PKTF Announces Landmark International Initiative: Bridging Land, Soil, and Sea Through Oversight and Global Partnership

Bridging Boundaries: How PKTF, INTERPOL, and the Federation Are Setting New Standards for Accountability

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is excited to announce a historic milestone in its mission to deliver comprehensive peacekeeping and law enforcement services—officially launching a partnership-building initiative with INTERPOL that spans the critical domains of Land, Soil, and Sea. This announcement marks the first significant step in a process that has been in development since November 2024, driven by a collaborative effort and priority need identified by the Federation, with the Continental Marshals Service (CMS) as a key beneficiary.

A Multi-Initiative Expansion—Months in the Making

This new partnership is one of at least seven major initiatives PKTF has been developing as part of its expanding communication and interface strategies. Since November 2024, PKTF has worked to identify priority needs, foster interagency dialogue, and lay the groundwork for operational and oversight frameworks that serve both American and international interests.

“The Federation is not a government in the sense of being a foreign, incorporated entity. It is the unincorporated body politic of the American States and People, acting in their international and global capacities.”

Restoring County and State Sovereignty in Federal Immigration Raids: A Responsible Path Forward

Balancing Federal Enforcement, Local Sovereignty, and Community Safety in America’s Most Contested Cities

In recent days and weeks, the United States has witnessed a surge in federal immigration enforcement actions—particularly in major metropolitan areas. These events have reignited crucial discussions about the constitutional roles of county sheriffs, the sovereignty of states and counties, and the importance of public safety and transparency in densely populated urban centers.

The Role of Political Theater and Media Manipulation

It is important to recognize that well-educated and informed Americans are increasingly aware of the political theater that unfolds around these issues. Both major parties and their representatives often engage in narrative-building that is not only counter-productive but also undermines the well-being of the lawful people who strive to live peacefully together.

Legacy media sources frequently amplify and manipulate these narratives, fueling division and fostering negative perceptions of events wherever political persuasions clash. In this environment, the political arena itself bears significant responsibility for failing to act as a responsible steward. Instead of serving the public good, today’s service subcontractors at both the State and Federal levels often prioritize political advantage over their duty to the people.

This dynamic makes it all the more essential for communities to seek truth, demand transparency, and hold all levels of government accountable to the principles of sovereignty, lawful conduct, and genuine public service.

Responding to The State of California Incident vs a California State Guard Cooperation

Distinguishing California’s State Defense Forces: The California State Guard and State Assembly Militia

Historical Context and Evolution

California’s approach to state defense has evolved over the past century.

  • Originally, the California State Guard (CSG) was the primary organized state defense force, conducting all state defense operations, especially when the California National Guard was federalized, unavailable, or nonexistent.

  • The CSG’s mission: maintain internal security, provide military support when needed, and ensure readiness during emergencies, operating as a formal military reserve under direct state command authority.

During periods of heightened need (e.g., World Wars), California also authorized parallel organizations:

  • California State Militia (CSM)—sometimes called the State Assembly Militia or Home Guard:

    • Loosely organized, often self-equipped

    • Focused on hyper-local defense, restricted to home counties

    • Not compensated, organized for last-resort defense and community readiness

Over time, most militia units (county based under the direct authority of the County Reeve (Sheriff)) were absorbed into the CSG or mustered out as the need for large internal forces diminished. Today, the original CSG, as is the same for all remaining State Defense Forces in The United States of America should be the lawfully recognized, state-sanctioned defense force by the State Assembly Militia, Land and Soil Jurisdiction. All other local militia and assembly groups that persist in various forms, but not under the “Land and Soil” or “State Assembly Militia” banners would not be authorized.

Launching Newsletters Vital to Community Awareness

Across the expanse of our shared Earth, the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is advancing its mission of supporting Land and Soil State and County Assemblies by offering a diverse suite of newsletters—each tailored to engage, inform, and empower communities and peacekeepers alike. These newsletters, now available for free through the support of readers and viewers worldwide, represent a strategic evolution in PKTF’s communication and outreach efforts.

Previously, PKTFnews.org maintained a traditional blog section to house its articles and updates. However, as the organization’s scope and audience have grown, so too will require more dynamic, focused, and accessible communication tools. As a result, the original blog section—while still visible—no longer receives new articles. Instead, all ongoing article content has transitioned to seeksearchfindtruth.blogspot.com, ensuring that readers have a single, up-to-date source for in-depth analysis, community stories, and organizational updates.

As published on the PKTFnews.org Home Page (about halfway down)

In place of the outgoing blog section, PKTFnews.org will soon feature official organizational memoranda. These memorandums are designed to keep both readers and the broader public informed of key executive decisions, policy shifts, and the evolving strategies that guide PKTF’s work. This new approach ensures greater transparency and accountability, providing a clear record of how PKTF serves the needs of State and County Assemblies, as well as their counterparts, the peacekeepers.

The newsletters themselves are central to this new model of engagement. Each edition—whether bi-monthly, semi-annual, or focused on a specific service—delivers curated, relevant content that reflects the latest developments, challenges, and successes within the assemblies and their communities. By maintaining a regular publishing schedule, PKTF fosters a sense of continuity and connection, allowing subscribers to follow the progress of assembly efforts, community resilience initiatives, and peacekeeping operations as they unfold.

The Proponent Role and Ongoing, Collaborative Support Effort of a PKTF - Assembly Liaison

Introduction

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) - Assembly Liaison plays a vital role in upholding lawful, sovereign, and perpetual peaceful operations within State Assemblies. This position acts as a sturdy crosswalk dedicated between the PKTF and State Assemblies, ensuring effective communication, lawful service delivery, and the development of cooperative strategies between de jure and de facto service providers simultaneously. The Liaison’s work is most effective when free from personal, presumptive, and pressing legal controversies, allowing for full focus on committee involvement, outreach, and community engagement.

