Bridging Lawful Remedies and Community Action: How the Fiduciary Office and Assemblies Uphold Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction

Restoring Lawful Order: Assemblies, the Fiduciary Office, and the New Era of Community-Driven Enforcement

Please note: Not all previously held webinar discussions will directly touch upon peacekeepers, nor roles directly pertaining to such service efforts. However, the context of seeking remedies through lawful courts at the local and State levels where Land, Soil, and Sea jurisdiction applies will be extracted and amplified with each published article in this Series.

The purpose and intent of this particular Article Series is to assist our peacekeeping efforts at interfacing strategies by providing all counterparts with a forward and backwards timeline with a relatively middle ground threshold to assist with their own due diligence research patterns.

Peacekeeping, Sovereignty, and Justice: How the Federation’s Peacekeeping Task Force Advances Real Law Enforcement

By the Peacekeeping Task Force

Introduction

In recent discussions led by the Fiduciary for The United States of America (Unincorporated), the Federation’s Peacekeeping Task Force has been assessing service context by reexamining the essential roles of peacekeepers and law enforcement in the ongoing effort to restore justice, sovereignty, and self-governance. This, and all subsequent article in this series highlights how the Continental Marshals Service, County Reeves (Sheriffs), State Assembly Militias' command/advisory structure, and the Peacekeeping Task Force itself work to build, and offer collaborative architecture designed to confront systemic fraud, uphold Public Law, and protect the natural rights of all sovereign Americans.

In this unique initiative, our available editors will be pouring back through all previously held webinars held live each week on Monday evenings since March 2019. From these excerpts, this organization will attempt to assist further - those entities we are currently interfacing with at local and State levels for purposes of helping their offices become more climatized to what the sovereign American people, as self-governing, living, breathing men and women are dedicated to providing themselves and their communities.

In this same effort, we will be attempting to work forwards and backwards starting from September 2023 (approximately midway through - from the Maiden Voyage of holding weekly webinars till current time and working our way forward across each available discussion found on the Public Record. From there (September 2023) we will also endeavor to reach back (in reverse order) across all other previously held meetings and provide feedback on what was discussed during that time as well - similar to what constitutes a "reverse timeline."

The purpose and intent of this particular Article Series is to assist our peacekeeping efforts at interfacing strategies by providing all counterparts with a forwards and backwards timeline with a relatively middle ground threshold to assist with their own due diligence research patterns.

Each of these exclusive articles will be tagged with the label (Timeline):

The Role of Peacekeepers: Structure and Jurisdiction

Continental Marshals and County Sheriffs

The Continental Marshals Service operates under Land and Sea jurisdiction, while County Reeves (Sheriffs) hold Soil jurisdiction. Both possess the opportunity to uphold and maintain what each nation state possesses, which is superior concurrent general jurisdiction over all matters that employee contract agreements with their subcontractors – past, present and future. Both are also charged with upholding Public Law and the foundational principles of the Unanimous Declaration of Independence. Each county is owed to a deputy Continental Marshal and an elected Reeve, ensuring that peacekeeping is grounded locally and remains accountable to the people.

State Assembly Militias and the Peacekeeping Task Force

State Assembly Militias represent the collective defense and order-keeping force of each state, comprised of volunteers from all counties. Their presence is vital for emergency preparedness, disaster response, and maintaining order in the face of threats, whether domestic or foreign. The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) serves as a coordinating body, connecting State Assemblies and Militias with resources, training, and strategic planning. The PKTF also develops cross-jurisdictional response plans, ensuring that peacekeepers can act swiftly and lawfully across boundaries.

Justice and Law Enforcement: Addressing Systemic Fraud

Countering Corporate Overreach

Anna has identified widespread fraud perpetrated by corporate entities, including the creation of derivative debt, special purpose vehicles, and zombie corporations. These schemes are used to launder money, shift liabilities onto the public, and falsely prosecute sovereign individuals. The Treasury Department and other agencies are beginning to recognize these fraudulent practices, particularly the double-dipping of Municipal citizenry and the misattribution of tax debts.

Jurisdictional Strategies

The Federation’s peacekeepers are increasingly adept at moving cases from hostile Municipal courts (which operate under statutory/admiralty law) to Territorial courts, where Constitutional arguments and protections are more likely to be heard and respected. The opening of asset-based banks by the Federation will further shift legal presumptions, making it impossible for Municipal courts to misidentify Americans as “paupers” and strip them of their rights.

