Peacekeepers and Sheriff's Organization (PSO): Bridging County Boundaries for Grassroots Peacekeeping
A new era of grassroots peacekeeping is taking shape as the Peacekeepers and Sheriff's Organization (PSO) launches a collaborative platform for County Sheriffs—known as Reeves—and peacekeepers across the United States and beyond. This initiative is designed to foster communication and cooperation across parallel and successive jurisdictions under the framework of Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction, with a mission to strengthen both local and international community safety.

A New Meeting Space for County Sheriffs
The PSO is building an international meeting space that transcends physical and jurisdictional boundaries, similar to the role played by the National Sheriff's Association (NSA) for law enforcement agencies across the 50 states. However, the PSO places a unique emphasis on Soil Jurisdiction—the constitutional authority of County Sheriffs rooted in the land and the people they serve.
All bonafide Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriffs (Reeves) are invited to participate and are encouraged to join PSO at no cost. Member Enrollment is open to verified peacekeepers who are eager to learn, share local developments, and collaborate with others who aspire to uphold peace and public trust in their counties.
Tune In: The Reeves Shop Talk 44 on Rumble
To bring these conversations directly to the public, the PSO hosts regular broadcasts on The Reeves Shop Talk 44 Rumble Channel, airing two to three times weekly. These episodes feature discussions on local awareness, community safety, and strategies to counteract disruptive tactics used by bad actors—ensuring that peacekeepers and the public alike are informed and prepared.
Expanding County Communication Channels
The movement isn't limited to just one platform. Other local County communication channels are opening up nationwide, with several already active for months. These channels help bridge the gap by spreading vital information to local "County of" Law Enforcement, de facto Sheriffs, and the general public, ensuring that everyone in the community is connected and aware of ongoing developments.
A tremendous "Thank you" also goes out to Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriff Andrew Eyink upon Richland County, Ohio for being among the first to attend these Shoptalks. You can find his local work and watch it grow and evolve as his County Peacekeeper Restore The Republic as well.

Shared Values and Jurisdictional Dialogue
Both the PSO and NSA share a commitment to:
-
Community safety and local awareness
-
Proper identification of people and property (public and private)
-
Upholding the right to free travel and lawful commerce
-
Building trust between peacekeepers and the communities they serve
The PSO, however, places special focus on the distinction between Land/Soil and Maritime/Admiralty jurisdictions. This clarity is essential for restoring trust, as it defines the roles and responsibilities of peacekeepers—whether elected or appointed—within their respective legal frameworks. The PSO also encourages dialogue on the importance of proper identification, the right to travel, and the ability to operate for profit within commerce or trade, while emphasizing the need to distinguish between public and private domains.
Standing Against Disruption
A key topic in PSO discussions is the recognition and exposure of less-than-peaceful tactics used by bad actors, often funded by external protagonists, to disrupt local communities and infrastructure. County Guardians—Sheriffs and their augmented police departments—are united in their resolve not to tolerate such attacks, and to work together across jurisdictions to protect their people and resources.
Join the Movement
All Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriffs (Reeves) are invited to join the PSO, participate in open dialogue, and support one another in navigating the complexities of their unique jurisdictions. This is a call to action for peacekeepers to come together, share knowledge, and stand united for positive change.
