To: All State‑of‑State Investigators & All Law Enforcement Officers (acting as subcontractors to the American government and beholden to recognize the Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction reserved to the American Land and Soil Jurisdiction Governments)
Also for: County Assembly News Outlets & Local Free Press Distribution

Headline:

PKTF: Spotlight on Lawful Action — How Americans Are Restoring the Republican Form of Government in Their States Through Peaceful Efforts

Date: 14 August 2025
From: Joseph Hayse, Executive Director, Peacekeeping Task Force

In a nation where most headlines dwell on dysfunction, the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) brings a distinctly different report — focused on what is working and who is making it work.

Assemblies in-session are extremely newsworthy!

This message goes not only to the public and the State and County Assemblies but also to all State‑of‑State Investigators and all Law Enforcement officers — subcontractors to the American government beholden to recognize the Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction reserved to the American Land and Soil Jurisdiction Governments. Understanding the lawful structure of this nation’s governance is essential to properly supporting the Americans serving within it.

Local Governments & the People Who Serve Them

Across the States, local governments are made up of American State Nationals who freely volunteer to serve through lawful elections— men and women serving their own counties and States under the authority of the people functioning upon the land and soil, a natural divide of observable Jurisdiction between them and of themselves. Some of these same Americans also serve at the international level through the Federation of States, contributing to peacekeeping and peace‑building efforts that help protect the people and their assets through lawful protections of governance and ensure the peaceful restoration and safe success of all fifty States of the Union.

Clear Roles in the Republican Form of Government

  • American State Citizens — Willfully, voluntarily, and with full disclosure of service to the public, serve in State Assemblies. Every American State Citizen in such an office is properly elected of, by, and for the people as, We The People — their electors being other American State Nationals and American State Citizens among themselves as part of their own State.

  • American State Nationals in Service — Some serve at the Federation level by nomination or appointment, voluntarily and without coercion, while others simply hold no role or responsibility to serve beyond their own local community regarding keeping the peace and upholding the Public Law.

  • Together, they hold the rightful authority of the People and are preserving the Republican Form of Government guaranteed to the States and the People.

The Rise of County Assembly Websites & Local Free Press

True Journalism is the root that leads to what is true on the surface

Anything that occurs that is newsworthy takes place on a County

A growing network of County Assembly websites and local Free Press outlets is giving communities the power to tell their own stories — providing transparent, firsthand reporting on lawful governance in action. PKTF sees these locally rooted news efforts as essential to keeping the public informed of real progress and lawful self‑governance.

Shielding Against Outside Threats

PKTF plays an active role in helping to protect Assemblies and the Federation from reports of outside bad actors who attempt to:

  • Manufacture false allegations of criminal conduct.

  • Spread accusations of unsafe practices.

  • Attempt to wrongly tie lawful Americans to the so‑called “Sovereign Citizen” narrative — a label wholly rejected by all honorable American State Nationals and American State Citizens.

We work directly with de jure peacekeeping officers and de facto law enforcement to document, and deny claimed associations, ensuring that lawful assemblies remain uncompromised and clearly recognized as the legitimate American Government under American Common Law which is the Public Law.

Our Commitment

While others may focus solely on warning that “something must be done,” PKTF shows what is being done — the lawful remedies, community actions, peaceful solutions, fair remedies, and principled public service that are sometimes quietly, but wholeheartedly steadily restoring each nation-State and State of the Union.

This is the work of genuine Americans — grounded in law, working in peace, and preserving for the future a true Republican Form of Government.

Respectfully,
Joseph Hayse
Executive Director

New Website Feature: Comments Section Now Live on Every PKTFnews.org Page

Readers, Federal Subcontractors, and Developers Can Now Interact in Real Time Across the Entire Site

PKTFnews.org has just launched a major new feature: a general comments section now appears on every single page of the website. Previously, the site did not offer this crucial function. Now, readers can read, comment, and reply directly on every piece of content, enabling lively discussion and instant feedback.

General Comments Section located on every page of pktfnews.org

This upgrade is particularly significant for keeping content current, clarifying each page’s intent, and providing real-time updates about what exists or changes on every page. The comments feature is also designed for Federal subcontractors and site developers or editors to communicate openly—ensuring that questions about the scope, purpose, and intent of the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) can be addressed quickly and transparently.

By adding this feature, PKTFnews.org is taking the next step toward fostering strong, ongoing communication with Land and Soil Jurisdiction Assemblies—both American and Foreign—and with all peacekeeping and Law Enforcement service entities. The new comments section is a cornerstone for building sturdy working relationships essential to the site’s mission.

Bridging Peacekeeping and Law Enforcement: A New Standard for Safety and Service

A highly effective and service-worthy initiative centered around confrontation de-escalation.

At the intersection of evolving public safety needs and jurisdictional complexity, the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) and the Peacekeeping and Sheriff's Organization and Advocacy emerge as vital innovators intent on augmenting law enforcement efforts. Their approach has profound similarities to the commercial vendor demonstrations seen at the prestigious National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA) Annual Conference Demo Den, where law enforcement leaders encounter transformative technology and services designed to protect and empower.

