Peacekeeping Communications UpdateD10 Radios Empower Americans to Stay Connected
Renewal Reminder and Service Update Inside
Powering a New Era of Emergency Communication
Across the nation, excitement continues to grow as Peacekeepers, Peacebuilders, and community members gain access to the robust D10 Radio Communication System—a leap forward in emergency coordination and public safety readiness.
This advanced field communication device was designed with reliability, range, and independence in mind, serving as a vital safeguard for Americans who wish to remain connected and prepared during times of crisis.
The D10 features powerful UHF long-range operation, GPS tracking integration, and an internal repeater option, making it highly adaptable even when radio towers or major communication grids are down. Whether responding to natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or communication blackouts, the D10 keeps Peacekeepers and local teams “on the air” when others can’t.
When cellular, internet, or other digital systems fail, the D10 creates its own line of communication across the field—helping dispatch ambulatory, air flight, and other mechanized emergency services through real-time coordination.
Users have reported that it has become their “lifeline,” linking patrols, monitors, and Assembly coordinators under conditions where traditional tools would have gone silent.
This innovation represents not only a technological milestone, but also a statement of national resilience. It empowers status-corrected Americans and their Assemblies to remain in touch, report verifiable crime incidents, assist emergency operations, and foster community response in real time.
Service Renewal Notice — Stay Connected the Right Way
With the rise in activity across the national communications network, we’ve been alerted that several users have been attempting to renew their D10 radio services through external vendor websites instead of the official American Peacekeeping Communications Mobile Dispatch (APC) system.
All renewals must be made through APC’s authorized network portal:
Renewing through other platforms is causing disruptions that slow service and risk compromising data accuracy. Specifically:
• End-user information and service tracking are lost or separated from APC’s management system.
• Revenue meant to maintain network operations is improperly routed.
• Migration to the new APC user platform is delayed, affecting access to advanced network features.
State Liaisons should immediately pass this information to Assembly Coordinators and peacekeeping teams to ensure proper renewal procedures are followed.
Correct renewals help sustain secure communications for everyone relying on these essential tools.
About the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF)
The Peacekeeping Task Force is honored to be an affiliate distributor, order handler, and network user within the American Communications Service system. However, it’s important to affirm that PKTF is not the creator, administrator, or vendor controller of the APC program.
The APC network was originally developed by a small team of visionary, status-corrected Americans determined to ensure all State Assemblies across the Union had secure, sovereign, and dependable emergency communication infrastructure. Through their innovation, assemblies can now maintain Mobile Dispatching Services for peacekeeping, emergency medical, air rescue, and other vital operations across local and national jurisdictions—all operating seamlessly across land, soil, and sea domains.
This network stands as the first of its kind in American history, extending to all citizens and Assembly participants dedicated to lawful service and emergency readiness.
PKTF Participation and Responsibilities
While PKTF humbly endorses and promotes the D10 radio system for the benefit of all Assemblies, its role remains that of a national client, assistant distributor, and network participant—not a technical administrator. The Task Force maintains an equipment catalog that provides official peacekeeping tools and accessories for Assembly and liaison use.
However, PKTF does not manage or renew communication services, nor does it conduct network access training. All such administrative and technical support functions are handled solely through APC’s official site at https://apc.apcmd.net.
This ensures all data, renewals, and user records remain properly aligned within APC’s operational system.
In Closing — A Connected America
The D10 Radio System is redefining what it means to be prepared, coordinated, and connected across the States of the Union. It is a trusted tool for every Peacekeeper and Assembly member dedicated to safe, reliable communication under any condition—power failure, infrastructure collapse, or natural disaster.
As this earth wide system grows, users are reminded to renew only through APC’s official portal to protect data integrity and keep America’s most independent communication network strong and unified.

Lawful Peacekeeping in a Time of Transition
Embracing the Reality of Authentic Peacekeeping Efforts
Our Staff is often approached with questions such as "How do you all do it? How are you able to keep up with such peacekeeping challenges?"
