PKTF - Assembly Liaison - Service Management Meetings

**Announcements to our 2025 Training Series - Liaison Management Meetings**:

Beginning in March, The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) will begin integrating Management Meetings for all Liaisons who have successfully completed the onboarding process.

We will be adding scheduled Management Meetings for all such Liaisons who have received Common Access Badges as part of their onboarding confirmation. At this time there are no other office requirements or items needed to attend these meetings. Each meeting will be scheduled for no longer than 90 minutes and will consist of meeting discussions around each State Assembly Militia developments from all Liaisons in attendance.

**Other office items required in future settings will be**:

1) Proper Office Attire.

2) Business Cards.

3) Desk Flags.

4) Physical Meeting Spaces.

5) Lapel Pins.

6) Professional Office Photo (for official directory purposes)

**Examples of future Management Meeting details will be**:

A) Does your State Assembly have an elected Assembly Militia Commander?

B) What are the names of each Committee under that State Assembly sub pillar?

C) What are the current successes/challenges of your Assembly Militia sub pillar?

D) Is your State Assembly currently working on providing an office setting and/or Emergency Training Center for the various State Border Defense services (real or imagined) owed to your State?

E) How many other status-corrected American State Nationals are interested in becoming a part of your PKTF - Assembly Liaison team?

F) Where can additional training material be found to further assist with defining and perfecting the role of PKTF - Assembly Liaison from The Peacekeeping Task Force?

These, as well as numerous other Management Meeting talking points will be discussed during these meetings at that time.

And while we do touch upon these same talking points during our Training Series as a matter of service familiarity, PKTF has not yet provided a separate, recorded, but unpublished meeting opportunity for official Assembly Liaisons simply due to the fact that there were no potential Liaisons in the process of onboarding during the 2024 training cycle.

Now that we have approximately 5-9 Liaisons-in-Training currently completing the onboarding process, we are confident that official Management Meetings will be possible during the 2025 overall meeting schedule and beyond.

If you have any comments or questions, please share them in the comments section below.

Thank you

The Peacekeeping Task Force: Ensuring Continuity of Essential Services

Supporting Public Safety, Infrastructure, and Peacekeeping Operations in America and Beyond

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) plays a crucial role in maintaining essential services and logistics for local and state governments, especially during times of financial strain or service disruption.

Their primary focus is on services directly or indirectly related to State Border Defense resilience regarding Public Safety, protecting people, assets, and infrastructure from harm or loss.

PKTF's core services, provided on an ongoing annual basis, include:

Public Safety support: Assisting with police, fire, and emergency medical services logistics

Infrastructure maintenance: Aiding in road, utility, and critical facility upkeep

Disaster preparedness and response: Coordinating resources for natural or man-made emergencies

Border security: Supporting the Continental Marshals Service with logistics and communications for state border crossings and mission-specific movements

Peacekeeping operations: Facilitating land and sea jurisdiction peacekeeping obligations

These services are perpetually offered to all American State Assemblies and are freely available to Foreign, Land and Soil Jurisdiction State Assemblies worldwide.

Additional services that PKTF may provide on a year-by-year basis, subject to agreement with each American or Foreign State Assembly, include, but not limited to:

Direct and Indirect Logistical and Communication Support:

  • Environmental protection support
  • Public health logistics assistance
  • Education system support
  • Transportation system maintenance
  • Urban planning and development aid

It's important to note that these additional services are reviewed annually and are only offered under specific service agreements with each State Assembly.

PKTF's commitment to core public safety and peacekeeping services remains constant, while other potential services are tailored to meet the evolving needs of each jurisdiction. PKTF also offers specialized services to International Business Assembly sub-pillars, which are subject to annual review and renewal based on specific needs and agreements. By providing these essential logistical and support services, PKTF ensures the continuity of critical government functions and peacekeeping operations, contributing to the stability and safety of communities across America and potentially around the world.

