpose Committees.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) plays a crucial role in guiding American State Assemblies on matters related to lawful border security measures and inter-state cooperation. However, it has come to our attention that some State Coordinators may be hesitant to support these efforts within their State Assembly Militia sub-pillar.

It is important to emphasize that any reluctance from State Coordinators to support this initiative without valid cause is a serious delinquency in their role of supporting lawful State and local county Assembly growth. The success of our Assemblies relies heavily on the active participation and support of all members, especially those in leadership positions.

For Assemblies nearing Standing status or still in development, appointing an educated PKTF-Assembly Liaison should be a top priority.

This role is vital for all stages of Assembly development, facilitating communication and coordination between the PKTF and individual Assemblies. The PKTF-Assembly Liaison serves as a bridge, ensuring that vital information flows smoothly, and that Assemblies are well-equipped to handle the evolving needs of our federation. Several states, including Missouri, are actively participating in lawful, peaceful exercises to enhance regional State Assembly militia Special Purpose Committee capabilities. These exercises are not only beneficial for individual Assemblies but also contribute to the overall strength and resilience of our network.

We urge all State Assemblies to seek information on these ongoing developments and engage in proper outreach efforts. It's crucial to recognize that American States are international in nature, and the Peacekeeping Task Force operates within this jurisdictional realm. Maintaining contentious behaviors against lawful and peaceful cooperation efforts from qualified, status-corrected Americans is counterproductive in the broader international context. Instead, we should focus on fostering collaboration and understanding among all parties involved.

If any State Coordinator is currently experiencing communication gaps within their Assembly - be it with Assembly members, coordinators, or individuals seeking viable means of cooperation and state assembly involvement - we strongly encourage them to come to the table and begin broaching these subjects of conversation. The same applies to issues related to Federation of States peacekeeping services in the international jurisdiction space or areas where de facto subcontractors are causing significant lack in Assembly progress. Shrinking from these opportunities for discussion only hinders our collective progress.

The Peacekeeping Task Force is structured to create a cyclical approach towards Evalution, Education, and Coordination of all peoples involved across available meeting spaces. This includes, albeit in a limited fashion, State Coordination cooperation. By engaging in open dialogue and addressing concerns head-on, we can work together to overcome obstacles and strengthen our Assemblies. To all those who are actively involved in their State Assembly restoration progress, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your dedication and hard work are the driving force behind our movement. For those still considering assembly participation but may be experiencing issues or contention about joining their State General Assembly, we encourage you to reach out and voice your concerns. Remember, every voice matters, and your participation is crucial to the success of our cause.

As we move forward, let us focus on maintaining cooperative means of interfacing with the growing list of educated peacekeepers and their existing Law Enforcement counterparts. By fostering understanding and collaboration between these groups, we can create a more harmonious and effective system that serves the best interests of all Americans.

In closing, let us remember that our strength lies in our unity and our willingness to work together towards a common goal. As we face the challenges ahead, let us do so with courage, determination, and an unwavering commitment to the principles of lawful governance and individual liberty. Together, we can build a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.

The path may not always be easy, but with perseverance and cooperation, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve greatness as a united federation of sovereign states.

A Story of Dedication, Sovereignty, and Voluntary Service

We truly do rely solely on donations at this time

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF), a unique creation of the Federation, has been steadily building its reputation and operations since its revival in 2022. And PKTF has operated entirely on bread and black coffee affordability ever since. In fact, we did not even start accepting donations until May, 2024. ...first time ever with opening up for accepting donations.

Unlike many worldwide peacekeeping organizations that receive funding from their parent entities or member states, PKTF operates without financial support from the Federation. This distinction is crucial to understand, as some assume that a chartered organization automatically receives funding from its chartering body. This is not always the case contrary to novice comprehensions on the topic of "service charter selections."

In PKTF’s case, this has never been true, and its progress has been driven entirely by the dedication of its directors, volunteers, and supporters.

For those interested in learning more about PKTF, it is remarkably simple to do so. A quick online search for "The Peacekeeping Task Force" will lead to information about its mission, activities, and updates. This accessibility reflects PKTF’s commitment to transparency and outreach as it continues to serve State Assemblies and individual supporters alike. Even more simple is it to access commentary sections leaving open the ability for people who have questions to do so by sharing their comments across the various networking platforms our team utilizes. We do read and reply to all questions and comments eventually.

Since its restart, PKTF has relied on the selfless contributions of its four directors, who have pooled their time, skills, and resources to create a service that assists State Assemblies in preparing their militias for success through Federation validation. The team has also raised nearly $1,767 through donations from generous individuals and State Assemblies since May 2024. These funds have supported training programs for American State Nationals interested in becoming PKTF - Assembly Liaisons, as well as management of both websites, and has helped ensure the success of State Border Defense operations for State Assemblies nearing Seatment tailored to each Assembly’s unique needs in that regard.

