Peacekeeping Task Force Assembly Liaison Training Returns: Two New Series Begin October 17

By PKTF (Union State Development Facilitation Team)

Published June 20, 2026

If you've been watching the growth of lawful peacekeeping and peace-building across American State Assemblies, you're going to want to catch this announcement. The Peacekeeping Task Force is opening enrollment for its next round of Assembly Liaison Training Days, and this time we're doing it once again in two full iterations designed to bring more State Assemblies into proper service.

The first series kicks off after approximately 111 days from now, which lands us at 7:30 PM EDT on Monday, October 17, 2026. That's when Day Zero begins, and that's when new participants get onboarded with the foundational knowledge every Liaison needs.

Why Assembly Liaisons Matter Right Now

We've seen a noticeable uptick in interest over the past few months. American State Nationals and American State Citizens from across the Federation are reaching out, asking about the Assembly Liaison role, what it takes to serve, and how their State Assembly can position itself for proper peacekeeping and peace-building services.

And here's the truth: a significant portion of our State Assemblies are still without adequate Assembly Militia stewarding. That's where peace-building service starts. Without it, everything else on the international scene stalls each and every time.

The PKTF – Assembly Liaison isn't just another Federation function with an interesting service title. It's a perpetual, yearly service role that performs as the bridge between:

  • State of the Union AND Union State Assemblies
  • Local (de facto/Municipal and Territorial) Law Enforcement Officers (LEO) Emergency Services
  • Sovereign Peacekeepers and other networking sovereign peace-builders
  • All known - full spectrum emergency services
  • Neighboring State Assembly Liaisons

That bridge is what keeps communication flowing, what prevents jurisdictional conflicts, and what ensures disaster response can happen across state lines when it matters most.

What the Training Coverage Has Been So Far

The annual training program typically runs in two series:

Series 1: March through June (or) September through March (depending on when the series begins for the year).
Series 2: September through November, then a break, and finally March through June.

Sessions start bi-weekly, then shift to weekly midway (with varying service focal points). Day Zero is where new participants get onboarded. From there, you'll cover:

  • Historical context of service organizations and Public Law
  • Committee collaboration (Assembly Militia Provisions, Assembly Militia Operations, and the joint Outreach committee) - primary service touchpoints.
  • Relationships between Liaisons, Field Commanders, and State-elected Marshals-at-Arms
  • How to structure effective Liaison teams within your State Assembly
  • Scenario-based exercises: border defense, disaster response coordination, resource management during emergencies

And if you miss a session? All prior Training replays are made available to review, with opportunities to provide written reflections summarizing what you learned from prior training as validation for Liaison qualification. That's how we salvage prior training and maintain service accountability.

Where to Find Previous Training

If you're new to this Federation opportunity and want to see what's already been covered, you can find all the previous and upcoming training recordings on the Peacekeeping Task Force YouTube channel. Search for:

  • PKTF Liaison Training Series 2_2025_Day1
  • Previous series from 2024 and 2025

Every segment has been rich in content and highly relevant to the work. The material reinforces core responsibilities while introducing new initiatives that will shape our efforts going forward.

For the full outline of the 2024–2025 Assembly Peacekeeping Liaison education and training, check out the seeksearchfindtruth.blogspot.com page titled "2024-2025 Assembly Peacekeeping Liaison – Education and Training." That's where the comprehensive breakdown lives.

What's Coming: Union State Assembly Development

Upcoming training will also dive deeper into Union State Assembly development and growth as it relates to your State of the Union. This isn't just about militia structure. It's about:

  • How Assemblies further qualify through Original Jurisdiction to rejoin the State of the Union
  • How Liaison service differs from State Coordination (which sunsets when an Assembly qualifies)
  • How to build professional networks with law enforcement whose jurisdictions run parallel with Sovereign Peacekeepers
  • How to advocate for proper jurisdictional recognition

This is the kind of content that helps Assemblies move from being unrecognized to being properly validated for Standing status.

Enrollment Is Open

If you're interested in becoming an Assembly Liaison, here's what you need to know:

Eligibility:

  • Must be a status-corrected American State National or American State Citizen
  • Cannot hold other elected positions within your State Assembly
  • Must complete the Enrollment Form and pass PKTF vetting

Team Formation:

  • You can form teams of two to three Liaisons within each State Assembly
  • Teams work together on advocacy, training, operational planning, and general outreach.