Recording Setback on 2025 Series One: Last Training Day

A Rare Technical Glitch Underscores the Value of Live Participation and Ongoing Global Collaboration in PKTF Liaison Training

On the final Training Day of Series One for the 2025 Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) Liaison Training, we encountered an unexpected recording setback via Zoom. Despite PKTF’s growing international reach—garnering interest, participation, and collaborative support from nearly half of all U.S. states and several countries across at least three other continents, including Terra Australis, South Africa, Spain, and nations in North America such as Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica—technical issues can still arise.

As the session began, we attempted to record using two separate methods: one to the cloud from one terminal, and another to a PC from a distant terminal, both sharing host capabilities.
This redundancy strategy was implemented to overcome two prior Zoom-related recording failures. Unfortunately, neither method succeeded after a terminal reboot and a seamless meeting resumption. As a result, the May 24th Liaison Training Day recording was lost, though we do have a transcript and are working to make that available for those who wish to review the session.

This rare occurrence highlights the value of attending live, especially for Liaisons in Training. PKTF Liaisons are vital links, engaging with their State Assembly, General Assembly, and Assembly Militia, fostering open communication and approachability with the Federation, State Border Defense, and all levels of law enforcement. Understanding the nuances between county-wide jurisdiction—typically the domain of sheriffs and deputies—and the more localized, district-based boundaries of city police is essential. While both serve and protect, their operational mandates and areas of authority differ. PKTF Assembly Liaisons are trained to navigate these distinctions, ensuring respect for all jurisdictions and promoting lawful, peaceful cooperation.

Unlocking Community Power:

How the PKTF Digital Skills Archive Can Help Transform Every County’s Future

Imagine a single resource that could empower every household, neighborhood, and county to master the essential skills needed to sustain and grow a thriving community—skills that, if widely taught and practiced, could potentially transform a small town into a self-reliant, resilient city - if so desired by its people.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) Literary Skills Archive, available by donation, or by special gift on a 64 GB SD card, offers just that: a profoundly comprehensive, non-fiction collection of well over 3,000 craft, trade, manufacturing, customization, and technical skills, spanning more than a hundred areas of knowledge once reserved for the most prestigious technical colleges and universities.

Now Included with Every D-10 Emergency Radio Purchase

As part of the 2025–2026 American Peacekeeping Communication Mobile Dispatch (APCMD) network build-out initiative, this invaluable digital archive will also be offered as a consolation gift with every emergency radio purchase. This means that every investment in emergency preparedness will now come with an extremely powerful access tool for long-term community resilience and self-sufficiency.

The Value of the Archive

Currently Unmatched Breadth and Depth:
This archive covers everything from traditional trades and crafts to advanced technical skills, providing a foundation for home-based businesses, community workshops, innovations, DIYs, and even local enterprises.

Community Preparedness:
Training and education are the bedrock of effective disaster preparedness and community resilience. By equipping citizens and nationals with practical skills, communities can better respond to emergencies, recover faster, and reduce dependence on outside aid.

Local Empowerment:
Local knowledge and skill-building foster collaboration, self-sufficiency, and a sense of purpose. When every household has access to this archive, the collective expertise of the community multiplies, enabling coordinated action in times of need.

Future-Proofing:
Many of these skills are perishable—at risk of being lost as generations pass. Preserving them in a digital, easily shared format ensures they remain accessible for teaching, learning, and practice, no matter what the future holds.

It’s important to note:

While the digital archive offers immediate access and portability, the next critical step is to bind these literary works into physical volumes.

Creating shelvable, printed copies ensures that this invaluable knowledge remains accessible even if electric power is limited or disrupted.

Binding these books transforms the digital archive into a permanent, tangible resource for libraries, community centers, and households—preserving these skills for generations to come.

The True Cost and Value

Reproduction Cost: Each SD card costs between $8 and $15 to purchase in bulk, with an additional $10 to $20 for labor, file transfer, and handling.

Total Production Cost per Card: $18 to $35.

Time to Prepare: Transferring the archive to each card takes about 30–40 minutes.

Utilizing the power of compact digital technology resources while they are still available

Estimated Archive Value: The content itself is valued at $60,000 to $300,000 if acquired through traditional educational channels.

This means every recipient is receiving, for the cost of a small donation or radio purchase, a digital library worth more than most could ever access on their own.

A Call to All American State Nationals

This is a unique opportunity for American State Nationals and all who care deeply about the future of their communities. By contributing or receiving this archive, you are helping to restore access to thousands of skills—many of which have been lost to time, and some so rare that most Americans today don’t even know they exist.

Your participation helps ensure that your county, your neighborhood, and your family are equipped not just for emergencies, but for prosperity and growth. Imagine a generation re-learning the crafts, trades, and technical knowledge that once made America strong and self-reliant. Imagine communities where everyone has the resources to learn, teach, and build a better future—together.

Special Opportunity for PKTF - Assembly Liaisons

Each PKTF - Assembly Liaison will be provided the first opportunity to receive this digital work as part of their considered contribution to their State Assembly Militia and their own local County technical skills enhancement opportunities. As a Liaison, you are uniquely positioned to bring this transformative resource to your Assembly Militia Committees, championing a tool that can:

Equip every neighborhood with the means research, learn, do, and even teach by passing on the same essential skills.

Strengthen your community’s ability to face challenges—whether economic, environmental, or social.

Lay the groundwork for a future where your county is not just prepared, but prosperous and self-reliant.

Preparedness means anticipating both natural and man-made events that could affect you, your family, and your community. Let’s ensure every household, every county, and every future generation has the knowledge to thrive—together.
