Exciting Training Layout Highlights for PKTF - Assembly Liaisons-in-Training and Newly Onboarding Liaisons (March 2025)

As we embark on our 2025 training journey, we're thrilled to present an action-packed schedule for both Series 1 and Series 2, designed to equip our Assembly Liaisons with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles within the Assembly Militia sub-pillars.

Series 1 (March - May 2025)

Initial Training Days

We'll kick off Series 1 by introducing our new enrollee Liaisons from 2024 state interests and those joining us in 2025. These initial days will serve as a bridge from our recent administrative leave, addressing the hardline questions that emerged during this period.

One example of Liaison Training slide aspects to be presented

Key Topics:

  • Committee collaboration for PKTF - Assembly Liaisons
  • Optimal team composition for same-state assembly members
  • Exploration of vital committees:
    1. Assembly Militia Provisions Committee
    2. Assembly Militia Operations Committee
    3. Assembly Militia/General Assembly Outreach (joint committee)
  • Relationships between Liaisons, Field Commanders, and State-elected Marshals-at-Arms
  • Liaison interactions with State Speakers
  • Structuring an effective Liaisons Team for your State
  • Maximizing the impact of news sites and blogs for The Peacekeeping Task Force

Subsequent Training Days

Building on the foundation laid in the initial days, we'll delve deeper into practical applications, scenario-based learning, and advanced concepts throughout the remainder of Series 1.

Series 2 (August - October 2025)

Liaison Management Meetings

Series 2 will introduce our graduated service approach through Liaison Management Meetings. These sessions are tailored for newly onboarded Assembly Militia Liaisons and will focus on:

  • Scenario/live exercise-based State Border Defense discussions
  • Analysis of challenges and peaceful, lawful progress made since 2024
  • Advanced strategies for inter-state collaboration and resource management

Bridging 2024 and 2025

As we embark on this exciting new training year, we'll briefly revisit key points from our previous training sessions. This retrospective will help contextualize our progress and set the stage for the advanced concepts we'll explore in 2025.

Remember, our training schedule is designed to be dynamic and responsive to the needs of our Liaisons.

We encourage active participation and look forward to another year of growth, learning, and strengthening our Peacekeeping Task Force efforts to advocate all American and Foreign State Assemblies, Land and Soil Jurisdiction - lawful and benevolent community peacekeeping measures.