All of this, and much more absolutely free! We could provide these services so much more smoothly and efficiently with operational funding, but, somehow we are able to achieve quite a lot with very little - at least for the time being. HalleluYaH for that and for the opportunity!

PKTF’s story is one of resilience and dedication. Initially suspended due to a lack of leadership after its first iteration, the organization was revived for the second, and current iteration by the equally as current Executive Director in 2023. This leader’s vision and commitment inspired others to join the cause, creating a team united by their belief in sovereignty and self-governance—the foundational principles of the American Dream.

With all due respect, if anyone has made blanket statements or claims as if what they claim are facts to the contrary, we are here to assure everyone that those claims hold no merit.

To those who may have misunderstood PKTF’s funding structure or assumed Federation support, PKTF offers understanding and encourages further inquiry into its mission. The organization thanks readers and supporters for their interest and invites comments to foster dialogue about its journey.

As PKTF continues to grow, it remains steadfast in its mission: to serve with care, dedication, and a commitment to doing what is right for the people.

- - -

We would also like to give a special thank you to everyone who has shown an interest in the local peacekeeping awareness logo outreach project as well.

Although we have given numerous logos away for free since we do not expect donations upfront, we want to sincerely thank those of you who have offered to donate to us by providing our design team with a dollar amount for a "cup of coffee" more or less along the way.

We truly do appreciate your same appreciation.

When PKTF - Assembly Liaisons Inquire of their Assembly, This is Why

We currently have a few questions floating through various workshops between Coordinators who - of some are in need of questions to be answered.

Among them have to do with the activities of their PKTF - Assembly Liaisons.

We thought it best to touch upon these, as well as other great questions that deserve thorough answers as soon as reasonably possible. So, let's do that now.

Below is a thorough breakdown of the correct ins and outs regarding such inquiries. These details are also used to remind our Liaisons how best to answer such questions when asked of them by the various members of their same Assembly:

Comprehensive Outline for PKTF Assembly Liaison Inquiry Process

Purpose and Structure of Inquiries

  Focus on participation rates for key peacekeeping service entities:

1)  Marshal-at-Arms

2)  Ombudsman

3)  Chief Continental Marshal

4)  County Reeves

5)  State Coroner

6)  State Troopers Office

7)  PKTF Assembly Liaison

  Designed to motivate lawful participation and track progress in building Assembly Pillar structures.

Responsibility for Inquiries

• Conducted primarily by the PKTF Assembly Liaison.

• In absence of a Liaison, responsibility falls to:

• State Coordinator

• Assembly Militia Commander

• State-elected Marshal-at-Arms

Reporting and Progress Tracking

• Generate periodic reports for The Peacekeeping Task Force.

• Monitor progression rates of participating State Assemblies.

• Assist in the Validation Process managed by PKTF.

• Support development of Committees and Joint Committees related to Assembly Militia responsibilities.

Current Initiatives

• Collaboration with The Ohio Assembly Militia Commander.

• Biweekly interviews to share experiences and insights.

• Use of the PKTF Rumble Channel for exposure and engagement.

Additional Service Opportunities

• Improved coordination with State of State Law Enforcement through accurate jurisdictional data.

• Creation of educational opportunities to enhance public understanding of peacekeeping roles.

• Building momentum for presentations that promote peacekeeping initiatives and participation.

Future Potential Services

• Serve as envoys or lawful counsel with access to incarcerated individuals denied other forms of legal representation.

• Qualified PKTF Liaisons could bridge gaps in legal access, providing crucial support to those incarcerated.

• This role enhances flexibility and offers a unique advantage in interfacing with incarceration centers.

This comprehensive approach aims to strengthen State Assembly peacekeeping efforts while fostering community engagement and education.

Introducing a Simpler, More Engaging Way to Donate, as We Offer to Give Back Even More for Your Cherished Support

 The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) has unveiled a groundbreaking initiative to streamline donations and kickstart county-level peacekeeping efforts with remarkable ease.

The organization's new custom-designed logo, which maintains a legacy approach while standing out from previous peacekeeping designs, now graces an intuitive donation interface on their website's homepage.

This user-friendly system, depicted in an accompanying image, addresses previous concerns about donation transparency and allocation, eliminating guesswork and hesitation for potential contributors.

Located just above the yearly calendar highlighting Training Days for PKTF Assembly Liaisons, this new feature represents a significant step forward in community engagement.

The county-level initiative holds immense potential for providing safe travel routes and temporary havens at approved locations for sovereign individuals in need.

Readers are encouraged to visit pktfnews.org, prominently displayed on the FrontPage, to explore this innovative program and its far-reaching implications for local peacekeeping efforts.

