In a historic first, two Soil Jurisdiction County Guardians—also known as Sheriff's or American Reeves—have convened for an official meeting, marking a pivotal moment for local peacekeeping and lawful governance in America. This groundbreaking event opens the door for fellow Soil Jurisdiction Peacekeepers from across the nation to connect, collaborate, and “talk shop” about their unique roles as locally elected protectors of the people.

A New Platform for Local Peacekeepers

Although office holders such as these two are held by numerous other men and women across the over 3140 American counties as well, this inaugural meeting, however, sets the stage for an international platform where Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs can share experiences, strategies, and support each other in their mission to uphold the highest standard of lawful remedy. Unlike corporate “County of” Sheriffs, who operate within the limited capacity of municipal Martime Admiralty (Sea Jurisdiction) law enforcement, Soil Jurisdiction Peacekeepers retain Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction—serving as the ultimate local authority and guardians of the people’s rights and is The highest Peacekeeping Officer within the entire Continental United States of America upon their county.

 

As the Fiduciary Office within the Federation for The United States of America (Unincorporated) also recognizes, a prominent voice on the subject, has written:

 

“The office of Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff is the single most important elected office in America. It is the Sheriff who stands as the lawful remedy for Americans when de facto courts and limited law enforcement fall short.”

The new platform is designed not to compete with, but to support and complement current local Law Enforcement Officers and municipal Sheriffs in their corporate roles. By operating peacefully and in parallel, Soil Jurisdiction Peacekeepers ensure that all Americans have access to lawful remedy and true protection of their rights and assets, especially when other avenues may not suffice.
