Expanding Transparency and Accountability to Reinforce Public Safety and Clarify Lawful Intent for Law Enforcement and the Public

Introduction

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is preparing to publish its first official public press release titled:

 

“Clarifying the Difference Between Peaceful Self-Governance and Extremist Behavior”

 

 

This formal statement is an important step in reinforcing transparency, public education, and respectful communication with federal, state, and local agencies, including the FBI, U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).

 

The release will be made publicly available on PKTFnews.org, and it will also be formally transmitted via email and postal mail to named officials holding relevant roles in government offices, bureaus, legal agencies, and public institutions. These transmissions ensure that it will become part of the official public record in keeping with PKTF’s core commitment to lawful public notice and transparent outreach.

  • Assembly-related coordination
     
  • Strategic internal functions
     
• The Official Press Releases section is actively under development and will be launched alongside the release of the upcoming first press release, offering publicly accessible updates on external communications going forward.
   

Purpose of the Upcoming Press Release

The upcoming press release seeks to:

 

• Request clarity from federal agencies, particularly the FBI, DOJ, and SPLC, to draw a clear and lawful distinction between:
   
  • Individuals and assemblies engaging in peaceful, publicly recorded political status correction, and;
     
  • Individuals involved in unlawful, ideologically extreme, or violent behavior.
     
• Highlight the absence of meaningful updates since the FBI’s 2011 bulletin characterizing “sovereign citizens” as a rising domestic threat. While new classifications and training exist, none meaningfully distinguish between:
   
  • Lawful peaceful self-governance, and
     
  • Fraudulent or violent impersonations of such efforts.
     
• Offer PKTF’s continued willingness to collaborate with these and other agencies to ensure ongoing clarity and transparency, in furtherance of public safety, trust, and constitutional guarantees.
   

PKTF’s Platform for Public Safety and Lawful Engagement

PKTF promotes a principled model that supports:

 

• Credentialed and approved Liaisons, nominated through their respective American State Assemblies, to offer:
   
  • Real-time education to law enforcement
     
  • Community presence
     
  • Conflict de-escalation grounded in transparency and lawful conduct
     
• A sustained, public commitment to uphold:
   
  • Peacekeeping within local communities
     
  • The lawful recognition of properly recorded American State Nationals and State Citizens
     
  • The jurisdiction of the Land and Soil-based Assemblies, as derived from founding documents such as the Unanimous Declaration of Independence
     

Public Distribution and Legal Significance of PKTF Press Releases

• All PKTF press releases—beginning with the inaugural statement—will be:
   
  • Published at PKTFnews.org in the upcoming Official Press Releases section
     
  • Transmitted by email and first-class postal mail to individuals holding specific public roles in federal, state, and municipal offices
