PKTF – Assembly Liaison Training Begins Tonight: An Open Invitation to Learn, Connect, and Serve

The 2026 Service Training Days open with Day Zero at 7:30 p.m. Eastern on Saturday, October 17. Readers across the States and internationally are welcome to request meeting access through their peacekeeping and Federation service contacts.

The PKTF - Assembly Liaison, Service Training Days for 2026 begin this evening with an introductory Day Zero meeting. This opening session welcomes those already serving, those considering a service role, and anyone interested in learning how communication, preparedness, and cooperative public service can strengthen relations within Assemblies and throughout their communities.

Participants are invited to listen, observe the presentation, join the discussion, and consider how their interests and experience might contribute to these fantastic service opportunities. No commitment to accept a role is necessary to attend.

How to Request Meeting Access

The invitation is open to the public, but the meeting link will not be published in this article. Instead, readers are asked to obtain access link confirmation through the peacekeeping officials and Federation service contacts who help communicate meeting opportunities to their respective Assemblies and communities.

Please contact one of the following:

  • Your Assembly Militia Commander or Director.
  • Your Assembly’s Marshal at Arms.
  • Your Postal Service Area Chief Continental Marshal.
  • Your Federation Peacekeeping Task Force Peace-builder serving as your State of the Union Assembly Liaison.

Although listed last, the PKTF - Assembly Liaison is often the best first contact for coordinating information about these particular service training opportunities.

If you are not sure which contact serves your area, begin with your Assembly’s established communication channel and ask to be connected with the appropriate peacekeeping or Federation service representative.

Why Invitations Are Shared Through Service Contacts

This approach keeps the meeting open to interested participants while encouraging dependable, locally connected communication.

Peacekeeping officials and Federation service representatives can help their people confirm meeting details, obtain the correct access information, and understand the start time in their own time zones. Those serving in supporting or advocacy capacities are also encouraged to help share the invitation through appropriate channels.

The purpose is not to restrict participation to officeholders. It is, however, to connect interested people with the lawful individuals already helping facilitate these public-service discussions - and to strengthen those communication relations along the way.

What Day Zero Will Cover

The opening session introduces the training series and explores the PKTF - Assembly Liaison’s service relationships within an Assembly and with the Federation.

Topics include:

  • Mission, purpose, and intent: the service-centered foundation of the Liaison role.
  • Continuing service: the distinction between ongoing peacekeeping support and temporary assembly-building assignments.
  • Service capacity: communication and coordination involving General Assembly, Assembly Militia, and Jural Assembly functions.
  • Committee relationships: how the Liaison can support productive work while respecting each body’s responsibilities.
  • Role boundaries: distinguishing documented responsibilities from interpretations, proposed assignments, and subjects requiring further clarification.

The presentation revisits subjects included in the March 2024 training, drawing primarily from Federation Fiduciary Office published articles. Day Zero will introduce the material and identify subjects for more detailed discussion during future training days.

Constructive Public Awareness Through Service

A central theme is how Federation Peace-builders (Assembly Liaisons) can, and do contribute through clear communication, preparedness, reliable follow-through, and respectful engagement.

That includes developing constructive relations with local, State, and Federal government offices, public-service agencies, and contracted service providers. This Liaison training emphasizes communicating the purpose and scope of Federation service roles clearly, without overstating responsibilities or Service to Public Safety authority.

Whether someone is already serving or simply exploring the opportunity, understanding these relations is an important starting point.

Connect Through PeaceBridge

Readers are also encouraged to explore peacebridge.network, the latest platform being introduced for Federation Emergency Services communication and coordination networking.

As the training series moves forward, participants are encouraged to become familiar with this developing - extremely vital online service environment and its role in connecting people, preparedness efforts, and service information.

International Participation Is Welcome

Interested participants outside the continental United States are also welcome to join.

Please confirm your local meeting time with the service contact providing your invitation. The opening session begins at 7:30 p.m. U.S. Eastern on Saturday, October 17; depending on your location, the corresponding local time may fall on Sunday, October 18.

These sessions are driven by visual presentations. Participants should plan to join from a computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of displaying the slides. Telephone-only access may be limited and, where available, will not provide the full visual training experience.

Join Us for the Opening Session

Day Zero offers an opportunity to become familiar with the training, meet others interested in service, and consider how these pivotal roles can contribute to preparedness, communication, and community cooperation.

Reach out to your local or State Assembly peacekeeper or Federation Peace-builder contact for meeting access and share this announcement with others who may wish to participate. When sharing publicly, please circulate this article rather than the meeting link.

***Please join prepared with your given and/or family name, and the Name of your County and State displayed on your participant panel before joining the meeting space.

***Those who cannot be reasonably identified may be removed from the space in order to make more room for those who are identifiable and interested to join as well.
