Tracking the States of the Union: An Ongoing Outreach Effort

Back in 2023, PKTF launched an ambitious national outreach initiative: to locate, verify, and document the official websites of all American States of the Union.

This was among our earliest public efforts under the PKTF - Assembly Liaison Initiative, established in the spring of 2024.

At that time the first mission was simple, but important - ensure that every State Assembly’s public presence was visible, accessible, and accurate.

Today, that effort continues. You can see our current progress by visiting PKTFNews.org/states on a desktop or laptop computer. Once on the site, click the “States” button to open an interactive map displaying all known State of the Union websites.

• States shaded green show those with a last confirmed and functioning website.

• States in light blue silhouettes mark those where a known website either hasn’t been published or has not yet been identified.

Our Information Technology team updates the map as new information becomes available, but we still need your help. Some previously verified State websites have gone offline or changed their domain since early 2024.

If you’re from one of these States - or know of a current, active website for a State Assembly that isn’t yet listed - please share the web address in the comments section below this post. Your contribution helps us keep the national picture complete and current.

Why does this matter?

Each verified State website serves as an official communication hub for its Assembly—in effect, confirming that the de jure State of the Union Assembly is in regular session. These sites provide the public with access to meeting schedules, minutes from past sessions, and updates from various service and sub-function committees.

By helping us identify and confirm up-to-date websites, you’re playing a direct role in supporting transparency, continuity, and communication within our network of States of the Union.

Update on Website Status and Expert Involvement

We are pleased to inform all readers that the website referenced in the previous article has continued to operate without requiring significant updates for the past week, following a major phase of backend and visual improvements. This latest progression reflects several weeks of dedicated technical refinement and sustained collaboration among our newly established American technology experts, ensuring greater stability, efficiency, and visual clarity across all Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) digital properties.

 

Both PKTF sites are Back Up — and Growing according to their readers and viewers' interest and relevant expectations.

The PKTF has undertaken substantial platform growth through its partnership with a small but elite technology crew specializing in website architecture and reinforcement of wireframe frameworks. These experts have been working continuously to enhance usability and infrastructure resilience in ways that strengthen long-term digital performance across all peacekeeping and peacebuilding websites under the PKTF umbrella.

Over the past 6–8 weeks, our web platforms have undergone intermittent construction periods that occasionally required temporary offline status. However, despite multiple rounds of maintenance, the sites — including https://apcpeacekeepingcoms.online/ — remained accessible for the overwhelming majority of the time, ensuring our community could remain informed and connected during the transition. We extend our sincerest apologies for any delays or temporary communication disruptions experienced during this process. These were essential steps in a major and necessary upgrade.

Expanded Equipment and Procurement Updates

We are excited to announce major new additions to our online inventory. The https://apcpeacekeepingcoms.online/ site now features updated and expanded listings of equipment available for procurement — items that support local and State of the Union–level peacekeeping and defense initiatives, as well as community-based security coordination.

Among these updates, the D10 radios play a central role. The site is being upgraded to feature detailed product comparisons, specifications, and operational guidance that will help all users — from PKTF Assembly Liaisons to general community watch participants — make more informed choices as new devices and accessories are introduced.

Additionally, items tailored for PKTF Assembly Liaisons have been added, including attire, identification, and credentials required for active roles both in the field and in office settings. These items have been long anticipated, and the new distribution system now makes it easier than ever for Liaisons and community personnel to order directly from a secure web-based platform.

Regarding D10 Radio customer procurement and other inventory upgrades:

Our team over at the PeaceBridgeNetwork website is making some positive changes to the site exposure.

We wanted to pop in this weekend to provide our readers with information about any and all site enhancements, changes, upgrades, and any additions being provided to its web presence.

Our site engineers are currently migrating the site to a more centric URL catering to the needs of the PeaceBridgeNetwork in its totality.

What that means is, the PeaceBridgeNetwork is now branching out to areas that cater to a more user-friendly site environment where the procurement of service items and inventory can be obtained, such as Strategy Outreach Items, shirts, hats, coffee mugs, desk office items, service information office cards, office namplates for Liaisons, service organization flags, lapel pins, Common Access Badge credential card service overlays, etc. And, of course, easier access to inventory of our D10 Emergency Radio units.