With this streamlined approach, PKTF aims to foster greater participation and support from community members, paving the way for a more secure and collaborative future.

Update to our American Radio Telecoms Distributor

Update to our American Radio Telecoms Distributor :

As we continue to expand our sturdy Emergency Communications Network:

Hoping this message finds you and your family well.

My name is Bobby Cirello, an ASN on Nevada, with APC (American Peacekeeping Communications) and the PKTF.

Please feel free to contact me directly anytime—texting is the fastest way to reach me at 702-908-4489.

About These dual mode D10gps radios; specific radio information can be found on the PKTF radio link which is now  just for product description and will be taken down after the legacy member slots are filled up.

That being said, these D10gps units are dual mode 10w two way Radios;

That means they are POC push to talk over cellular (primary mode 1)

and the other mode Makes them half UHF full functional ham and or gmrs Radios (mode 2)

The D10 can Tx/Rx on UHF: 400-480MHz ... They can hit repeaters on any UHF ham or GMRS frequency;

We also have gateway capabilities for analog and DMR, UHF and VHF radios to communicate over cellular as well with our POC Radios (the D10s) through our proprietary gateway system,

Reaching both, across country and internationally on specific channels, set up by our own PKTF dispatch operation platform;

And assisted by our exclusive American gateway partners  located in North Carolina with specific capabilities and services only found on our updated tier-1 platform.

Note: when testing is done and approved, APC will become an exclusive dealer of the gateway units that will supply PKTF with enough to cover multiple units on each state;

Note: there are 2 group channels on each unit. The number of users on each gateway channel is really a matter of how busy the system is.

These are all half-duplex communications, we're just bridging the systems together.

So if the channel gets too busy and people aren't able to communicate effectively, that's when it's time to look into additional units;

Note: there are other radio options that have poc over cellular, UHF, and VHF analog/ dmr, aprs, gps, WiFi, blue-tooth, with ham and commercial capabilities similar to mototurbo and Hytiera but start off at $350 - $400+ per unit ,

There are also mobile units available: there are different models but we are going to be phasing out analog eventually as a main mode of communication and merging poc and dmr platforms.

Dual mode mobile/vehicle models will be poc / dmr , poc/ analog ,  poc/ gateway , touch screen, real time maps layered with our gps systems

Note: If you already have current servers working, we can add them to our system, but this is another topic for another day;

We are currently successful, but are still in developmental testing for advanced capabilities of mobile command and realtime peacekeeping mobile dispatch and security response units;

These response units will be Capable of merging merge all emergency communications, set up repeaters to provide responder and assembly members communications services until infrastructure is back and working

The advance capabilities of this system also includes incorporation of our American physicians and nurses on nationwide and local med channels to assist our land and soil County Reeves emergency service units in the field just coincides but separate with our American peacekeeping 911 system being beta tested and put in place as we speak

.......................

How to Place Your Order:

1. Order Directly Through Me (Currently the Only Option):
The radios will be shipped to me, I’ll program them (POC , account , and software) for free, and then send them to you.

Note: Ham, gmrs, and repeator radio programming can be done by each individual radio operator on own with their respective level of fcc communication operations in non emergency situations on either frs, gmrs, ham, MURS and or commercial frequencies

Shipping costs are charged separately, and you can choose the carrier that best suits you. Most people use USPS Priority, or you can opt for UPS, FedEx, or similar Store-to-Store, or Store to your receiving post location services.

Note:
We’ve encountered delays with shipments sent directly from the manufacturer, especially to the East Coast.

To avoid these delays, I now ship exclusively from Nevada. While this is faster, I do have to charge for shipping.

However, I will be offsetting this by offering complementary radio, dispatch and account programming ($100.00) to also include comp headsets/earpieces for the first 300 radios sold.

Turnaround Times:

• Fastest delivery: as few as 4 days.
• Average delivery time to the East Coast: 7-12 days, barring any carrier delays.

Exclusive Benefits:

By purchasing from us, you become part of our newest, updated system and are locked into our legacy account, which entitles you to special pricing on future radio updates and the lowest service prices for life.

You’ll also become part of American History as a founder and original legacy member contributing to the success of the original, one of a kind PKTF communications system.

If desired, your name, unit number, position in the Assembly or PKTF, CMS, etc., will be recorded and memorialized with your order number. (PKTF 001-300)

Note: We currently have fewer than 200 legacy member slots remaining, and they are filling up quickly.

Radio Liaison and App Access:

I will be your dedicated radio liaison and am available to assist you at any time.

Once your account is set up, I’ll provide you with exclusive access to our mobile app (available for both iOS and Android). Please note, you must purchase a radio to log into the app.

Choosing Your Radio Handle:

Here are some examples of radio handles:

• PKTF LNO 1 North Carolina (LNO = Liaison Officer)
• North Carolina 1
• North Carolina Maa, etc.