Enforcement Tools

The Federation employs three types of liens-American common law, commonwealth, and commercial-to hold corporate actors accountable. These tools are used to penalize Municipal governments for dereliction of duty, such as failing to secure the southern border, and to enforce compliance with constitutional contracts.

Sovereignty and the Right to Self-Govern

Protecting the Status of Sovereign Americans

The Federation has acted swiftly to nullify attempts by corporate actors to redefine vaccinated individuals as “trans-humans” or patented products, thereby stripping them of human rights. Public laws have been passed to make such claims unlawful and unenforceable. The PKTF and its counterparts advocate for the recognition of State Assemblies as de jure governments, with the right and duty to stand for and exact justice according to Public Law.

International Cooperation and Recognition

The Peacekeeping Task Force’s mission extends to the international arena, advocating for the recognition of sovereign states and their right to self-govern. This involves collaborating with counterparts such as the United States Marshals Service, State Defense Forces, and, where appropriate, international organizations. The PKTF distinguishes itself from entities like the Department of Justice and the United Nations by remaining focused on the protection of sovereign rights and the prevention of corporate overreach as each State Jural Assembly presents their own findings of corporate fraud and an unwillingness to adhere to Public Law.

As the landscape of law enforcement and sovereignty continues to evolve, the Peacekeeping Task Force remains dedicated to empowering Assemblies, peacekeepers, and all Americans to reclaim their rights and responsibilities. What are your thoughts on these developments? How do you see the role of peacekeepers changing in your community? Share your insights and questions in the comments below and stay tuned for more updates and action steps in our ongoing series. Your voice matters in shaping the future of justice and self-governance.

PKTF Follow-Up: The Importance of Accuracy, Transparency, and Collaboration

We are thankful to all who are available to present and want to encourage their skills in accurate content.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) would like to address recent misunderstandings and emphasize the critical importance of accuracy when sharing information about its mission, services, and role within the Federation. As a cornerstone of self-governance and peacekeeping advocacy, PKTF relies on clear communication to foster trust and collaboration across all State Assemblies.

Clarifying the "Reboot" and PKTF's Current Role

The term "reboot," as referenced in the February 24th article on this same BlogSpot, refers to a pivotal restructuring that took place in June 2023.

Click here to access that timeline - https://pktfnews.org/about/timeline/

This process allowed PKTF to recalibrate its services in alignment with its Service Charter, ensuring that its operations are efficient, transparent, and effective. Since that time, PKTF has refined its training programs, advocacy efforts, and collaborative frameworks to near perfection. No current content published by The Peacekeeping Task Force since that one and only reboot, of which had recovered from faulty Directorate Leadership by someone who has not worked within PKTF for many years has been flagged for inaccuracies by the Federation Military Affairs Liaison or Federation Fiduciary Office.

It is important to note that PKTF is not currently undergoing another reboot, as some have very recently mistakenly, and carelessly suggested. The organization has been fully operational since mid-2023, providing essential peacekeeping training and advocacy for all State Assemblies—whether they are in the early stages of Assembly Militia development or have achieved full Standing and Seatment.

The Importance of Accuracy in Information Sharing

PKTF would like to stress the following points regarding the dissemination of accurate information:

Thorough Reading and Engagement: Readers are strongly encouraged to read all articles in their entirety to avoid misinterpretations or incomplete understandings. If any questions or concerns arise from the content, readers are welcome to engage in the comments section or reach out directly for clarification.

Accurate Presentations by State Speakers: PKTF thanks any State Speaker who have achieved Standing and Seatment for sharing their experiences with other Assemblies. However, it is vital that these presentations remain respectful, accurate, and productive - first and foremost being accurate.

Referring to published articles and training materials ensures that information shared during meetings or discussions is factual and constructive.

Proactive Communication: If presenters or Assembly members have questions about PKTF's role or services before an upcoming meeting or presentation, they are encouraged to reach out to PKTF-Assembly Liaisons or relevant committees under their Assembly Militia sub pillar for clarity. This proactive approach minimizes confusion and enhances collaboration.