The comprehensive list of municipal services typically provided by local and state governments in America, which PKTF supports, includes:

Primary Services:

  • Public Safety: Police protection, fire protection, emergency medical services

  • Infrastructure: Road construction and maintenance, street lighting, storm-water management

  • Utilities: Water supply, sewage collection and disposal, garbage and solid-waste collection and disposal

  • Public Health: Health facilities and services, food inspection

  • Education: Public schools, libraries

  • Recreation: Parks, recreational areas, programs, and facilities

  • Transportation: Public transportation, parking facilities

  • Urban Planning/Restoration Post Disaster: Zoning, community redevelopment, building codes enforcement

  • Social Services: Public housing, programs for the elderly and youth

  • Environmental Protection: Air quality control

  • Economic Development: Downtown development authorities, land bank authorities

  • Administrative Services: Corporate tax collection, property assessment, vital statistics recording

Secondary Services:

  • Cultural Programs: Museums, art galleries, theaters

  • Animal Control: Shelters, licensing, enforcement

  • Cemetery Management

  • Farmers Markets

  • Community Gardens

  • Historic Preservation

  • Job Training Programs

  • Mediation Services

  • Pest Control

  • Recycling Programs

  • Senior Centers

  • Small Business Support

  • Tourism Promotion

  • Veterans Services

  • Volunteer Programs

  • Youth Mentoring

  • Disaster Preparedness and Management

  • Energy Efficiency Programs

  • Graffiti Removal

All services listed above as offered is what helps to shape and define each State Assembly Militia and it's collective local County Assembly presence and community participation. Although the above might not be a complete services outline, it is a very durable one with regards to helping to establish an extremely functional State and local community and services baseline!

These services may also vary depending on the specific jurisdiction and local needs. The responsibility for providing these services typically falls on local governments, through its Assembly Militia, State Border, State Defense Force with support and cooperative oversight from surrounding state governments as part of its Special Purpose Committee developments. The specific division of responsibilities may also vary by state and locality, with some services being shared between different levels, or sub pillars of American government operating under Public Law.

PKTF's role in supporting several of these services, particularly those related to public safety and infrastructure, ensures that communities can maintain essential functions even during challenging times. Their ongoing commitment to peacekeeping and logistical support for the Continental Marshals Service further enhances the security and stability of state borders and jurisdictions.

As a perpetual service owed to all American State Assemblies, while also offering to Foreign, Land and Soil Jurisdiction State Assemblies worldwide, PKTF stands as a crucial pillar-interface advocate for maintaining the truest continuity of State government services and peacekeeping operations.

This commitment, combined with their flexibility to offer additional services on a year-by-year basis, allows PKTF to adapt to the changing needs of communities while ensuring that core public safety and infrastructure support remains constant.

Defending the Pillars of Justice: The Peacekeeping Task Force and the True Public Law

Advocating for Sovereign Peacekeepers and Upholding the Organic Laws That Define American Public Law

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) stands as a powerful advocate for elected and appointed American and Foreign State Assembly, Land, Soil, and Sea Jurisdiction peacekeepers who uphold the Public Law.

This Public Law, deeply rooted in the Organic Laws of America, is a universal good that transcends common law interpretations. It exists in the realm of awareness, immune to misinterpretation and standing apart from the vagaries often associated with common law concepts.

In this, PKTF's mission extends beyond mere advocacy.

Based on its Mission Statement and charter, the organization has the capacity to support local, state, and international peacekeeping operations. These operations are crucial in defending against any and all encroachments on or attacks against the Public Law, wherever such law is proclaimed.

It's vital to understand that the American Public Law should not be conflated with Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, or Administrative Law. While these three categories are sub components of the actual Organic Law, they, by no means whatsoever encompass its entirety.

PKTF centers its advocacy around the Organic Laws that comprise the Public Law within The United States of America.

These Organic Laws are:

  • The Declaration of Independence

  • The Constitution that applies to any particular Jurisdiction

  • The Articles of Confederation (currently dormant for all intents and purposes)

  • The Northwest Ordinance (which determines how new states are formed and the progression of authority associated with that process)

PKTF does not support any entity attempting to obfuscate this Organic Law structure of the Public Law.

Such entities who might be considered as counterparts of The Peacekeeping Task Force (such as, for example, The United Nations) claiming to uphold anything less than the American Public Law cannot be considered true and honest peacekeepers. While PKTF acknowledges the existence of de facto subcontractors who have, under their own motivation, attempted to sideline, marginalize, or replace the actual Public Law with their own variations, PKTF does not uphold these alternative "colorable laws" - as they do not pertain to actual American men and women and their offspring as standing under them, or party to their creation or for their posterity.

It's both vital, and fiduciarily responsible to distinguish between today's modern version of "PUBLIC LAW."

De facto entities may, or may not focus on Constitutional and/or Administrative frameworks regarding "justice" - depending on its venue variations when addressing, or adjudicating criminality of perceived rights and privileges as they may apply to U.S. Citizens and their State of State Municipality - Subjects. PKTF recognizes the use of de facto "Common Law" and fully realizes that corporate, de facto Citizenry is governed under those subcontracting structure limitations.

