Anticipated New Era for Federation Volunteers: Open Dialogue and Enhanced Policy for Public Good

The Official Memorandum, as the Official Public Notice, is on its Way

A major announcement is on the horizon for all those dedicated to peace, public safety, and the lawful self-governance of communities within the Federation of States, including those operating in the Land and Soil Jurisdictions and all de jure peacekeeping service providers. Behind the scenes, the Peacekeeping Task Force—through its robust Liaison Office and Directorate—has been quietly preparing a policy advancement designed to strengthen trust, improve communication, and ensure open, professional dialogue across all sectors and jurisdictions.

So, what’s about to change, and why should it matter to you as a volunteer or public safety advocate?

A Gateway to Professional Dialogue

At the heart of this initiative is the recognition that genuine public safety is not the sole responsibility of any one agency, assembly, or peacekeeping force. Public safety thrives where information flows openly between those who serve and those who watch, investigate, and report on public conduct. The upcoming policy places the Peacekeeping Task Force Liaison Office—comprised of representatives from each part of the Directorate—as the single central point of dialogue. This central office will connect with:

  • Private watchdog organizations (like legal advocacy centers, citizen leagues, anti-discrimination monitors, and more)

  • State-level reporting and oversight agencies

  • Federal investigative authorities (such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and others)

  • Oversight bureaus, public interest legal firms, and complaint review boards

Unified Approach for Land, Soil, and Sea

The scope is as broad and inclusive as the Federation itself: it covers all Land, Soil, and Sea jurisdictions, embracing the diversity of service providers and structures that make our volunteer organizations strong. Whether you are in a county assembly, serving in a neighborhood peacekeeping group, or coordinating efforts at a state or even national level, this initiative is designed to ensure your voice—and the public’s voice—can be heard, respected, and responded to in a timely and honorable fashion.

The Impact: Why This Matters Now

  • Transparency and Trust: With this Office acting as the nexus for communication, no concern is too small, and no voice is lost in the bureaucratic shuffle. Volunteers can expect fair attention to lawful assembly, complaint review, and due process where such processes and procedures fit within each jurisdiction according to its limitations.

  • Safety for All: By inviting respectful, professional dialogue with private and public agencies alike, the Peacekeeping Task Force sets an example in how honest engagement can vastly improve public safety for both civilians and the officers serving them.

  • Support and Cooperation: Should there be any reports or concerns regarding the conduct of service members or assemblies, the Liaison Office is prepared to work alongside watchdogs, agencies, leagues, and federal investigators to ensure clarity, accuracy, and fairness in all responses.

  • Invitation to Dialogue: This policy is not a closed book; rather, it is an open invitation to all oversight entities—no matter their jurisdiction or affiliation—to bring their concerns, questions, or reports directly to the Table.

Looking Forward

For the tens of thousands of volunteers who lend their time and energy to the Federation’s many assemblies, and for those whose work upholds the cherished principles of justice and peacekeeping, this initiative heralds a new chapter. The official publication of this memorandum by the PKTF will mark the start of a more united, transparent, and effective environment—one that values dialogue not just as an option, but as the safest, most dignified path forward for all.

Stay tuned to this site for the full release. When it comes, let it serve not only as a new directive, but as an open door for those who wish to make our communities safer and our public servants better supported.
