Lawfully and Accurately Dismantling the False Assertions of the Sovereign Citizen Pejorative

The Strawman Argument and The Strawman Theory.

Some would claim the debate is nearly over.

Others might suggest that the debate is just beginning.

Let us allow for the Court of International Public Opinion be the Measurer as to the state of discourse.

However, the elements of the facts of the matter in all respects have been obtained. And so, let the points of the debate commence as they will.

As a preface to the debate - here are the facts as we know them so far:

strawman argument is a type of logical fallacy where an individual misrepresents an opponent's position to make it easier to attack. This involves creating a distorted or exaggerated version of the original argument and then refuting this weaker version, rather than addressing the actual argument presented by the opponent.

This tactic is often used to divert attention from the real issue and can be misleading, as it gives the illusion of having effectively countered the opponent's stance.

Criminal investigators and interrogators might use a strawman argument as a tactic by misrepresenting a suspect's statements or beliefs to make them easier to challenge or discredit.

This involves presenting a distorted version of the suspect's position, which can be more easily refuted, potentially leading the suspect to inadvertently admit guilt or provide more information.

Such tactics can be considered abusive if they manipulate the suspect into making admissions or confessions based on misrepresented arguments rather than factual evidence.

In criminal investigations, some poorly educated, or improperly informed individuals might attempt to assert their natural rights by invoking the "strawman theory", claiming they are "separate" from their "legal identity" and thus not subject to statutory laws.

This theory suggests that legal obligations apply only to a fictional "strawmen" created by nefarious government entities.

To properly move this alleged theory into the realm of being possibly factually based, investigators must exercise and conduct due diligence by researching such claims levied against the allegations of a "strawman" existence, rather than denying the possibility outright.

The remedy is embedded in the fact that "Strawman Arguments" are a factual, disingenuous tactic firmly identified as being used in an attempt to attack someone's authentic stance on a particular topic.

Any genuine investigator would then thoroughly investigate in an attempt to determine if this same disingenuous tactic has been exploited to also create an instrument of physical attack against living people. Logically, if it is possible to attack someone's belief structure through the use of a "Strawman Argument" for purposes of intellectual abuse, then it is highly likely that a "Strawman Entity" could also be created to exploit further fallacies.

At this point, the underlying difference between these two potential tactics, is that the "Strawman" strategy pivots from intellectual abuses and attacks, to physical abuses and attacks.

With regards to alleged "Sovereign Citizen" assertions, corrupt law enforcement have, and might continue to exploit this opportunity by using strawman arguments to carelessly, or purposefully misrepresent an apprehended and interrogated individual's position through crafty questioning, and thereby falsely assert that such claims oppose local laws. This tactic can lead, and has led to false reporting, portraying the individual as rejecting legal and/or lawful authority entirely, rather than simply questioning and attempting to confirm any legal and/or lawful obligations, or corrected political status.

In this observation, sincere investigators can clearly sense the parallel similarities between an individual " intellectual position" and an individual "political status" being set up for attack or exploitation by careless or disingenuous actors reporting false assertions by use of the "Strawman Argument."

- For Safety Sake -

Always remain mindful of your surroundings.

Be aware of the stage cast before you, both as a spectacular or as a potential player in the theater of life.

People deserve to be properly informed. While at the same time, people who accept nothing less than truth, will seek out a matter themselves, rather than relying upon other people or alleged government entities to determine a on their behalf.

Future Communications Systems to Assist with Catastrophic Rescue and Recovery Missions at the State Level.

Achievable Peacekeeping Scenario: Enhanced Emergency Communications Framework

In this scenario, we'll explore how a lawful, peaceful organization like The American States Assemblies could pioneer an innovative approach to emergency communications, working within existing legal structures while pushing for progressive policy changes.

Proposed Concept:

State Border Defense Reserve Militia Communications Corps

Envision a State Border Defense concept where:

The American States Assemblies establish a specialized communications unit within the framework of state-recognized militia organizations.
This unit focuses on developing robust emergency communication capabilities that can be rapidly deployed during crises.

Possible Future Implementation:

Lawful and Legal Framework:

Work with state legislators to create or modify laws recognizing these units and their communication roles.
Establish clear protocols for activation only during declared emergencies.

Proposed Accrediting and Training:

Implement an accelerated licensing program for corps members, emphasizing emergency protocols and regulations.
Conduct regular drills and exercises to maintain readiness.

Equipment and Infrastructure:

Invest in state-of-the-art, software-defined radios capable of operating on multiple frequencies.
Develop a network of resilient, off-grid communication hubs across the state.

Interoperability:

Create protocols for seamless integration with official emergency services.
Establish secure channels for coordination between militia units and government agencies.

Guideline Advocacy:

Push for legislation granting limited, emergency-only access to specific frequencies for certified corps members during crises.
Advocate for integration of these units into state and federal emergency response plans.

Potential Benefits:

Rapid deployment of communication networks in affected areas.
Enhanced coordination between community-based responders and official agencies.
Increased community resilience and self-reliance during disasters.
A model for other states to follow, potentially leading to a nationwide network.