Interview Process:

  1. Ice Breaker: Assembly involvement, time availability, familiarity with PKTF resources
  2. Follow-up: Commitment level and understanding of responsibilities
  3. Final: Candidate-led discussion on PKTF functions to ensure mutual understanding

All Liaisons receive Administrative Leave regardless of active service status. That's recognition for your contribution while giving you time to rest.

The Bigger Picture: Reframing Peacekeeping

There's something important happening here that goes beyond training. We're also working to reframe how peacekeeping is understood in the public eye.

The term "sovereign citizen" has become weaponized—a shortcut used to dismiss legitimate concerns about corruption, governance, and constitutional process. It's been associated with fraud, extremism, and pseudolaw, which overshadows the real issues people are trying to address.

What we're building instead is a set of constructive identity paths that allow people to engage the same concerns without the stigma:

  • American Constitutional Witness: For researchers, documenters, public record investigators
  • American Republic Advocate: For reformers, petitioners, constitutional convention advocates
  • American Common Law Citizen: For those asserting rights through legitimate courts and traditional legal principles

These three paths let people work in different lanes while staying aligned in purpose. They separate legitimate inquiry from extremism. And they create a stronger public-facing identity for those who want real, peaceful change.

This isn't about rejecting civic life. It's about promoting peacekeeping, accountability, and lawful participation.

How to Enroll

The Assembly Liaison Enrollment Form is available on the original article announcing the position at PKTF News, titled "The Peacekeeping Task Force – Assembly Liaison." You'll find the Enrollment Form button just below that article.

If you have questions about enrollment steps, prerequisites, minimal requirements, or proof of Assembly membership, contact us at any of our Contact Forms or email addresses throughout the sites:

We're open for service.

The Mapping Roster Is Growing

PKTF has stepped up transparency to include the PKTF – Assembly Liaison – States Map. Unlike the General PKTF Service map, this one shows which State Assemblies have an active Assembly Liaison.

Every State General Assembly will have a unique opportunity to have at least one supporting member within its Oversight Committee who is its own PKTF – Assembly Liaison. That's how information sharing happens at the Federation level.

This Is What Meaningful Service Looks Like

If you want to do something meaningful—truly meaningful— toward improving your own safety and the safety of others, get busy organizing in your own community. Get to know your neighbors. Discuss the need to protect yourselves. Get involved in your State and County Assembly Militias.

If you don't have a program yet, start organizing. There's no time like the present.

And call the PKTF if you have questions about the limitations of your County and State organizations and the ways you can lawfully and safely organize militia functions and coordinate actions with other County and State Assembly Militias.

Together, we can lawfully and peacefully plan for the security and protection of every community in America, come what may.

There's no need for clandestine, dangerous, or "unregulated" activities that have given militias a disappointing and somewhat reckless name. We the People, however, aren't naive children simply playing games without true purpose or intent. We're lawful adults participating in our American Government, doing what must be done under our own Public Law.

We have every right to organize our State Assembly Militias and County Assembly Militias. And we're exercising that right.

Running as One: The Sovereign Race to Full Standing

Together, We Pace Our State to Victory – A Journey Where No Assembly Crosses Alone

By Joe on Spencer County | January 29, 2026

Imagine a vast track stretching across the heartland of America, where dozens upon dozens of runners from every corner of a state line up at the starting blocks. These aren't lone competitors vying for gold; they're the local county assemblies, each bursting with unique talents honed from their own soils – from the rolling hills of rural counties to the bustling hubs of urban ones. They're all running the same race, driven by the same honored duty: to reach the finish line of full recognition, where sovereignty shines fully for every American who steps up.

But here's the beauty of it – this isn't about who crosses first in some cutthroat sprint. It's a collective journey, a relay of the soul, where the lead runner, the State of the Union Assembly, must cross that line foremost. Only then can the rest follow, celebrated as one unbreakable team.