You’ll also need to name your private group, which will be your secure channel.

Only those you add to the group will be able to access it. Many users choose their Private Property Code (PPC) from their ILB card or iDeed numbers as their channel name.

For example, my private channel is 8CME21313, and you’ll have access to this channel to learn more about using the radios.

Special bonus:

APC, CMS, and PKTF communications program was started by gifting Radios;

Over $5000 has been donated to the program to start it off meaning that a bunch of people receive free radios, and. Have since passed that along and purchased radios for others;

We would like to pass this along for those who can, by putting into the system that will be able to move as one at 528MHz.

That being said: Please, if you are able:

  .  With proof of a $10 dollar donation to both Anna and PKTF ;

you can purchase extra batteries for $20 each (regular $50);

  .  With a proof of a $20 donation to both Anna and the PKTF you get a free battery, you save $10 by donating.

I urge you to consider as we are all going to need at least one extra battery.

Thank you for your time and cooperation with this urgent and essential cause.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions or if you need assistance with choosing your handle or group name.

Why Our Team Does What We Do - A Field of Dreams Worth Dreaming

We have all been asked - on one level or another  - "why do you do what you do?"

I will not speak directly for the small group of volunteer peacekeepers currently working alongside me at the moment. But, rather I will only speak for myself and for  the American Peacekeeping Service Provider organization being offered.

I am more than confident in the sentiment that - "if you build 'it', 'they' will indeed step forward." And, who are they, but those who will inevitably come after us with extreme gratitude for the integral groundwork we have provided.

It should go without saying, anything worth building that offers goodness (no matter the size of its grandure), (especially in a world where such bold architecture of goodness seems few and far between), should be endeavored and will be sought by other good and rightly qualified people to join the same effort.

I have been long convinced that this is part of our benevolent nature. People, especially those who yearn for such experiences are drawn to what their inner voice calls out to obtain. And if that same voice calls out loud enough, but no such experience is yet found, then are these same people - themselves compelled to get to work building.

Those who are unable to build, but are aware of the opportunity wait patiently.

Those who are able to build, intently seek the materials to begin.

Those with the materials, but may have only a limited outlook on the possibilities, nevertheless a concerted effort is extended to offer their provisions from afar.

Those with stellar skill and know-how to build, but are reluctant to join the effort due to other dissimilar obligations, feverishly observe with extreme optimism for their future participation opportunity!

Then, there are those from among the people, and People who have very little, but do possess a small ration of each attribute and intrigue. These are from among the visionaries whose calling it is to do what they can to "set the playing field" for all others (participant players and spectators alike) who come soon thereafter.

These are the people and People who are drawn to the dream - to measure, to snap the line, and to (with somewhat novice hands) carefully cut the portions needed (the the best of their imperfect ability) to begin adding dimension and familiar shape to the field itself. In this, their only hope is that they are diligent enough to offer their  limited labor, to garner just enough enthusiastic support, and to take the effort beyond the mere notion of this field of dreams.

In-so-doing, the dream begins to take on physical form, impressive weight, useful functionality and versatility, obvious durability, and a descriptive, universal, and welcoming purpose. And before time has even had a chance to be considered a potential loss, the dream has become a full fledged reality, whereby time, instead carries away the mere dream of it into the past.

The question will always come before the effort. However...
Indeed! Yes! If you build your part, They Will Come!

Now the actual players miraculously manifest along with their specific skills, talents, and required equipment.

Their respective coaches and other support members with them.

Friendly opposition join to bring their perspective challenges to the field as well - as expected.

Concessions are being topped off to provide for a more comfortable engagement.
The field lights are turning on one by one - brightening the early evening grounds.

Spectators already aware of the development continue drawing near to the field - having been cheering from a distance for this season all along!

Even more fanfare begin arriving unexpectedly as long time, loyal supporters send out word of opening day.

Before I realize it, the heat of the first pitch is thrown, and the solid crack of the bat can be felt from the stands and heard across the entire park. And it's a high fly ball down the center - it's going... going... going... - "Game On" is now off and running!

And to think, it all started with a compelling dream of something good and right needing to be built into a reality.

Looking back, on the early days of initial setup, something anomalous occurred.

On that same day, onlookers noticed the stands seemed to have appeared with little to no effort seemingly on their own.

One might ask - "who built these stands?" Another might suggest in answering - "perhaps the same someone who instilled the dream to build the field from the very beginning." The answer remains a gentle mystery.

From there, amazing dreams are made a firm reality! And from there, even more amazing possibilities are achieved!

Please consider doing what you are able, to help build. So, that when the team, supporters, and fans arrive, they will all offer up the best show of innings for an entire lifetime worth cheering!