This article explores how PKTF’s Peacekeeping Liaison Response Service (PLRS) proposal—a lawful, evidence-based de-escalation initiative—is poised to offer law enforcement offices nationwide a complementary, free-of-charge resource. As with traditional Demo Den vendors, PKTF plans dynamic presentations to demonstrate PLRS’s capacity to increase officer safety, reduce liability, and enhance public trust—all while navigating the delicate boundaries of jurisdiction that govern American policing and peacekeeping.

Harnessing Demonstration Power: PKTF’s PLRS and the NSA Demo Den Model

Much like commercial vendors at the NSA Demo Den—who showcase radio communication systems, body cams, and tactical equipment—PKTF’s PLRS offers a transformative, real-time peacekeeping service built on trained Assembly Liaisons. These Liaisons volunteer to facilitate lawful mediation on-scene, especially during traffic stops, functioning as neutral, “friends of the State” who defuse tension, clarify lawful status, and maintain peace.

Key PLRS features that would be demonstrated include:

  • On-scene de-escalation using evidence-backed communication techniques proven to reduce use-of-force incidents.

  • Neutral status verification for drivers via liaison review of documentation, helping prevent misunderstandings that escalate conflict.

  • Auxiliary support coordinated through American Peacekeeping Communications, offering emergency towing, medical aid, and neutral audio/video witnessing at no expense or liability to law enforcement.

  • Outcome facilitation enabling officers to issue warnings rather than citations, improving operational flow and community relations.

These interactive services, designed for free provision to law enforcement and peacekeepers, reflect the same pragmatic, operational value vendors emphasize at NSA Demo Den sessions. However, it is critical to stress that these services are not designed to blend or blur jurisdictional lines. Instead, PKTF’s approach is to complement existing law enforcement jurisdictions by fostering respectful cooperation, ensuring each entity operates within its lawful boundaries while working together in good faith to reduce unnecessary confrontations, violence, or property damage.

The Shared Commitment to Duty, Jurisdiction, and Public Trust

The NSA, tasked with representing and supporting officers who bear the public’s trust and duty to protect, understands the critical importance of jurisdictional clarity—a principle likewise central to PKTF’s framework. Effective peacekeeping and policing require confident knowledge of jurisdictional boundaries and responsibilities. This ensures services are rendered in good faith, avoiding overlaps or conflicts that undermine trust and accountability.

PKTF’s Advocacy Arm functions as a catalyst for transparency in these jurisdictional divisions, encouraging both law enforcement and peacekeepers to recognize their distinct but complementary roles. The Peacekeeping and Sheriff's Organization (PSO) stands at the forefront of this effort. PKTF is developing proposals specifically for PSO as a first step to build familiarity and acceptance of these peacekeeping services among sovereign county Guardians. These proposals will then be articulated to their de facto municipal service subcontractors—the very entities and agencies typically represented at the NSA Demo Den.

Business Service Development: A Natural Evolution for Public Safety

The commercial services demonstrated at NSA conferences form a crucial part of modern law enforcement’s toolkit. Likewise, peacekeeping organizations are stepping into this ecosystem—not simply as watchers on the sidelines—but as active contributors offering innovative, no-cost services to complement police work.

PKTF’s pilot-ready Peacekeeping Liaison Response Service exemplifies this model, proposed to enhance routine encounters like traffic stops. Evidence from communities nationwide shows that such de-escalation efforts can reduce officer stress, boost productivity, lower liability exposure, and improve citizen relations.

For example, studies from Tempe, AZ, reveal a 28% use-of-force reduction post comprehensive training, while Carrollton, TX, accolades highlight how calm crisis intervention literally saved lives. Programs like PLRS embed these lessons into daily peacekeeping operations, supporting law enforcement through neutral, evidence-based mediation exactly when tensions might otherwise rise.

Next Steps: Toward a Safer, More Accountable Future

As public safety continues to navigate complex jurisdictional landscapes and evolving societal expectations, the partnership between law enforcement and peacekeeping represents more than alignment—it is fundamental to safe, just, and effective service delivery. PKTF’s Peacekeeping Liaison Response Service, akin to NSA Demo Den innovations, promises a new paradigm of free, lawful, and transparent peacekeeping services designed to partner with law enforcement, respecting jurisdiction while bolstering shared goals of protection and community trust.

This synergy of innovation, clarity, and respect stands ready to propel policing and peacekeeping alike into a future where accountability and safety strengthen hand in hand—bringing greater confidence to officers, officials, and the public they serve.

Deficient by Design: Why U.S. Law Enforcement Training Fails at Upholding the Bill of Rights—and Who’s Really Accountable

A Federation Peacekeeping Task Force Memorandum on Systemic Shortfalls and the Path to Authentic Public Service

Across the United States, law enforcement agencies and their foundational training systems exhibit a glaring and dangerous deficiency: the core duty to protect the rights of "We the People," enshrined in the Bill of Rights, receives shockingly little instructional priority.

Despite oaths to uphold the Constitution, state and municipal police academies—under the direction of state Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Commissions and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC)—allocate only a fraction of their curriculum to this most essential charge.
