Celebrate the Launch of the 2025 PKTF - Assembly Liaison Operations Handbook
As we celebrate the one-year milestone of the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) - Assembly Liaison program, it is with tremendous honor and thankfulness that we are pleased to announce the upcoming publication of the 2025 PKTF - Assembly Liaison Operations Handbook. This in-depth guide update is being created in real-time to more thoroughly equip our Liaisons with the tools, strategies, and know-how necessary to thrive in their own State Assemblies and beyond.
A Year of Progress and Gratitude
Looking back at the garnered experience since March 2024, we are grateful for the opportunity to thank all those who enrolled early and volunteered their precious time and input to help fuel the program's extraordinary growth. Your collective commitment was the absolute foundation upon which this became a successful endeavor. Throughout the last year, participation from a minimum of at least 10 states from a mean of 29 during training was largely responsible for guiding this handbook opportunity and its inevitable success. Without your dedication, this milestone would have been much harder to attain.
To our PKTF - Assembly Liaisons-in-Training newly joining now, and those rejoining for 2025 training, welcome, and welcome back as we celebrate a happy anniversary!
Your passion, determination, and ongoing interests have propelled unprecedented progress, allowing this budding organization to exceed expectations and provide innovative services that continue to grow organically.
The Handbook: A Tool for Excellence
The 2025 Handbook is an essential guide for Liaisons, detailing:
Committee Involvement: Instructions on how to work with State Assemblies.
Public Relations Skills: Effective advocacy and communication techniques.
Strategic Interaction: Most effective correspondence and collaboration practices.
Militia Service Coordination: Procedures for assisting State Border Defense operations.
It also incorporates new training modules on role-playing exercises, interview methods, database security procedures, and others. These additions prove our dedication to providing Liaisons with cutting-edge skills to keep up with changing needs.

Frontlining the Mandate or Authority Designation of Services Definition as a Training Focus
Definition in Context: The mandate or designation is the formal responsibility granted to PKTF by the Federation, rooted in its charter, to provide support and services to State Assemblies. This foundation emphasizes collaboration and lawful service rather than authority.
Core Responsibilities: Liaisons act as bridges between State Assemblies and the Peacekeeping Task Force, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and support for Assembly Militia functions.
Practical Application: The mandate serves as the guiding principle for all Liaison activities, ensuring they align with the Federation’s objectives while fostering trust and cooperation in every interaction.
This focus underscores that the PKTF's role is based on a clear, structured framework of responsibility rather than unilateral authority over any County or State.
Building on Success
This handbook builds upon the 2024 service abstract—a visionary model that transformed an idea into a tangible framework. By refining this vision through logical successes, we’ve created a product that not only meets but exceeds expectations. Such iterative development has been key to our growth and will continue to guide our future endeavors.
A Worldwide Impact
Due to the concerted efforts of our personnel and international interest, over five Assemblies worldwide are now cooperating under this Peacekeeping Service project. This international participation says much about the strength of our common vision and commitment of everyone involved.
Looking Ahead with Gratitude
To all who offered words of encouragement, patience, and support during this initiative’s crucial first year—thank you. Your belief in our vision has been invaluable as we balanced multiple trajectories, from finalizing SWOT analyses to expanding our Directorate Staff. Together, we’ve achieved remarkable service development milestones in just 12 months.
As we step into 2025, let us rejoice in this collective achievement and keep striving for excellence in peacekeeping service. The future is bright, thanks to the unshakeable dedication of our Directors, Liaisons, and all those who make this noble and challenging work possible.
