Establishing Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction for
Lasting Change
The American State Assemblies and Jural Assemblies hold
Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction, offering a lawful venue where the
people exercise the power of the jury—from among – of, by, and for the
people—to bring real, positive, and lasting change on the public record. This
jury pool forms the backbone of the Public Law, ensuring justice is
administered directly by the American people through their courts of general
jurisdiction. The focus is on reclaiming authority from administrative
tribunals and corporate courts operating outside Public Law.
Courts of General Jurisdiction and Federal Postal Area
Courts
Each State Assembly is responsible for establishing American
Common Law courts of general jurisdiction on their soil and land territories.
These courts serve as the proper forum for hearing matters involving breaches
of trust, fraud, and offenses committed by various corporate entities.
Particularly, the Continental Marshals Service centers its efforts on Federal
Postal Area courts, whose jurisdiction arises from the postal system
infrastructure. Many corporations are found guilty of misdeeds and must answer
to these American Common Law courts, where justice is sought for offenses
committed under corporate charters that unlawfully control American counties
and local areas.
The Duty and Role of the Peacekeeping Task Force
The Peacekeeping Task Force was created specifically to keep
the peace for the general public by recognizing and supporting the lawful
existence of all American State Assemblies and their Land and Soil Jurisdiction
courts worldwide, including recognition on the international stage and in world
courts. PKTF emphasizes that these Assemblies are peaceful, non-belligerent,
and not engaged in retribution or combat; their mission is to exercise self-governance
and seek justice through their courts when remedies are denied by service
institutions, agencies, bureaus, departments, or organizations that fail to
uphold the Public Law or recognize the various United States Constitutions and
their historical significance.
PKTF assists with interfacing across jurisdictions with the coordination
and support efforts of the lawful peacekeepers—Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs,
Continental Marshals, and State Border Defense Assembly Militias—who are
dedicated to working with recognized service subcontractors, including federal,
state, and local law enforcement and first responders, to restore confidence in
lawful service and protection. These peacekeepers are bound by Public Law and
stand ready to enforce lawful processes, protect grand juries, and uphold the
Constitutions as amended and reaffirmed by the Unanimous Declaration of
Independence.
Upholding Justice and Reporting Crime
It is the sacred duty of all Americans, and particularly for
all American State Citizens and peacekeepers to keep the peace, uphold the
Public Law, and report crimes or evidence possibly leading to crimes to the
proper American bodies. This collective responsibility includes the power to
nullify any status, code, ordinance, mandate, policy, or legality that is
repugnant to the Constitutions or seeks to undermine or misidentify the
American people. Justice is pursued within the frameworks set by the State
Assemblies’ courts, not under the corrupted and fraudulent systems that
continue to deny true sovereignty to the American people.
The Vital Role of Peacekeepers in Reclaiming Sovereignty
The foundations of justice rest on publicly held courts and
lawful peacekeepers who work tirelessly to protect the people’s rights and
properties. The Peacekeeping Task Force integrates all branches of peaceful
enforcement, including Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs at the county level,
Continental Marshals focusing on Federal Postal Area courts and interstate
matters, and State Border Defense Militias preparing for lawful defense
missions. By supporting these peacekeepers in their constitutional duties, PKTF
ensures a united, law-abiding, and resilient force capable of protecting
American sovereignty, enforcing lawful orders, and fostering peaceful
coexistence within and among the States of the Union.
Historical Context as Guidance
Historical lessons from the fights against imperial abuses
during the British Empire, the manipulation of social contracts, and the
ongoing use of legal fictions inform the People’s path forward. Recognizing
these abuses and the fraudulent monetary and legal systems underpinning them
empowers Assemblies and peacekeepers to act under American Common Law for true
justice and lasting freedom.
