As we continue to test ways to grow and perfect our internet presence, we always consider (or reconsider) other broadcasting outlets.
Readers will also find the YouTube logo listing within the Footer of our pktfnews.org website for convenient access.
As of the July 21st, 2024, The Peacekeeping Task Force is now found on YouTube as replay content of previously held training meetings. Be sure to subscribe for access to all prior training made available, and feed notifications when training replays have posted.
Also, readers can find a more thorough explanation of why our Staff opted to reconsider utilizing YouTube as a viable broadcast platform in the article posted earlier today in our latest PKTFnews article for the day.
We very much look forward to your comments, questions, and productive suggestions. Please share any work you find here as you feel led. We greatly appreciate reading from all our readers and viewers!
We have recently learned of a few disconnects concerning the comprehension of what comprises Evaluation, Education, and Coordination in terms of how The Peacekeeping Task Force is concerned regarding all 50 American State Assemblies.
These disconnects stem from various notions that some Assemblies largely maintain because their leadership is not reaching out to seek more clarity on the topic.
(Please forgive the use of the following words that have been made bold. These words are used in this way to emphasize taking the importance of their use in context)
The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) asserts that we begin and end our Federation of States' service obligation with each American State Assembly Militia. We do not offer services to any other State Assembly Pillar outside of the Assembly Militia.
Any other ongoing, future service opportunities and limitation to obligation potentiality are maintained by being considered as an appointed, ongoing support member of each American State General Assembly, Oversight Committee. In this future opportunity, each support member within each American State Assembly is also an American State National trained by PKTF as a PKTF - Assembly Liaison.
No other Federation of States influence or service obligation outside of State Assembly influence or obligation exists. At this point of future service opportunity, the American State Assembly is Seated and functioning autonomously concerning its own Postal Service Area obligations and other international affairs regarding peacekeeping matters.
With the above established, we can move on to offer more clarity as we know it.
The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is currently chartered to assist directly with building and maintaining a solid interface relationship owed to each Incorporated, State of State subcontractor.
These similar, yet Incorporated law enforcement service providers (in operation at various service levels) are provided by PKTF with a calibrated aperture to analyze the social landscape for Evaluation and receive subsequent State Assembly service Education resulting from such analysis. They are also offered logistical service Coordination strategies derived from their respective American State Assembly Militia service counterparts.
The three cyclical validation services highlighted above are offered to all pertinent State of State law enforcement, by what their respective American State Assembly (Unincorporated) government contractors are building for their counterparts in this same respect.
The PKTF is not chartered to initiate our Unincorporated Assemblies with services such as required training or research materials, service resources or locations, conduct or oversee mandatory nationwide Assembly Militia meetings, obligate Assembly Militia coaching or mentoring, or issue Assembly Militia directives. The PKTF does not institute anything that would constitute an ownership interest or responsibility construed as Evaluation, Education, or Coordination efforts ahead of, or around what each American State Assembly Militia leadership themselves are devising.
However, we do freely offer stellar advice and highly tested service recommendations as an integral part of our Federation service charter! We also retain the duty under our current Federation charter to validate the overall purpose and intent of each American State Assembly Militia seeking official Seatment based on their completed service model at the time of validation.
Once again, the singular focus owed to all American State Assemblies by PKTF is on each respective Assembly Militia Pillar's verifiable success. Verifiable success is measured explicitly by how each Assembly Militia has approached the awesome responsibility of offering lawful, sustainable service to their State Border Defenses. The PKTF does not carry the burden of providing mandated instructions on what, or how each Assembly Militia Pillar constructs their Militia services.
The PKTF does, however, maintain a Fiduciary role of advising each American State Assembly as to the vital importance of preparing each Assembly Militia Pillar to function lawfully and peacefully alongside, or from the unforeseen absence of their current Incorporated subcontractors.
With this, to accomplish such effective and sustainable means necessary to defend their state borders against all unlawful actions of intrusion or invasion is a tremendous task!
And, so, the PKTF remains available to offer advice that progresses as each State Assembly Militia progresses in this effort over time.
The PKTF cannot and does not dictate in which direction an Assembly Militia takes its developmental responsibilities, so long as those efforts remain centered on service details that promote lawfully valid, and amicably measured service intent at the time of Assembly validation.