"The State Assembly is the entire State, including all the County Assemblies."
– Federation Fiduciary Office

The Lead: Our Shared Protector, Bearing the Weight

Picture the State of the Union Assembly out front, our favored champion, bearing the weight of international representation on its shoulders. It's the protector in global business matters, the shield that ensures every local assembly's pure sovereignty stands tall on the world stage.

Example of one State of the Union from
 among the 50 States

Example of another State of the Union from
 among the 50 States

...each with their respective Union State Assemblies running with, and cheering them all along the way.

This isn't just any leader; it's the reflection of us all – the "state" or condition of every county assembly combined.

  • Elections are advertised and offices filled
  • Four assembly pillars are fully built
  • International shield activated for all

"We are all one State Assembly... the State of the Union represents the overall working together of all its Union State Assemblies."

Without that lead crossing first, none of the locals can claim their full standing. It's a divine order, teamwork forged in the fires of true American sovereignty – heartwarming in its selflessness.

The Strong Ones: Holding Back with Noble Hearts

Now, envision the strong ones among us. Some county assemblies are powerhouses, legs like pistons, able to blaze past the leader in a heartbeat. They've got the numbers, the organization, the fire to outpace the pack and cross that line solo if they choose.

Keeping the State of the Union out in Front by
Moral Support and Journey Participation

But they don't. No, they hold back, running just ahead or alongside, breaking the headwind like a phalanx of guardians. They set the rhythm, a steady cadence that lets the State observe proven steps, shielded from the gale.

  • Surge ahead to block the wind, easing the burden
  • Match pace with proven strides, guiding the way
  • Whisper: "Keep going – we've got the path cleared for you!"

"Grow and run together, but none should outpace their international representation... all are encouraged to grow and run together, but none should outpace their international representation."
– Insights from annavonreitz.com

These frontrunners turn their talent into pure, selfless love – a beautiful effort that warms the soul.

The Heart of the Pack: Singing Through the Struggle

And oh, the heart of those running neck-and-neck or just behind! They sing out words that pierce the fatigue – hymns of unity, cheers of "You're our shield in the world – we've got your back!" When missteps happen, when the weight of adversity threatens to halt the State altogether, these assemblies rally closer.

They share stories of their local triumphs, bolstering the leader's resolve. It's vivid, isn't it? A cluster of runners from mountain counties, voices rising like a chorus, pulling the State through a brutal stretch where doubt creeps in.

  • Voices as lifelines: "One step more – sovereignty for us all!"
  • Shared stories: Local wins fueling the fire
  • Tight formation: No letting the favorite falter alone

"The Federation promotes the fact that the One State Assembly and its Union State Assemblies are all one."

It's not hierarchy; it's protection born of mutual reliance, inspiring tears of pride.

The Rear: Cheering from Afar, Hearts Full of Hope

Then there are the ones bringing up the rear – those county assemblies still finding their stride. Maybe resources are scarce, or the terrain of their locale has slowed them. They can't keep a perfect pace, falling behind with labored breaths, but they're in the race, eyes fixed on the pack ahead.

From afar, they cheer, their voices carrying on the wind: "Look at them go! We're coming!" They draw fire from the overwhelming inspiration up front – the strong ones helping the State, the mid-pack motivators singing strong.

  • Distant but devoted: Cheers that echo hope
  • Inspired chain: Watching the pack lifts their steps
  • Steady progress: No quit, just grit from behind

It's a chain reaction of encouragement, where even the slowest sees the State as the hopeful beacon. No one leaves them behind; the journey demands that all run together.

Unique American Gifts: Fueling the Collective Fire

This race pulses with the essence of every American's unique gifts. From coastal counties bringing maritime savvy to inland ones offering agricultural wisdom, we pour our local experiences into committee work that fuels the State.

Example of Committees Joining the Race and Working Together -
both local and State Levels

Local Essence

Gift to the Race

Coastal Counties

Maritime savvy for global strength

Rural Heartland

Unyielding endurance, steady pace

Urban Powerhouses

Rapid organization, committee muscle

Mountain Voices

Resonant cheers that carry far

It's committee development at its finest – locals promoting the need for their State to achieve full standing, then stepping up to inspire without outpacing. In town halls, newsletters, local newspapers, and daily lives: "Help our State cross first!"