Fairness Toward PKTF-Assembly Liaisons: PKTF recognizes the valuable contributions of Assembly Liaisons who have pursued training, vetting, and onboarding as American State Nationals - all of which is provided by PKTF. Assemblies are reminded to remain fair, balanced, and peaceful when addressing concerns about these volunteers. If an Assembly has a justifiable issue with a Liaison before, during, or after their onboarding—such as pending investigations or concluded disciplinary matters—it is essential to follow proper Due Process by submitting written evidence to PKTF for review. This ensures transparency and accountability while maintaining decorum within Assemblies.

Addressing Misinformation Trends: PKTF has observed patterns of misinformation stemming from individuals who may not have fully engaged with available resources or training materials. These inaccuracies can lead, and have already led to unnecessary setbacks for Assemblies working toward developing their Militia sub-pillars. To prevent this, PKTF remains committed to transparency by publishing accurate articles, maintaining open communication channels, and providing accessible training opportunities.

Support for Speakers and Other Qualified Presenters: PKTF welcomes written feedback from readers who feel compelled to monitor presentations such as State Speakers and other opportunities for international meetings with pending concerns. Future assistance will be provided to ensure that these presentations accurately reflect PKTF’s mission and services.

Lessons from Recent Meetings

The recent meeting with The Ohio Assembly Militia sub-pillar was highly productive overall, and of which highlighted areas where clarity is needed moving forward. While most questions were answered during the nearly two-hour session—supported by insights from the Federation Fiduciary—subsequent discussions revealed lingering misunderstandings about PKTF’s role.

To address this challenge:

A replay of the February 2025 meeting will soon be made available in the DropBox located in the footer of the PKTFnews.org website.

A semi-annual Committee Synergetics Outline shared during this meeting will also be uploaded for reference.

Readers are encouraged to utilize these, and other relative resources as part of their own ongoing education about peacekeeping advocacy.

Moving Forward: A Call for Accuracy and Collaboration

PKTF emphasizes that proper Due Process must always be maintained within Assemblies when addressing internal issues or concerns about members seeking peacekeeping training or roles as Liaisons. Instances where important investigatory information has been withheld or misrepresented—whether intentionally or unintentionally by at least one Marshal-at-Arms Office—causing significantly unnecessary setbacks for it's own Assemblies’ Militia progress for many months. Such oversights undermine the peaceful and sovereign environment we strive to maintain.

To ensure continued progress:

PKTF will always remain forthcoming and transparent in all its activities.

Written concerns from readers regarding presentations or verbal/visual communications are appreciated and will be reviewed carefully.

Assistance will be provided to State Speakers seeking accurate information for their presentations when found necessary.

Final Thoughts

The Peacekeeping Task Force stands ready to support all State Assemblies in their pursuit of self-governance through accurate information sharing, respectful collaboration, and constructive engagement. Together, we can advance the mission of peacekeeping while fostering lasting trust across jurisdictions.

And, again, interested readers are continuously encouraged to read articles thoroughly, engage with them via comments if they have questions or concerns, and reach out directly for clarification when needed.

By working together with integrity and transparency, we can ensure that every Assembly benefits from accurate information sharing along their journey toward Standing and Seatment.

Updating our Service Timeline

Several readers have inquired about our visual service timeline located on the pktfnews.org website asking if our team might be able to provide more article content regarding more of what took place through 202-2023.

We are in the process of putting more of those details together when more available office time becomes available. However, we do have a few articles being drafted at this time in reference to how The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) has successfully evolved over such a short time.

Much of the draft details we are working on so far include cursory mentions of how the first PKTF Directorate became off-center of what their service objective was, which is what our current service objective still remains. Other details in draft include how The Continental Marshals Service (during its own infancy) systematically carried forward with its primary service function in the Land and Sea Jurisdiction with considerable success despite PKTF assistance. Without a fully functioning peacekeeping service to aid in its Evaluation, Education and coordination needs, external peacemakers and peacekeepers (County Reeves, Continental Marshals, and State Guardian Militia services) will inevitably meet challenges beyond their ability to serve effectively.

This is where PKTF service assets at the international level offer provisional, logistical, and collaborative services that merge all three peacekeeping services together simultaneously, and superb accuracy!

We encourage our readers to visit our current timeline here > https://pktfnews.org/about/timeline/ to visualize more on what the PKTF pathway has been like up to our current timeline.

If you would like to suggest any other details throughout the timeline - areas across the timeline itself you would like more detail please feel free to contact us using our current Contact Form. Simply place into the Subject Line what area/s of interest you would like more detail about, and our editors will add your request to their editorial workload.
