The Dawn of Cooperative Public Protection

Preparing for the Peacekeeping Task Force’s New Era (2026-2028)

As current reflections of the American States Assemblies weekly webinar series continues its vital mission of civic education and empowerment, the recent “Homecoming” episode from November 17, 2025, marks a significant turning point for the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) and allied law enforcement and emergency services providers throughout the country.

Hosted on the “American States Assemblies” Rumble channel—sincere thanks to Anna von Reitz and the content creators maintaining this indispensable platform—the discussions highlight an unprecedented coordinated effort aimed at restoring service integrity, operational cooperation, and jurisdictional respect across all levels of service providers.

A Salute to All American States Assemblies Podcasts and Webinar Hosting in the Public Space

It is because of your volunteer time, efforts, and commitment to transparency by sharing available content with the world is why this noble cause towards sovereign freedom is a reality.

Laying the Groundwork:

Challenges of 2024-2025

The preceding years have been characterized by the PKTF’s intensive effort to identify and map the actual Assembly status of each State of the Union—ascertaining where each State of the Union stands in its sovereignty reconstruction and Assembly function development. This foundational task has been the single greatest challenge to meaningful engagement with incorporated law enforcement and emergency responders.

Without a reliable barometer of state-level governmental and assembly progress, initiating productive cooperation with the myriad de facto service subcontractors—state and county police, State Guard, National Guard units, and other emergency response agencies—remained little more than an aspirational theory.

The 2024 and 2025 Liaison Training preparations reveal that prior PKTF activities honed in on understanding assembly reconstruction levels of their vertical development, so as to create a transparent, realistic operational foundation as the States of the Union neared official Standing.

Entering a New Era:

2026-2028 Projected Trajectory

The November 17 “Homecoming” episode, described as the most pivotal to date, unveils the PKTF’s transition from foundational mapping to full-spectrum interaction with the broad spectrum of de facto service providers.

This transition marks the commencement of a carefully phased project management plan through 2026 to 2028, designed for noticeable and gradual cooperation with contracted law enforcement and emergency responders.

The Peacekeeping Task Force will now formally acknowledge and interface officially, and in mutual service respect with:

All Overt Emergency Service First Responders and Observers.

• - Federal Contractors that provide incorporated American law enforcement services.

• - “State of” De Facto Overlays including State Guards and National Guards, noting their differing scopes and authorities—where the State Guard operates primarily within the State of the Union jurisdiction upon State, Land Jurisdiction authority, while the National Guard has limited Federal activation capabilities, forming a crucial bridge between de jure State and defacto Federal subcontractor responsibilities simultaneously during forward momentum at this time.

• - County and Municipal Police as augmented Law Enforcement entities operating with limited mandated authority and jurisdiction under duly elected Sheriffs; the Sheriff’s office remains the constitutionally grounded, people-originated agency responsible for local law enforcement and public safety. This opportunity also lends itself to the jurisdictional reality that a Constitutional Sheriff and a Soil Jurisdiction County Reeve are, themselves, in a position to work together along jurisdictional divides as well. Just as do City Police and other Law Enforcement that is under the Municipal Sheriff, so too remains a working relationship between a Municipal, de facto Sheriff that works for the County Commissioner, and the difference between such Municipality and the de jure Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriff who stands answerable for them all and their subcontracted service capabilities - of whom these municipal emergency services stand under the jurisdiction of each County Reeve upon every American County.

• - Emergency Responders and Auxiliary Agencies contracted or deputized to provide services integral to public safety and crisis response.

Other vital sector service providers will be brought online where identified throughout the growth trend period to reflect this same effort as well.

Objectives:

Service Recognition, Reputation Restoration, and Mission Cooperation.

The effort seeks not simply operational integration but a broad restoration of service reputation and mutual respect.

The PKTF plans to:

Establish formal memoranda of understanding clarifying jurisdictional boundaries while promoting intelligence sharing.

Create secure communication frameworks and joint operational protocols as described in the PKTF's official operational manual, facilitating cooperation while maintaining sovereign jurisdictional partitions.

Develop shared training programs and deputization protocols to empower lawful cross-agency engagement.

Introduce technology integration measures—ranging from encrypted communications to geospatial monitoring during defense missions—to enhance coordinated responses.

Real-World Impact:

Protecting the People and Their Assets.

The Peacekeeping Task Force’s cooperative framework emphasizes protection of both public and private assets, ensuring that Americans; both public and private, as well as their citizens’ lawful properties are safeguarded without undue interference or encroachment by any agency. This dual focus on defending liberty and property rights for all Americans, to include their same subcontractors who offer good faith services and a willingness to make service corrections where required while moving forward together in common cause was a recurring theme in the November 17 discussions and is a core principle of the manual’s operational guidelines.