Challenges and Considerations:

Ensuring strict adherence to FCC regulations and emergency protocols.
Addressing potential concerns about militia groups having enhanced communication capabilities.
Maintaining clear chains of command and preventing unauthorized use.
Balancing community-led initiatives with government oversight.

This scenario presents a viable approach to leveraging community resources for emergency communications. It would require careful planning, strong safeguards, and close cooperation with government agencies to ensure legality and effectiveness. The concept could spark interesting discussions about the future of emergency preparedness and community involvement in crisis response.

Update to our American Radio Telecoms Distributor

Update to our American Radio Telecoms Distributor :

As we continue to expand our sturdy Emergency Communications Network:

Hoping this message finds you and your family well.

My name is Bobby Cirello, an ASN on Nevada, with APC (American Peacekeeping Communications) and the PKTF.

Please feel free to contact me directly anytime—texting is the fastest way to reach me at 702-908-4489.

About These dual mode D10gps radios; specific radio information can be found on the PKTF radio link which is now  just for product description and will be taken down after the legacy member slots are filled up.

That being said, these D10gps units are dual mode 10w two way Radios;

That means they are POC push to talk over cellular (primary mode 1)

and the other mode Makes them half UHF full functional ham and or gmrs Radios (mode 2)

The D10 can Tx/Rx on UHF: 400-480MHz ... They can hit repeaters on any UHF ham or GMRS frequency;

We also have gateway capabilities for analog and DMR, UHF and VHF radios to communicate over cellular as well with our POC Radios (the D10s) through our proprietary gateway system,

Reaching both, across country and internationally on specific channels, set up by our own PKTF dispatch operation platform;

And assisted by our exclusive American gateway partners  located in North Carolina with specific capabilities and services only found on our updated tier-1 platform.

Note: when testing is done and approved, APC will become an exclusive dealer of the gateway units that will supply PKTF with enough to cover multiple units on each state;

Note: there are 2 group channels on each unit. The number of users on each gateway channel is really a matter of how busy the system is.

These are all half-duplex communications, we're just bridging the systems together.

So if the channel gets too busy and people aren't able to communicate effectively, that's when it's time to look into additional units;

Note: there are other radio options that have poc over cellular, UHF, and VHF analog/ dmr, aprs, gps, WiFi, blue-tooth, with ham and commercial capabilities similar to mototurbo and Hytiera but start off at $350 - $400+ per unit ,

There are also mobile units available: there are different models but we are going to be phasing out analog eventually as a main mode of communication and merging poc and dmr platforms.

Dual mode mobile/vehicle models will be poc / dmr , poc/ analog ,  poc/ gateway , touch screen, real time maps layered with our gps systems

Note: If you already have current servers working, we can add them to our system, but this is another topic for another day;

We are currently successful, but are still in developmental testing for advanced capabilities of mobile command and realtime peacekeeping mobile dispatch and security response units;

These response units will be Capable of merging merge all emergency communications, set up repeaters to provide responder and assembly members communications services until infrastructure is back and working

The advance capabilities of this system also includes incorporation of our American physicians and nurses on nationwide and local med channels to assist our land and soil County Reeves emergency service units in the field just coincides but separate with our American peacekeeping 911 system being beta tested and put in place as we speak

Hurricane Rescue and Recovery Update for October 3rd, 2024

Hurricane Helene Recovery Efforts: Comprehensive Update

Overview: In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, recovery efforts are underway across several affected states. This report provides a detailed overview of the recovery status, focusing on county-level impacts, National Guard involvement, and the role of State Guards.

Affected States and County-Level Impact

Florida:

Counties Most Affected: Charlotte, Citrus, Dixie, Franklin, Hernando, Hillsborough, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lee, Levy, Madison, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, Sarasota, Taylor, Wakulla.

Recovery Efforts: Over 3,900 Florida National Guard members have been deployed for search and rescue missions and debris removal. Power restoration is ongoing with significant progress made. Federal assistance supports debris removal and emergency measures.

Georgia:

Counties Most Affected: Augusta faces severe challenges with power outages and infrastructure damage.

Recovery Efforts: Approximately 1,395 Georgia National Guard members are engaged in clearing routes and setting up distribution points for essential supplies.

North Carolina:

Counties Most Affected: Weaverville and Asheville experience power outages and water shortages.

Recovery Efforts: Over 700 National Guard members are involved in clearing roads and transporting supplies. Additional personnel from Texas are assisting.

South Carolina:

Counties Most Affected: Federal disaster assistance is aiding recovery efforts.

Recovery Efforts: More than 490 South Carolina Guardsmen are focused on road clearing and supporting local emergency operations centers.

Tennessee:

Counties Most Affected: Recovery operations are primarily focused on restoring power and infrastructure.

Recovery Efforts: Over 125 Guardsmen have been mobilized for rescue operations and relief support.

Virginia:

Counties Most Affected: Designated counties receive federal assistance for recovery.

Recovery Efforts: More than 50 Guardsmen have been deployed for rescue operations and road clearance.