Our initial, and ongoing peacekeeping efforts and roles are purely advisory by nature and purpose.
Our peacekeeping role and responsibility for each American State Assembly was and remains designed to maintain consistency in this international service approach.
The PKTF cannot and will not attempt to deviate from these service parameters.
The checks and balances within this Federation level service are maintained at the State level and international level simultaneously. Service approval to all American State Assemblies, after they are properly Seated is maintained within each General Assembly Oversight Committee.
For added measure, all PKTF - Assembly Liaisons are taught these parameters as part of their Series of training which is conducted three times annually.
International recognition for all American State Assemblies, as well as all other Land and Soil State Assemblies internationally is why this organization was placed into motion.
We hope this added emphasis on what The Peacekeeping Task Force offers to all American State Assembly, Militia Pillars was insightful. We endeavor for the lasting purpose of achieving its ultimate operational success as a lawful and peaceful, non-military Service Advisory Protectorate (a future service concept).
Please note:
The concept of a protectorate with the idea of an advisory group or panel infers that an “advisory protectorate” only provides a situation where the PKTF could facilitate as an organization outside of any sovereign State Assembly. The organization only offers measurable guidance, sound recommendations, or valid expertise to another state or entity, while the State still maintains its sovereignty and autonomy.
The advisory aspect would focus on providing counsel and support, rather than imposing direct control or authority at any level. The advisory protectorate would operate through a formal agreement or arrangement, outlining the scope and nature of the advisory relationship.

Although The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) does not currently assist with the Evaluation, Education, or Coordination aspects of the office development for Marshal-at-Arms, we absolutely rely on the existence of this noble service within each American State Assembly.
Without the operational exercise of this internal peacekeeping role within each Jural and General Assembly, PKTF services become severely limited in assisting the Assembly as a whole! Without a state-elected (even interim) Marshal-at-Arms any American State Assembly struggles against potential hemorrhaging of numerous vital safeguards each Assembly deserves.
For example, PKTF relies intently on the successful implementation of State Marshal-at-Arms services during operations from the lawful expansion of each State Assembly Militia Pillar.
Through this necessary expansion, the following peacemakers and peacekeepers result:
Each County Reeve (Sheriff) and their resulting deputies originate within the Assembly Militia. Likewise, the Senior and Postal Service Area Chief Continental Marshals and their Postal Chief Deputy along with each separate State Chief Continental Marshal and their resulting County Deputies. And last, but certainly not least we have the honorable, brave, and ever vigilant State Border County Defense Citizenry and their Militia Community Service Supply and Support Apparatus through their Assembly Leadership.
All these vital peacekeeping functions can only take shape properly when the express service operation of the State-elected Marshal-at-Arms is present and accounted for at the State level.
July 20th is Day 1 when we resume where we left off during the last week of May.
Time truly does slip by quickly when considerable progress is made! And our Assembly Liaison Service at the State level is already beginning to take on new heights.
For our current Assembly Liaisons (in-training) - please be prepared to bring your General Assembly progress reports such as questions your General Assembly has asked of you that you may not have had clear answers to during those meetings.
Thank you all as well for your attendance during our initial Series One Introduction and Training Conference that launched during the first week of March this year. We have received an impressive amount of positive feedback throughout that time.
At the company (and now management) level, we have also made some considerable progress within The Peacekeeping Task Force despite being on Administrative Leave. Much or what makes this organization work requires ongoing progress each week.
However, when we do take time off, we do minimize certain training functions in order that our Liaisons can return to their Assemblies (this being that of their Assembly Militia development and its Citizenry progress and their General Assembly committee reporting opportunities) and share what they have learned.
As this final week comes and goes, we are expecting to receive a significant amount of discussion along these lines as our Series Two training ventures into the realm of scenario based daily operations within and without State Assembly Militia participation.
These scenarios will be built around what is anticipated to make up the bulk of preliminary contact between all known State of State subcontractors who are the counterpart equivalent to our unincorporated peacekeeping offices and service organizations. And this is just the start of our Series two training rollout.