Probably the best reply we as part of the PKTF Staff Directorate could offer is that "every little bit of consistent public safety contribution truly adds up significantly over time! In this, our Staff and growing list of Liaisons continues to plug away with genuine enthusiasm, smiles on our faces, and a warm yearning in our hearts to do right by all people. And, so, we persist."
The same reply would likely be fitting for all other genuine Americans functioning within their sovereign State and local Assembly levels. With that, let's continue moving forward together.
The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) Coordinates Interface Transition to People-First Public Safety and Community Stability
From a peacekeeping perspective, the current de-facto legal and financial shake‑ups in the corporate “government services” world highlight why communities must rebuild lawful, people‑centered peacekeeping structures.
The message shared across all PKTF resources since it's modern resurgence in June, 2022 is that living men and women, functioning within through their respective State Assemblies, has always held superior standing over corporate entities and have the solemn duty to restore public safety, public law, and genuine service to the people.

Unveiling the Skies: Investigating Stratospheric Aerosol Injection Flights for Transparency and Accountability
Empowering Communities and States to Track, Report, and
Demand Full Disclosure on Geoengineering Operations
Uncovering
the Hidden Flights:
How to Trace Aircraft Behind Stratospheric Aerosol
Injection (AKA - Chemical Jet Aircraft Trails)
In recent years—indeed, for decades—there has been growing awareness and concern about aircraft involved in covert operations like stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI). Many observe persistent trails in the sky or strange aircraft behaviors, recognizing that this is no longer purely theoretical but a tangible reality. The chemicals released—often visible as chemtrails—have sparked widespread unease about what is truly happening above us. Despite this, public discourse remains surprisingly weak and often dismissive, driven by a lack of awareness and transparency.
The absence of open, honest
discussion leaves many feeling powerless and uncertain, as a silent, clouded
veil of chemicals continues to be deployed across our skies. The need for wider
awareness and active, informed community engagement is more urgent than
ever—only through open dialogue and vigilant reporting can we begin to peel
back the layers of secrecy that obscure the truth and ensure the health and
safety of our air and environment.
These flights have largely been considered elusive or mysterious, flying at high altitudes and across busy airspaces, making
detection a challenge. Be that as it may, by better understanding certain investigative avenues,
we can better identify where these very peculiar aircraft originate, where they land, and
what payloads they may be deploying—key steps in protecting the sovereignty of
our borders and informing public awareness.
Tracking the Origins and Destinations
Aircraft capable of reaching the stratosphere—such as military tankers, specialized research jets, or modified aircraft—typically take off from specific military or research bases. Tracking these flights through public and private radar systems, including ADS-B, can reveal where these aircraft depart from and land, especially when flight paths are cross-referenced with known high-altitude routes and base locations.
While
accessing raw radar data might be beyond most reporters’ capabilities, the
process remains highly newsworthy and approachable. Local newsrooms can write
compelling stories highlighting the possibility of radar tracking as a tool for
flight detection and identification, particularly if their local military or
air traffic control provides interviews, demonstrations, or data on such
observations. This approach enables reporters to inform communities about how these flight patterns are monitored and why certain airports might serve as hubs for such specialized aircraft—all without requiring direct access to the radar
systems themselves.
Identifying Payloads and Materials
Investigations can also focus on the materials being
deployed. Often, aerosol materials like sulfate particles or reflective
aerosols are released from aircraft at specific altitudes and locations. Sharp
increases in atmospheric aerosols, detected via sensors and satellite
observations, can provide clues about the activity and payloads. Scientific
data from atmospheric monitoring stations help differentiate between natural
phenomena (like contrails) and unusual aerosol plumes that may suggest
geoengineering operations.
Tracing How Aerosol Materials Arrive at Airports
The logistics behind these operations are complex but
traceable. Payload materials, such as sulfur dioxide or other aerosols, are
usually shipped via standard logistical channels—by cargo aircraft or ground
transit—before being loaded onto the aircraft involved in deployment.