The Triumphant Finish: Cheers for Every Step

When the State surges over – elections published, pillars erected – the dam breaks. Those ready locals, who've held back so nobly, surge across neck-and-neck, arms linked in triumph. Cheers erupt.

Example of the last remaining County Assembly
Across the Finish Line

The mid-pack follows, then the rear, each crossing to waving hands and joyful roars from those already celebrating. The last county assembly stumbles over the line, exhausted but beaming. Up ahead, the whole team jumps, hugs, waving peacetime flags: "You made it! We all did!"

"The One State Assembly and its Union State Assemblies are all one... by these means and this relationship ALL must run this same journey together and not leave any assembly behind."
– Federation Fiduciary Office

They cheer as one American State Assembly, sovereign at last.

Your Heart's Call: Join the Journey

Friends, this is our story – lace up with heart, encourage without surging ahead, and watch sovereignty bloom for all.

The Louisiana Assembly – Official Notice of Election Commencement and Public Safety Moratorium

December 31, 2025

The Louisiana Assembly, operating lawfully under American Common Law and now preparing for full              Standing and Seatment within the State of the Union, is pleased to announce the official receipt and publication of election commencement notices as filed and recorded in accordance with lawful publication requirements.

This milestone follows the Assembly’s initial public announcement on December 13, 2025, marking the restoration and organization of Louisiana’s Land and Soil Jurisdiction Assembly — a vital step in reestablishing self-governance of, by, and for the People of Louisiana.

The publication of election commencement receipts serves as both a practical and historical confirmation that The Louisiana Assembly has entered the organizational phase leading to its first official election on February 17, 2026. The notice includes the call for candidacies, deadlines, and qualifications consistent with The American Common Law tradition and the foundational principles of unincorporated, self-determined government.

Purpose and Intent of the Election

The purpose of The Louisiana Assembly’s election is to seat public officials duly chosen by the people on the land and soil of Louisiana, thereby restoring the lawful capacity of the State to conduct its own business in both domestic and international standing. The elections also represent the Assembly’s first order of business as it transitions toward recognized Seatment and operation for 2026, ensuring accountability, lawful representation, and public transparency.

As publicly noticed, elections will be held February 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. via online conference call, with candidate filings due by January 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Central Time). Official filing instructions and eligibility requirements are listed on www.thelouisianaassembly.com, along with candidate contact information through the State Coordinator, Paula Garcia, at nirecorder@protonmail.com.

The following excerpt reflects the full Public Notice of the Louisiana Assembly Election, as duly published:

“The Louisiana Assembly, being lawfully in Session and operating under American Common Law, hereby gives Public Notice that nominations and declarations of candidacy are now being accepted for all open public offices.... These offices are to be filled in the upcoming February 17, 2026 election…”

(Open offices, filing conditions, and the lawful standing of all candidates appear in the published notice, confirming that Louisiana now meets the conditions for its own orderly and transparent elections of lawful State officers.)

Special recognition is extended to the PKTF – Assembly Liaison Office for The Louisiana Assembly for their diligence in receiving and coordinating all State Border Defense project materials in support of Public Safety Announcements and initiatives duly validated by The Louisiana Assembly, General Assembly during this lawful election commencement. It is through the work of each State of the Union’s PKTF – Assembly Liaison that the Federation is able to effectively recognize and verify each State’s lawful progress toward official Standing and Seatment. Without this vital Federation service and its dedicated coordination, the process of confirming such International Public Announcements would be greatly hindered.

The First, Second, and Third Orders of Business

Upon completion of the election process and formal Seatment of elected officers, The Louisiana Assembly has declared its initial policy and operational priorities, as follows:

  1. First Order of Business – Public Safety Moratoriums.
The Louisiana Assembly will review and uphold ongoing moratoriums on projects or operations identified as posing an immediate risk to public safety or general welfare. Documentation of registered notices establishing these moratoriums has been prepared for lawful filing and distribution to relevant parties.
  2. Second Order of Business – Inter-Governmental Cooperation Review. The Assembly will assess areas where municipal or corporate government entities within Louisiana have acted without cooperation or contrary to public interest, particularly in cases found to be in direct offense to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction’s declared safety or environmental protections.
  3. Third Order of Business – Restoration of Public Oversight.
Once Standing to Seatment is fully established, The Louisiana Assembly intends to implement mechanisms for citizen oversight and review, ensuring that public projects and activities reflect lawful consent, safety, and public benefit.