De jure sovereign Americans, however, are those who stand under the actual "Public Law" as shaped by The Organic Law - apart from, but who are also owed all of the guarantees associated with such services under de facto "Common Law."

Regarding actual "Public Law", PKTF and those upholding lawful, peaceful tasks serve only to advocate for operations under Land Law - not simply under "Common Law."

What is the rub?

**The concept of "Common Law" is vague, and was purposely made to be vague for purposes of merely referring to commonality.**

In contrast, Public Law, as it relates to sovereign men and women, is defined by the four pillars of The Organic Law. The only way that "American Common Law" can be differentiated from the loose concept of "Common Law" is through recognition of these four tenets of The Organic Law.

In essence, PKTF's mission is to preserve, promote, and protect the original, unadulterated Public Law as defined by the Organic laws of America. By doing so, it ensures the proper application and interpretation of these laws for sovereign individuals, standing firm against any attempts to dilute or replace this fundamental lawful structure.

Streamlining Validation: PKTF and State Assemblies Forge a Path to Efficient Border Security

Dedicated Liaisons Accelerate Auditing and Bolster Defense Measures

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) will soon begin centering a significant portion of its administrative focus dedicated to The Texas Assembly, recognizing its already well-known resilience and ongoing future potential in the face of previous, hard-hitting challenges. The Texas Assembly has demonstrated remarkable fortitude, addressing numerous obstacles without hesitation despite significant setbacks to its previous Assembly Pillar structure participation rate.

As part of its responsibility to engage with all American and Foreign State Assemblies functioning upon Land and Soil Jurisdiction and recognized by the Federation of States operational blueprint, PKTF will introduce Border Safety segments during State General Assembly meetings starting in Spring 2025 with The Texas Assembly. These periodic sessions aim to address critical security concerns and foster collaboration between PKTF and the State Assemblies. These same presentation segments are modular in the sense that each American and Foreign State Assembly identified by the Federation of States will receive the same presentation content when each State General Assembly, or appropriate committee/subcommittee can accommodate the presentation details.

The Federation of States, through its Fiduciary Office, highly promotes for the establishment of State Border Defense developmental advocacy in the form of PKTF - Assembly (Militia) Liaison utilization!

This initiative is designed to create a reliable and accurate information flow that is not only useful in its level of precision but also in its reliability concerning lawful acknowledgment and federal subcontractor recognition. This effort is part of the growing need to validate each State Assembly during auditing portions of its Standing status, which ultimately leads to the exercise of Seatment.

The PKTF - Assembly (Militia) Liaison or Liaison Team plays a crucial role in streamlining the complex process of State Assembly validation. These liaisons help procure necessary details of State Border Defense and protection measures, which are essential for disaster reaction and infrastructure rebound efforts required for each affected State ahead of any kinetic disaster. By volunteering their time and expertise, these liaisons significantly reduce the time consumption typically associated with the scheduling validation processes. This cooperative effort between PKTF and State Assembly Liaisons is instrumental in creating a reasonable timetable for completing the comprehensive auditing process.

The Federation, Fiduciary Office, and other elements within The Living Law Firm, in addition to PKTF (also recognized through The Living Law Firm - a Federation of States sponsor), are responsible for auditing the remaining portions of each State Assembly upon Land and Soil Jurisdiction. The liaisons' contributions are invaluable in ensuring that this extensive process can be accomplished efficiently and effectively.

The Texas Assembly has taken a proactive approach by establishing a liaison within its budding State Assembly Militia to work directly with PKTF. This dedicated individual serves as a bridge between the two organizations, facilitating communication and coordinating efforts.

The liaison's role involves:
  • Facilitating information exchange between PKTF and the State Assembly Militia or associated Committee focused on Assembly Militia sub pillar vertical development
  • Coordinating joint initiatives for border security and defense against natural and manmade catastrophe
  • Representing the interests of both parties (de jure and de facto) in relevant discussions
  • Identifying areas for peacemaking and peacekeeping collaboration and improvement
  • Streamlining communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information flow

Recognizing the magnitude of the task at hand, plans are underway to bring on additional liaisons from within the General Assembly of The Texas Assembly. These new liaisons will support the ongoing efforts to restore State Border security upon Texas, a critical priority for both PKTF and The Texas Assembly - especially given the sheer size of this American nation state.