National Guard Involvement

The National Guard has played a crucial role in the recovery efforts across all affected states:

Over 6,700 National Guard members from multiple states have been deployed to assist with search and rescue operations, debris clearance, and logistical support.

President Biden authorized the deployment of 1,000 active-duty troops to provide additional logistics capabilities to FEMA and other agencies.

State Guard Involvement

State Guards have NOT been prominently involved in the recovery efforts for several reasons:

Operational Scope: State Guards typically focus on state-specific missions such as "ceremonial duties" or "local law enforcement support" rather than large-scale disaster response.

This revelation is quite concerning given the impact magnitude of the disaster areas!

Please note:

> The majority of each impacted State currently does NOT utilize State Border Defense Guard, State Defense Force (SDF) service assets or training. Alabama - another impacted State, likewise, does NOT have a functioning SDF.

> North Carolina (the most severaly impacted overall) does NOT maintain a State Border Defense service asset.

> Although Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia do have active State Defense Forces, reports reveal these State Emergency Service assets are NOT being utilized in the recovery effort.

Capacity and Resources: The National Guard is better equipped for large-scale emergency response operations.

Federal Coordination: The National Guard's ability to operate under federal orders allows for broader coordination with federal agencies.

In summary, while the National Guard has been at the forefront of recovery efforts following Hurricane Helene across multiple states, State Guards have NOT been significantly involved due to their different operational focus and capacity. Recovery efforts continue with a focus on restoring power, clearing debris, and providing essential supplies to affected communities.

Expect additional follow-on reports to discovered subject matter as more substantial and reliable wire service reporting details become available through our PKTF Central Office.

Ongoing Recovery Exercise for Impacted American States in the Southeast

Our original report went out to the Federation of States and to all other affected American State Assemblies since the weather catastrophe began over the weekend.

The following are reports as they come in post-incident from 24 hours out and earlier, depending on our reliable sources.

- - -

Situational Update: Southeast Weather Devastation and Ongoing Recovery Efforts

Date: Within the last 24 hours
Source: PKTF - External S2 Communications Wire System (Reliable)

Overview

The southeastern United States is experiencing catastrophic damage from Hurricane Helene, coinciding with a significant dock worker union strike set to begin, which will shut down most East Coast ports. A nationwide Verizon outage has also affected communications across the United States.

Communication Challenges

Cellular communications have been strained due to increased demand throughout the Southeast, leading to localized outages. The cause of this national outage remains undisclosed but is possibly unrelated to storm damage. The widespread telecom issues present an exceptionally vulnerable target for malicious actors, both foreign and domestic.

Dock Worker Union Strike

The International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) has initiated a strike at ports from Maine to Texas, marking the first such action since 1977. This strike could severely disrupt supply chains, creating shortages and increasing prices if prolonged. High-risk rail freight has already been halted to prevent hazardous materials from being stranded.

Impact on Logistics

The labor strike is expected to have catastrophic impacts on logistics, particularly in the already devastated American Southeast. East Coast ports being shut down, combined with the apocalyptic damage reported in the Southeast, could lead to a near-total breakdown of cargo operations.

Hurricane Helene's Devastation

In North Carolina, devastation remains at historic levels with potentially thousands missing. The Department of Transportation has urged everyone to consider all roads in Western North Carolina closed until further notice. Asheville, a major metropolitan center, has suffered severe damage with roads blocked or impassable. In Florida, the city of Okeechobee is under a state of de facto martial law as Chief of Police Donald Hagan signed a local state of emergency declaration nullifying the Second Amendment and banning ammunition sales.

Recovery Efforts

The North Carolina National Guard has deployed 500 soldiers and 200 aircraft and vehicles to aid citizens during this disaster. However, federal resources have been slow to flow into the region due to bureaucratic delays. Most recovery efforts are centered on Asheville, North Carolina, where 100,000 residents are without food and water.

Coordination by The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF)

The Peacekeeping Task Force is coordinating efforts to establish a robust communications network to mitigate future telecom failures during disasters. This initiative aims to ensure reliable communication channels for effective recovery and coordination efforts. Despite Florida not having an established published website for emergency contacts, The Florida Assembly does have an active PKTF Assembly Liaison in-training who assists in relaying critical situational details between PKTF, the Federation of States, and The Florida State Assembly in the meantime. Our offices have been able to contact each of the other American State Assemblies via their current website publication through either their direct Contact Section or Comments Section of their blog postings. Contact along these lines has been largely successful by all affected State Assemblies at this time. Although reaction time and ongoing communication threads are being improved for future encounters as we speak.

Importance of State Assembly Websites

Each American State Assembly having a versatile website with up-to-date emergency contact information is crucial for effective disaster response. As for other State Assemblies like The Florida Assembly at this time, the absence of such a resource has posed significant challenges for PKTF's coordination efforts.

Recent Developments

Governor Ron DeSantis announced that Florida secured a major disaster declaration for Hurricane Helene.

President Joe Biden plans to visit affected regions later this week without disrupting emergency services.

Vice President Kamala Harris will cut short a campaign trip to visit storm-ravaged areas.

Over 500 people have been rescued in North Carolina amidst severe communication challenges.