Lawful Pathway to Peaceful Restoration

The images and public documentation accompanying this update reflect the lawful and peaceful pathway by which The Louisiana Assembly is preparing to enter Seatment for 2026. Through open elections, transparency in filings, and acknowledgment of moratoriums grounded in public safety and law, Louisiana’s Land and Soil Jurisdiction Assembly continues to lead the example of responsible self-governance under American Common Law.

Filed notices—including publication listings of Dec. 19, 26, Jan. 2, and 9—and related election costs ensure that proper investment has been made to meet requirements for lawful public notice and verification. The Louisiana Assembly remains committed to peace, safety, and accountability as its foundational principles.

The forthcoming February 2026 election marks a defining event in Louisiana’s return to its American Statehood standing and reaffirms the unbroken continuity of the People’s right to self-government.

Announcing The Louisiana Assembly, Land and Soil Jurisdiction - The Next American State Assembly Preparing for Official Standing and Seatment

Federation Announcement: The Louisiana Assembly Announces Achievement of Full Standing Commencement

The Louisiana Assembly has become the next American State Assembly to officially announce its pursuit of Standing and Seatment upon the land and soil jurisdiction, fulfilling expectations outlined by the Federation for all four functioning pillars—General Assembly, International Business Assembly, Jural Assembly, and State Assembly Militia. This magnificent milestone demonstrates their commitment to peaceful assembly and lawful reconstruction of the original republican government.

Tribute to Louisiana's Dedication
Congratulations to The Louisiana Assembly for this historic achievement, earned through persistent organization and adherence to Federation processes. Their exemplary efforts set a standard for other States of the Union that will soon achieve this same milestone in the very near future.

Key Role of Open Communication
The Louisiana Assembly has continuously maintained open dialogue with the Federation's Peacekeeping Task Force for over 13 months, sharing notices and fostering coordination despite no fixed duration requirement. This collaboration has greatly helped ensure safe and lawful progress, bridging gaps for de facto law enforcement, emergency responders, and the Federation Fiduciary Office, particularly in areas such as acknowledgment of its lawful and peaceful State Border Defense development (an area of significant importance to the Federation's Peacekeeping Task Force).

PKTF's Honored Network Partnering
The Peacekeeping Task Force honors its role in supporting this development through ongoing outreach, publicizing the milestone worldwide once achieved, and to their de facto subcontractors. Visit The Louisiana Assembly at Home | The Louisiana Assembly to learn more and connect.

SPARS 2025 Watch: Peacekeeping Task Force Expands Global Communication Readiness

PKTF launches new research and monitoring initiative ahead of potential live exercise, uncovering origins, funding links, and global narrative tactics behind the 2017 SPARS scenario.

Peacekeeping Task Force Supplemental Update

Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025 — 6:15 PM EDT

Following the Peacekeeping Task Force’s (PKTF) initial public announcement regarding the unfolding SPARS Pandemic tabletop scenario, several readers have reached out seeking additional clarity on how the Task Force intends to participate should this exercise transition from a tabletop format into a real-time, live exercise—similar to the transformation witnessed during Event 201’s prelude to the CV-19 live phase in 2020.

The Peacekeeping Task Force appreciates this feedback and provides the following clarification and update.

Our Role and Operational Intent

The Peacekeeping Task Force’s contribution will remain lawful, transparent, and strictly informational. Our participation in any such live-phase exercise will emphasize truthful reporting, responsible public communications, and factual countermeasures against misinformation designed to distort or exploit public anxiety.

Our task force members—volunteers from across the Union States—operate independently and without external funding. This dedicated body consists of lawful Americans trained in independent research, field verification, and data analysis who rely on thousands of vetted sources to provide accurate information and life-saving situational awareness.

PKTF’s activities are fully voluntary and service-oriented. Our mission is not to create or manipulate any scenario but to ensure calm, clarity, and lawful order while helping reduce collateral damage caused by false or misleading narratives.