So, if you currently have a Peacekeeping Task Force - Assembly Liaison, or if you are growing more interested in attending our training, please inquire further by commenting below or reach out by using the contact form below for more detail on how to get involved.
Our management team continues to grow at a responsible rate and talented rate.
Thanks to readers and commenters across the various communication outlets, we have considered your shared advice. And we appreciate every opportunity to receive all such advice from our supporters.
Since the start of May 2024 (Series One Liaison Training), our Staff has offered access to all replays, along with previously provided attachments to screenshare presentations during such training. Doing so has offered the ability to remain resilient and flexible with all time zones and challenging family work schedules experienced by all participating Assembly Liaisons (in training). However, the inevitable limits to adequate storage space for such meetings have now been reached - regardless of how cleverly our studios have recorded prior meetings. These same recording limitations will only persist as training content continues to accumulate.
And so, we have made the appropriate, cost-effective adjustments.
Announcing our unlisted Rumble Channel audio/video of all previously held Assembly Liaison training conferences.
Upon request, all people enrolled in our Assembly Liaison Training Series will now have access to all prior training without the need to be provided with a replay link located on a limited server or the need to be supplied a limited link via email. Those currently enrolled in this vital training will have access to all unlisted training, so long as the Rumble server is online.
For added safety to all previously conducted training, PKTF now backs all training conferences to local servers, in multiple locations separately. Doing so helps to minimize the total loss of our training models as these models stand as worldwide proof of our peaceful service model.
PKTF has chosen to utilize this cloud storage feature for several reasons. Many reasons have to do with service genre, whereby local Outreach efforts are the ultimate default position for all future peacekeeping ventures for all liaisons. Other reasons for choosing a local news reporting channel, is that it is provided by a major alternative network platform that is easy to use and has a robust cloud storage feature.
Rumble is also, conveniently teamed with another growing popular alternative network platform called Locals whereby Content Creators can post, manage, and retain their work all while being given the option to receive viewers' support in exchange for exclusive community interaction and content options.
The Peacekeeping Task Force advocates these and other similar alternative networking platforms at this current time. Our team strives to utilize as many platforms as found to be professionally useful. This has shown to be a rather tedious venture at time, and is one that has shown to grow slowly, but surely over time.
Notice of Function -
For those of our enrolled PKTF - Assembly Liaisons:
To access our entire Series Training Conference recordings, please be prepared to receive directions on where to go to on our Rumble access channel to our unlisted library for review of all prior training. Once a training meeting, conference, or tutorial has been provided that pertains directly to PKTF - Assembly Liaison service details, those of you who have enrolled in the training will be provided the link for each unlisted recording.
This option will then allow our IT office to clear all previously held meetings from our designated meeting platform, thereby allowing for a renewed recording capacity without having to spend our limited funds for increased storage capacity.
For more information about this prior meeting publication feature and network selection strategy, please feel welcome to comment below.
We are always eager to read from those who follow and support our ongoing work.
Several readers have inquired about our visual service timeline located on the pktfnews.org website asking if our team might be able to provide more article content regarding more of what took place through 202-2023.
We are in the process of putting more of those details together when more available office time becomes available. However, we do have a few articles being drafted at this time in reference to how The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) has successfully evolved over such a short time.
Much of the draft details we are working on so far include cursory mentions of how the first PKTF Directorate became off-center of what their service objective was, which is what our current service objective still remains. Other details in draft include how The Continental Marshals Service (during its own infancy) systematically carried forward with its primary service function in the Land and Sea Jurisdiction with considerable success despite PKTF assistance. Without a fully functioning peacekeeping service to aid in its Evaluation, Education and coordination needs, external peacemakers and peacekeepers (County Reeves, Continental Marshals, and State Guardian Militia services) will inevitably meet challenges beyond their ability to serve effectively.
This is where PKTF service assets at the international level offer provisional, logistical, and collaborative services that merge all three peacekeeping services together simultaneously, and superb accuracy!
We encourage our readers to visit our current timeline here > https://pktfnews.org/about/timeline/ to visualize more on what the PKTF pathway has been like up to our current timeline.
If you would like to suggest any other details throughout the timeline - areas across the timeline itself you would like more detail please feel free to contact us using our current Contact Form.