The engagement between Texians and PKTF regarding liaison services has been ongoing since the project's inception, highlighting the importance placed on this collaborative effort. This partnership demonstrates a shared commitment to addressing vital security needs and strengthening the relationship between PKTF and The Texas Assembly.

By establishing these PKTF - Assembly (Militia) Liaisons, the Federation of States aims to create a more efficient and effective system for validating State Assemblies and addressing border security concerns. This approach not only helps in streamlining the auditing process but also ensures that each State Assembly is well-prepared to exercise its sovereign rights and obligatory responsibilities regarding Land and Soil Jurisdiction.

The cooperative effort between PKTF and State Assembly Liaisons represents a significant step forward in addressing the complex challenges of border security and State Assembly validation. As this initiative continues to develop, it is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening the overall structure and effectiveness of State Assemblies across the nation and recognized worldwide all across the earth.

Embracing Ongoing Progress: The Vital Role of PKTF-Assembly Liaisons in State Assemblies

A Progress Report in the Form of a Friendly Article

PKTF - Progress Reporting Icon

As Land and Soil Jurisdiction Assemblies prepare to enter Full Assembly Session, the importance of State Coordinators and PKTF-Assembly Liaisons cannot be overstated. The time has come to broaden our focus beyond general member intake and embrace the critical development of State Assembly Militia and Special Purpose Committees.

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) plays a crucial role in guiding American State Assemblies on matters related to lawful border security measures and inter-state cooperation. However, it has come to our attention that some State Coordinators may be hesitant to support these efforts within their State Assembly Militia sub-pillar.

It is important to emphasize that any reluctance from State Coordinators to support this initiative without valid cause is a serious delinquency in their role of supporting lawful State and local county Assembly growth. The success of our Assemblies relies heavily on the active participation and support of all members, especially those in leadership positions.

For Assemblies nearing Standing status or still in development, appointing an educated PKTF-Assembly Liaison should be a top priority.

This role is vital for all stages of Assembly development, facilitating communication and coordination between the PKTF and individual Assemblies. The PKTF-Assembly Liaison serves as a bridge, ensuring that vital information flows smoothly, and that Assemblies are well-equipped to handle the evolving needs of our federation. Several states, including Missouri, are actively participating in lawful, peaceful exercises to enhance regional State Assembly militia Special Purpose Committee capabilities. These exercises are not only beneficial for individual Assemblies but also contribute to the overall strength and resilience of our network.

We urge all State Assemblies to seek information on these ongoing developments and engage in proper outreach efforts. It's crucial to recognize that American States are international in nature, and the Peacekeeping Task Force operates within this jurisdictional realm. Maintaining contentious behaviors against lawful and peaceful cooperation efforts from qualified, status-corrected Americans is counterproductive in the broader international context. Instead, we should focus on fostering collaboration and understanding among all parties involved.

If any State Coordinator is currently experiencing communication gaps within their Assembly - be it with Assembly members, coordinators, or individuals seeking viable means of cooperation and state assembly involvement - we strongly encourage them to come to the table and begin broaching these subjects of conversation. The same applies to issues related to Federation of States peacekeeping services in the international jurisdiction space or areas where de facto subcontractors are causing significant lack in Assembly progress. Shrinking from these opportunities for discussion only hinders our collective progress.

The Peacekeeping Task Force is structured to create a cyclical approach towards Evalution, Education, and Coordination of all peoples involved across available meeting spaces. This includes, albeit in a limited fashion, State Coordination cooperation. By engaging in open dialogue and addressing concerns head-on, we can work together to overcome obstacles and strengthen our Assemblies. To all those who are actively involved in their State Assembly restoration progress, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your dedication and hard work are the driving force behind our movement. For those still considering assembly participation but may be experiencing issues or contention about joining their State General Assembly, we encourage you to reach out and voice your concerns. Remember, every voice matters, and your participation is crucial to the success of our cause.

As we move forward, let us focus on maintaining cooperative means of interfacing with the growing list of educated peacekeepers and their existing Law Enforcement counterparts. By fostering understanding and collaboration between these groups, we can create a more harmonious and effective system that serves the best interests of all Americans.

In closing, let us remember that our strength lies in our unity and our willingness to work together towards a common goal. As we face the challenges ahead, let us do so with courage, determination, and an unwavering commitment to the principles of lawful governance and individual liberty. Together, we can build a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.

The path may not always be easy, but with perseverance and cooperation, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve greatness as a united federation of sovereign states.
