Some Updates on Recent D10 Order Delivery Delays

 To all valued customers across North America and internationally,

We want to sincerely thank everyone who has ordered our current D10 model two-way, worldwide reach, always-free-to-transmit, military-spec built D10s. Your support is invaluable, and we are grateful for your trust in our products during these critical times.





Order Delays and Inventory Update

Due to overwhelming demand, our orders for the D10 have now outpaced our current inventory. This month, we encountered an unexpected logistics setback: our original supplier experienced a situation where a major shipment was mistakenly delivered to the wrong state. Unfortunately, we were not notified of this issue until several business days after the delivery occurred on the 2nd of this month.

We understand that many of you have now been waiting over 10 days for updates on your orders. Please know that we are acutely aware of the inconvenience this causes and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the situation.

What Happened and Why

Shipping errors of this scale are extremely rare but can occur due to a combination of factors, including human error in address labeling, automated sorting mistakes, or miscommunication between shipping partners. In this instance, the delivery address was entered for an entirely different state by the shipper although automatic shipping address is pre built into the system from previous orders, and the error was only discovered after the shipment had already been received and processed at the incorrect location. Such incidents are reported as being very infrequent, but they do happen, especially when supply chains are under pressure from high demand and rapid fulfillment requirements.

Our Response and Ongoing Efforts

From the moment we realized the error, our team—across multiple offices and with cross-border colleagues—mobilized to investigate and recover the inventory. We are in constant communication with our supplier and logistics partners to determine the root cause and to ensure that every possible measure is taken to prevent this from happening again.

We are actively working on either recovering and rerouting the misplaced inventory or, if recovery is not possible, reordering replacement units from the shipper and expedited.


Our End-User Team will provide updates to all affected customers at least every 48 hours from this point forward, detailing the status of your order and our recovery efforts.


Why Shipping Mistakes Happen and How We’re Preventing Them


Mistakes like this can occur due to:

- High order volumes leading to rushed processing


- Automated systems misreading or mis-assigning addresses


- Manual entry errors during fulfillment



To minimize future risk, we are:

- Enhancing order verification steps


- Increasing oversight during fulfillment


- Working closely with our logistics partners to implement additional safeguards


D10 in the Field: Supporting Disaster Response

As many of you know from following our updates and platforms like on our international news sites, the D10 is currently being field calibrated and tested in scenario-based training. These efforts are focused on providing continuous communication on a routine basis, geo-mapping service missions, and exercising various safe travel monitoring—technologies that have proven essential in recent disaster responses in the Southern States and elsewhere. Your patience allows us to maintain the highest standards for these life-saving tools.