Monitoring freight cargo, port traffic, and air courier routes can reveal
points of entry. Additionally, specialized aerial systems, like solar lofting
methods or precursor injection, leverage existing aircraft fleets to minimize new
infrastructure development, making it all the more important to monitor their
movements.
Community Involvement Through Reporting
One of the most critical aspects of this issue is the role
local communities play in uncovering these secretive operations. Members of
Community Resiliency Units (CRUs) and concerned citizens are encouraged to
actively observe, document, and report any unusual aircraft activity—whether
the sightings occur within their county or just above its airspace. This local
outreach amplifies public awareness and provides valuable, ground-level
confirmation of concerns.
Community reporting can include photographs, documented
observations of flight patterns or aerosol trails, interviews with neighbors,
as well as outreach to local officials and airport personnel. Even novice
reporters contribute by sharing these firsthand accounts and evidence. Such
grassroots efforts form a collective database of observations that State Border
Defense Commanders can use to quantify and validate the frequency and nature of
these flights and materials.
Across the earth—(by the way – measurably observed and conclusively
considered by billions of people in our day and age as a level, stable plane
rather than assuming any particular curvature to a spherical land shape or observed
motion)—brilliant men and women from every region, community, and government
have a shared stake in understanding what is being released into our skies.
This worldwide awareness calls for all sovereign nations,
their sovereign people, and the citizens that serve them to come together to
openly discuss the undeniable and concerning activities underway in our
atmosphere. These discussions must be fair, balanced, and transparent,
involving those responsible for authorizing aircraft takeoffs and deployments.
The earth’s people deserve full visibility from the origin
of airborne materials to their deployment and return. Only when these processes
are revealed openly, without hesitation or secrecy, can the truth be
determined—making it clear whether there is a legitimate and safe purpose, or
if something remains hidden that the world needs to know. This kind of open,
collaborative dialogue, on the level plane of the earth shared by all, is
essential for trust, accountability, and informed decision-making.
Practicing these reporting skills strengthens community
resilience and accountability. It empowers ordinary Americans to become active
participants in monitoring their skies and gives a voice to those demanding
transparency and answers about aerial operations that have impacted their
environment for decades.
Getting Started with Local Reporting
For anyone concerned about these flights, a straightforward
way to contribute is to start documenting what you observe in your area. Note
the time, place, and details of any unusual aircraft or aerosol activity. Take
photos or videos whenever possible, and discuss shared observations with neighbors.
Sharing these findings on modern self-publishing platforms like Substack or
community blogs helps raise awareness fairly and impartially—key to
gaining credibility and broader attention.
Maintaining a balanced, fact-based tone in your reporting
invites constructive discussion and helps the public understand the issue
better. Encouraging others in your county to do the same builds a network of
local observers whose collective data supports larger efforts by State Border
Defense and community leaders to track, investigate, and demand full
accountability.
A Call for Worldwide Cooperation and Transparency
This concern is not confined to any single state or country;
it is a global issue requiring the unity of all states of the union and nations
worldwide. Communities everywhere are invited to join a collective initiative
to research these operations with an open, fair, and balanced approach. This
initiative provides the opportunity to demand comprehensive accountability and
full transparency at every stage—from substance creation, packaging, shipment,
aircraft loading, to deployment safety protocols, flight patterns, and service
routines of aircraft involved.
Transparency is essential, especially for any project deemed
to “save the Earth.” The public deserves to see the full scope of such
projects, verifying independently whether these operations are genuine efforts
to benefit the planet or if they represent covert agendas where “the ends
justify the means.” Open dialogue and clear presentations by all responsible
parties would allow us to put fears to rest and build trust through
understanding.
In this way, the debate over these clandestine flights and
aerosol deployments can move beyond suspicion, providing peace of mind and
certainty—or uncovering facts that call for further scrutiny.
The Power of a Coordinated Approach
Combining radar tracking, atmospheric sensors, logistical
intelligence, robust community reporting, and earth-wide cooperative oversight
creates a layered approach to uncover clandestine operations. Knowledge of
departure and arrival points, aerosol detection, and local firsthand data
provides a roadmap for law enforcement, border defense, and community officials
to investigate mysterious flights. Public awareness, supported by these
investigative efforts, fosters a more informed and prepared community that understands
the potential scope of atmospheric activities and supports measures for
sovereignty and environmental protection.