***Please stand by as this service manual is being developed from previous years of relative research***

Why This Matters

By moving beyond abstract theory to actively engaging those who serve on the ground—through State Guard, National Guard, Sheriffs, police forces, and emergency responders—the PKTF is aiming to weave a fabric of mutual respect and coordinated service. This process restores trust among agencies and with the communities they serve, reinforcing the principle that public safety is a cooperative, not competitive, enterprise.

What is next:

A Promising Horizon

The forthcoming years usher in a new atmospheric shift for American sovereign governance and peacekeeping operations.

Through the meticulous groundwork of 2024-2025 and now embracing integrated operations, the Peacekeeping Task Force advances the cause of lawful, respectful, and effective service to the American people.

The American States Assemblies channel continues to be a vital resource illuminating this journey among many other fine work, American channels.

Embracing Ongoing Progress: The Vital Role of PKTF-Assembly Liaisons in State Assemblies

A Progress Report in the Form of a Friendly Article

As Land and Soil Jurisdiction Assemblies prepare to enter Full Assembly Session, the importance of State Coordinators and PKTF-Assembly Liaisons cannot be overstated. The time has come to broaden our focus beyond general member intake and embrace the critical development of State Assembly Militia and Special Purpose Committees.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) plays a crucial role in guiding American State Assemblies on matters related to lawful border security measures and inter-state cooperation. However, it has come to our attention that some State Coordinators may be hesitant to support these efforts within their State Assembly Militia sub-pillar.

It is important to emphasize that any reluctance from State Coordinators to support this initiative without valid cause is a serious delinquency in their role of supporting lawful State and local county Assembly growth. The success of our Assemblies relies heavily on the active participation and support of all members, especially those in leadership positions.

For Assemblies nearing Standing status or still in development, appointing an educated PKTF-Assembly Liaison should be a top priority.

This role is vital for all stages of Assembly development, facilitating communication and coordination between the PKTF and individual Assemblies. The PKTF-Assembly Liaison serves as a bridge, ensuring that vital information flows smoothly, and that Assemblies are well-equipped to handle the evolving needs of our federation. Several states, including Missouri, are actively participating in lawful, peaceful exercises to enhance regional State Assembly militia Special Purpose Committee capabilities. These exercises are not only beneficial for individual Assemblies but also contribute to the overall strength and resilience of our network.

We urge all State Assemblies to seek information on these ongoing developments and engage in proper outreach efforts. It's crucial to recognize that American States are international in nature, and the Peacekeeping Task Force operates within this jurisdictional realm. Maintaining contentious behaviors against lawful and peaceful cooperation efforts from qualified, status-corrected Americans is counterproductive in the broader international context. Instead, we should focus on fostering collaboration and understanding among all parties involved.

If any State Coordinator is currently experiencing communication gaps within their Assembly - be it with Assembly members, coordinators, or individuals seeking viable means of cooperation and state assembly involvement - we strongly encourage them to come to the table and begin broaching these subjects of conversation. The same applies to issues related to Federation of States peacekeeping services in the international jurisdiction space or areas where de facto subcontractors are causing significant lack in Assembly progress. Shrinking from these opportunities for discussion only hinders our collective progress.

The Peacekeeping Task Force is structured to create a cyclical approach towards Evaluation, Education, and Coordination of all peoples involved across available meeting spaces. This includes, albeit in a limited fashion, State Coordination cooperation. By engaging in open dialogue and addressing concerns head-on, we can work together to overcome obstacles and strengthen our Assemblies. To all those who are actively involved in their State Assembly restoration progress, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your dedication and hard work are the driving force behind our movement. For those still considering assembly participation but may be experiencing issues or contention about joining their State General Assembly, we encourage you to reach out and voice your concerns. Remember, every voice matters, and your participation is crucial to the success of our cause.

As we move forward, let us focus on maintaining cooperative means of interfacing with the growing list of educated peacekeepers and their existing Law Enforcement counterparts. By fostering understanding and collaboration between these groups, we can create a more harmonious and effective system that serves the best interests of all Americans.

In closing, let us remember that our strength lies in our unity and our willingness to work together towards a common goal. As we face the challenges ahead, let us do so with courage, determination, and an unwavering commitment to the principles of lawful governance and individual liberty. Together, we can build a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.

The path may not always be easy, but with perseverance and cooperation, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve greatness as a united federation of sovereign states.