Upcoming Research and Investigative Focus

Ahead of the possible activation of the SPARS scenario, the Peacekeeping Task Force will release ongoing research and documentation uncovering the origins behind the university of the 89-page scenario script, its creators, funding sources, and related institutional connections.

Our research teams will provide verified information about possible other universities and key contributors responsible for producing the SPARS tabletop, including which foundations and think-tank networks financed the publication and how their participants have remained active in similar public health and communication simulation projects since 2017.

The forthcoming PKTF analysis will also highlight overlapping relationships between certain academic, pharmaceutical, and policy influence groups that have historically shaped international simulation frameworks. These revelations will help the public understand both the academic basis and strategic intent behind such recurring global wargame-style exercises.

Exposing Institutional Overreach and Synthetic Authority

One of PKTF’s key areas of focus will be examining the recent positioning and rhetoric of the World Health Organization (WHO) as it attempts to reassert global influence in shaping public health directives under the guise of emergency power.

Our assessment raises serious concerns that WHO’s anticipated emergency advisories or fictionalized announcements—if enacted under SPARS—would constitute overreach into sovereign national affairs. Such measures, though dramatized within a simulated framework, risk conditioning the public to accept binding compliance with mandates issued by unaccountable international bodies that hold no legitimate authority under the laws of independent Nations.

The Peacekeeping Task Force, in partnering with like-minded lawful organizations worldwide, intends to monitor and expose any such deployments of false authority in real time. Each coercive attempt to frame public compliance through fear or misinformation will be met with responsible public communication, factual data, and lawful counter-narratives to safeguard the natural rights of informed citizens.

Sixth-Generation Warfare and the Communication Battlespace

Having collectively experienced the CV-19 live exercise, it is evident that the SPARS scenario—should it activate—will deploy primarily sixth-generation warfare (6GW) tactics. Unlike prior forms of warfare, 6GW moves beyond physical battlefields and into psychological, cognitive, and social domains where communicational control is vital.

In this form of warfare, influence operations target public consciousness through algorithmic shaping of perception. Digital propaganda, selective censorship, and AI-moderated narrative control are used to steer opinions and conceal truth within carefully constructed information streams.

For example, an online network could artificially promote emotionally charged “emergency bulletins” doctored to simulate official medical announcements or create exaggerated crisis maps designed to generate panic. The goal is to fracture cooperative attention, saturate communications with contradictions, and force populations into disbelief or submission.

This is where the Peacekeeping Task Force’s mission becomes critical—to detect, analyze, and neutralize misinformation in real time while upholding clarity and composure among the public.

Coordination Among Trusted Communication Networks

The Peacekeeping Task Force will work in cooperation with at least six other trusted, unincorporated communication platforms, each responsible for cross-verifying information across regions and report clusters. These collaborations include the monitoring of data through systems like the ArcGIS mapping network and S Shop communication platforms that track community and border developments in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. https://www.arcgis.com/apps/mapviewer/index.html?webmap=7f13eda1f301431e98a7ac0393b0e6b0

Through these international and community-based frameworks, PKTF ensures that all information circulated through its network is independently validated, lawfully sourced, and grounded in actual field reporting rather than institutional propaganda.

Public Reassurance and Continuing Mission

The Peacekeeping Task Force extends gratitude to every reader and contributor who has encouraged this work or participated in lawful community reporting. Your service during the CV-19 live exercise and your continuing diligence provide the strength upon which this crucial communications network operates.

As a reminder, PKTF has had no involvement in the creation of the SPARS 2025–2030 script. However, our researchers have followed its trajectory since 2024 to ensure the public remains informed about which actors are responsible for its design and promotion. This includes tracing funding channels, examining historical simulation precedents, and publishing new findings that clarify where potential deception or manipulation to bring harm to the general public may arise in future live exercise phases.

Should SPARS 2025–2030 or any similar scenario transition into real-time activation, the Peacekeeping Task Force will provide factual updates before, during, and after each operational phase—maintaining fair, balanced, and rational information dissemination while countering global-scale misinformation campaigns and efforts to incite unlawful compliance through fear.

In all instances, our commitment remains unchanged: to protect truth, preserve lawfulness, help clear the way for self-governance, sovereignty of nations, and stand vigilant so that mankind may endure and prevail through the fog of information warfare.