By continuously evolving research, surveillance, community
engagement, and global cooperation, our skies can become more transparent,
helping to protect our airspace and the future of the earth.

Establishing Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction for Lasting Change
Establishing Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction for
Lasting Change
The American State Assemblies and Jural Assemblies hold
Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction, offering a lawful venue where the
people exercise the power of the jury—from among – of, by, and for the
people—to bring real, positive, and lasting change on the public record. This
jury pool forms the backbone of the Public Law, ensuring justice is
administered directly by the American people through their courts of general
jurisdiction. The focus is on reclaiming authority from administrative
tribunals and corporate courts operating outside Public Law.

The Dawn of Cooperative Public Protection
Preparing for the Peacekeeping Task Force’s New Era (2026-2028)
As current reflections of the American States Assemblies weekly webinar series continues its vital mission of civic education and empowerment, the recent “Homecoming” episode from November 17, 2025, marks a significant turning point for the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) and allied law enforcement and emergency services providers throughout the country.
Hosted on the “American States Assemblies” Rumble channel—sincere thanks to Anna von Reitz and the content creators maintaining this indispensable platform—the discussions highlight an unprecedented coordinated effort aimed at restoring service integrity, operational cooperation, and jurisdictional respect across all levels of service providers.
Laying the Groundwork:
Challenges of 2024-2025
The preceding years have been characterized by the PKTF’s intensive effort to identify and map the actual Assembly status of each State of the Union—ascertaining where each State of the Union stands in its sovereignty reconstruction and Assembly function development. This foundational task has been the single greatest challenge to meaningful engagement with incorporated law enforcement and emergency responders.
Without a reliable barometer of state-level governmental and assembly progress, initiating productive cooperation with the myriad de facto service subcontractors—state and county police, State Guard, National Guard units, and other emergency response agencies—remained little more than an aspirational theory.
The 2024 and 2025 Liaison Training preparations reveal that prior PKTF activities honed in on understanding assembly reconstruction levels of their vertical development, so as to create a transparent, realistic operational foundation as the States of the Union neared official Standing.
Entering a New Era:
2026-2028 Projected Trajectory
The November 17 “Homecoming” episode, described as the most pivotal to date, unveils the PKTF’s transition from foundational mapping to full-spectrum interaction with the broad spectrum of de facto service providers.
This transition marks the commencement of a carefully phased project management plan through 2026 to 2028, designed for noticeable and gradual cooperation with contracted law enforcement and emergency responders.
The Peacekeeping Task Force will now formally acknowledge and interface officially, and in mutual service respect with:
All Overt Emergency Service First Responders and Observers.
• - Federal Contractors that provide incorporated American law enforcement services.
• - “State of” De Facto Overlays including State Guards and National Guards, noting their differing scopes and authorities—where the State Guard operates primarily within the State of the Union jurisdiction upon State, Land Jurisdiction authority, while the National Guard has limited Federal activation capabilities, forming a crucial bridge between de jure State and defacto Federal subcontractor responsibilities simultaneously during forward momentum at this time.
• - County and Municipal Police as augmented Law Enforcement entities operating with limited mandated authority and jurisdiction under duly elected Sheriffs; the Sheriff’s office remains the constitutionally grounded, people-originated agency responsible for local law enforcement and public safety. This opportunity also lends itself to the jurisdictional reality that a Constitutional Sheriff and a Soil Jurisdiction County Reeve are, themselves, in a position to work together along jurisdictional divides as well. Just as do City Police and other Law Enforcement that is under the Municipal Sheriff, so too remains a working relationship between a Municipal, de facto Sheriff that works for the County Commissioner, and the difference between such Municipality and the de jure Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriff who stands answerable for them all and their subcontracted service capabilities - of whom these municipal emergency services stand under the jurisdiction of each County Reeve upon every American County.
• - Emergency Responders and Auxiliary Agencies contracted or deputized to provide services integral to public safety and crisis response.
Other vital sector service providers will be brought online where identified throughout the growth trend period to reflect this same effort as well.
Objectives:
Service Recognition, Reputation Restoration, and Mission Cooperation.
The effort seeks not simply operational integration but a broad restoration of service reputation and mutual respect.
The PKTF plans to:
Establish formal memoranda of understanding clarifying jurisdictional boundaries while promoting intelligence sharing.
Create secure communication frameworks and joint operational protocols as described in the PKTF's official operational manual, facilitating cooperation while maintaining sovereign jurisdictional partitions.
Develop shared training programs and deputization protocols to empower lawful cross-agency engagement.
Introduce technology integration measures—ranging from encrypted communications to geospatial monitoring during defense missions—to enhance coordinated responses.
Real-World Impact:
Protecting the People and Their Assets.
The Peacekeeping Task Force’s cooperative framework emphasizes protection of both public and private assets, ensuring that Americans; both public and private, as well as their citizens’ lawful properties are safeguarded without undue interference or encroachment by any agency. This dual focus on defending liberty and property rights for all Americans, to include their same subcontractors who offer good faith services and a willingness to make service corrections where required while moving forward together in common cause was a recurring theme in the November 17 discussions and is a core principle of the manual’s operational guidelines.
***Please stand by as this service manual is being developed from previous years of relative research***
Why This Matters
By moving beyond abstract theory to actively engaging those who serve on the ground—through State Guard, National Guard, Sheriffs, police forces, and emergency responders—the PKTF is aiming to weave a fabric of mutual respect and coordinated service. This process restores trust among agencies and with the communities they serve, reinforcing the principle that public safety is a cooperative, not competitive, enterprise.
What is next:
A Promising Horizon
The forthcoming years usher in a new atmospheric shift for American sovereign governance and peacekeeping operations.
Through the meticulous groundwork of 2024-2025 and now embracing integrated operations, the Peacekeeping Task Force advances the cause of lawful, respectful, and effective service to the American people.
The American States Assemblies channel continues to be a vital resource illuminating this journey among many other fine work, American channels.
Interested readers are encouraged to review the November 17 “Homecoming” webinar in full at American States Assemblies on Rumble to grasp the full breadth of this transformative initiative.

Mapping the New Peacekeeping Landscape: County Soil Jurisdiction and Lawful, Legal Authority in America
Public Notice, County Sheriff Empowerment, and Emergency
Communications Cooperation Amidst Federal Transition—A PKTFnews Update
Recent updates to the topographical map highlighting the American peacekeeping presence across all 3,142 American counties mark a pivotal development in the sovereign Land and Soil Jurisdiction framework that comprises the fabric of our nation-states.
These updates, accessible and
continuously enhanced on [pktfnews.org], graphically represent the lawful,
legal deployment and operational readiness of County Sheriffs and Continental
Marshals within their jurisdictional borders, reinforcing an emerging peacekeeping
paradigm based on original lawful authority.
Importantly, the map currently highlights data indicating
American communications for emergency purposes across a growing spectrum of
emergency services along the lines of all service providers previously
mentioned—including local police departments, state police, FEMA, United States
Marshals Service, and others. However, it does not yet reflect which counties
currently have a deputy Continental Marshal assigned, though this detail will
be added as additional emergency service cooperation data is supplied to the
Peacekeeping Task Force by the Continental Marshals service.
Furthermore, there are likely several dozen more communication operators
not yet represented on the map due to pending data updates from various
counties across the 50 States of the Union. Anyone who owns or operates
emergency radio and dispatch communications equipment but does not see their
county reflected is encouraged to reach out to their dispatch training service
provider in development and confirm that their local emergency network node is
accounted for. The Peacekeeping Task Force plans to update the map again soon to
include these communication ports as part of closing out the 2025 update cycle.
Similarly, counties that have asserted their lawful County Sheriff presence under Soil and Land Jurisdiction but do not see their
peacekeeper noted on the map should contact the Peacekeeping Task Force
promptly to ensure their lawful presence is acknowledged and documented in the
next update. Near-future map revisions will also show deputy Continental
Marshals assisting local Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs, serving as international
peacekeeping counterparts in alignment with traditional American practices
similar to those employed by the United States Marshals Service today. The
map’s purpose is to visually highlight all lawful emergency presence for each
Land and Soil Jurisdiction, thereby supporting ongoing cooperation among
current emergency responders and fostering community-wide peacekeeping
awareness.
The presence of peacekeepers, recognized as matching the
purpose and intent of the Public Notices issued by the Fiduciary Office in 2024, is
critically important. A Public Notice that carries the weight of valid
recognition but sees no one step forward to assume those roles leaves emergency
service providers facing an unnecessary burden. Without a clearly identified
peacekeeping presence, current de facto law enforcement agencies lack the
starting point needed to initiate collaboration shortly after these notices have
been published. This disconnect can hinder the establishment of proper
emergency response interfaces, which are vital for coordinated actions during
crises.
For example, if a natural disaster strikes a county with no
recognized peacekeeper stepping forward, neighboring counties' de facto law enforcement
and emergency services may have no choice but to delay coordination efforts, unsure who holds
jurisdictional authority or how to share communication channels efficiently.
This delay results in slower response times and a potential increase in harm to
lives and property.
Similarly, in a complex manmade disaster involving
cross-jurisdictional criminal activity or terrorism, an absence of recognized lawful, de jure peacekeepers creates confusion regarding command structure, law enforcement
responsibilities, and life-saving intelligence sharing. This confusion can lead to
operational missteps, failure to engage appropriate resources, and weakened
public safety outcomes.
All current de facto law enforcement agencies have expressed to the Peacekeeping Task Force, and other affiliated sources have confirmed that
their offices have indeed received the Public Notice published last year and have been actively
making proper jurisdictional arrangements to shift transitional authority and
cooperation where applicable in accordance with the Public Law concerning
self-governing responsibility of the American people. Those who have
voluntarily stepped forward in honor are helping protect their local and State
Border Defense against multiple threat potentials.
Without reliable, tangible means—such as the Peacekeeping
Task Force’s updated map—to verify the general presence of these lawful, legal
Americans, local, State, and Federal agencies often faced challenges confirming
or denying the actual peacekeeper presence beyond the Public Notice. This gap
has posed difficulties in aligning outreach efforts and operational
coordination. The Peacekeeping Task Force plays an essential role in bridging
that gap by tying Public Notice acknowledgments to the physical presence and
active participation of lawful peacekeepers across the American landscape.
This map and its ongoing updates mark a historic step in
ensuring that emergency service providers—fire departments, EMS, sheriff’s
offices, state patrols, federal law enforcement, and others—are continually
informed of the growing peacekeeper presence as well as associated communication and
dispatch capabilities. It supports a cooperative, jurisdictionally respectful,
and professionally prepared emergency response network capable of addressing
natural and manmade disasters with efficacy and lawful authority.
The American peacekeeping presence is no longer a theoretical doctrine but an evolving reality that significantly impacts how every level of government service and every sector of emergency response functions within their legal and lawful boundaries.
As more County Assemblies and emergency responders come online and are highlighted on the PKTF News map, all agencies can better align their service subcontracting priorities within the proscribed jurisdictional limitations.
This development fosters stronger cooperation,
preserves community sovereignty, and prepares the entire country for greater
resilience in times of crisis.
We very much look forward to welcoming more and more Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriffs as they step forward to declare peace beyond themselves, as part of the most pivotal first step in bringing lawful peacekeeping awareness to their nation-state assembly. Please know that your current de facto law enforcement is already well aware of your current and future presence. Most leadership among them welcome your noble efforts in this capacity. The next logical step in this evolving service relationship is for more American Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriffs to step forward, become properly elected after having stepped forward, and then become recognized as meeting your de facto emergency service counterparts who are gladly expecting you.
