Deficient by Design: Why U.S. Law Enforcement Training Fails at Upholding the Bill of Rights—and Who’s Really Accountable

A Federation Peacekeeping Task Force Memorandum on Systemic Shortfalls and the Path to Authentic Public Service

Across the United States, law enforcement agencies and their foundational training systems exhibit a glaring and dangerous deficiency: the core duty to protect the rights of "We the People," enshrined in the Bill of Rights, receives shockingly little instructional priority.

Despite oaths to uphold the Constitution, state and municipal police academies—under the direction of state Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Commissions and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC)—allocate only a fraction of their curriculum to this most essential charge.

Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff's Come Together to Talk Shop About Local Jurisdiction Matters and Communication Across Jurisdictions

Peacekeepers and Sheriff's Organization (PSO): Bridging County Boundaries for Grassroots Peacekeeping

A new era of grassroots peacekeeping is taking shape as the Peacekeepers and Sheriff's Organization (PSO) launches a collaborative platform for County Sheriffs—known as Reeves—and peacekeepers across the United States and beyond. This initiative is designed to foster communication and cooperation across parallel and successive jurisdictions under the framework of Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction, with a mission to strengthen both local and international community safety.

Lawful and Peaceful
Meeting Space

A New Meeting Space for County Sheriffs

The PSO is building an international meeting space that transcends physical and jurisdictional boundaries, similar to the role played by the National Sheriff's Association (NSA) for law enforcement agencies across the 50 states. However, the PSO places a unique emphasis on Soil Jurisdiction—the constitutional authority of County Sheriffs rooted in the land and the people they serve.

All bonafide Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriffs (Reeves) are invited to participate and are encouraged to join PSO at no cost. Member Enrollment is open to verified peacekeepers who are eager to learn, share local developments, and collaborate with others who aspire to uphold peace and public trust in their counties.

Tune In: The Reeves Shop Talk 44 on Rumble

To bring these conversations directly to the public, the PSO hosts regular broadcasts on The Reeves Shop Talk 44 Rumble Channel, airing two to three times weekly. These episodes feature discussions on local awareness, community safety, and strategies to counteract disruptive tactics used by bad actors—ensuring that peacekeepers and the public alike are informed and prepared.

Expanding County Communication Channels

The movement isn't limited to just one platform. Other local County communication channels are opening up nationwide, with several already active for months. These channels help bridge the gap by spreading vital information to local "County of" Law Enforcement, de facto Sheriffs, and the general public, ensuring that everyone in the community is connected and aware of ongoing developments.

A tremendous "Thank you" also goes out to Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriff Andrew Eyink upon Richland County, Ohio for being among the first to attend these Shoptalks. You can find his local work and watch it grow and evolve as his County Peacekeeper Restore The Republic as well.

Find Your County Sheriff on PKTF News

For those looking to connect with their local Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriff, a comprehensive listing is available on the pktfnews.org homepage. Use the "Peacekeepers" off-canvas feature to find Sheriffs by county, making it easier than ever for community members and fellow peacekeepers to reach out, collaborate, and build local resilience.

Shared Values and Jurisdictional Dialogue

Both the PSO and NSA share a commitment to:

  • Community safety and local awareness

  • Proper identification of people and property (public and private)

  • Upholding the right to free travel and lawful commerce

  • Building trust between peacekeepers and the communities they serve

The PSO, however, places special focus on the distinction between Land/Soil and Maritime/Admiralty jurisdictions. This clarity is essential for restoring trust, as it defines the roles and responsibilities of peacekeepers—whether elected or appointed—within their respective legal frameworks. The PSO also encourages dialogue on the importance of proper identification, the right to travel, and the ability to operate for profit within commerce or trade, while emphasizing the need to distinguish between public and private domains.

Standing Against Disruption

A key topic in PSO discussions is the recognition and exposure of less-than-peaceful tactics used by bad actors, often funded by external protagonists, to disrupt local communities and infrastructure. County Guardians—Sheriffs and their augmented police departments—are united in their resolve not to tolerate such attacks, and to work together across jurisdictions to protect their people and resources.

Join the Movement

All Soil Jurisdiction County Sheriffs (Reeves) are invited to join the PSO, participate in open dialogue, and support one another in navigating the complexities of their unique jurisdictions. This is a call to action for peacekeepers to come together, share knowledge, and stand united for positive change.

For ongoing updates, in-depth discussions, and to get involved, tune in to The Reeves Shop Talk 44 Rumble Channel. Don’t forget to explore the "Peacekeepers" listing on the pktfnews.org homepage to connect with your local Sheriff and stay engaged with your community.

This article reflects the mission and grassroots spirit found on pktfnews.org, aiming to raise awareness and inspire fellow Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs to join the PSO, support one another, and help bring lasting peace and trust back to every county.

PKTFNews.org Unveils Official Executive Memorandums Archive

New Section Enhances Further Transparency and Formal Communication for Peacekeeping Task Force Announcements and Policy Updates

PKTFNews.org Launches Official Executive Memoranda Archive

Today marks a significant update to PKTFNews.org, as the website introduces the Official Executive Memoranda archive—a new feature now prominently located at the top of the homepage. This development takes the place of the previous, longstanding "articles" section. All official memoranda are now accessible under the "Home" button, under "Memoranda" in the navigation bar, and also continue to be highlighted in the site's ticker tape feature just below the navigation bar.

Purpose of the Executive Memoranda Archive

The addition of the Executive Memoranda archive addresses a vital organizational need: providing a dedicated space for official announcements that go beyond the scope of standard articles or general commentary. Memoranda serve a unique and critical function within any organization, especially one as multifaceted as the Peacekeeping Task Force. Their professional utility includes:

  • Formalizing official decisions and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders.

  • Announcing changes to policy or operational procedures.

  • Issuing official retractions or clarifications.

  • Delivering public notices that require a higher level of authority and permanence than typical news posts.

By establishing this archive, PKTFNews.org ensures that all interested offices, agencies, bureaus, departments, and the broader public have ready access to authoritative communications regarding its services, subject matter, actions, and limitations. This centralized approach enhances transparency, accountability, and organizational coherence.

A First for Peacekeeping Task Force Websites

Until today, no Peacekeeping Task Force website has publicly displayed an official memorandum section. The launch of this archive represents a new standard for transparency and communication within the organization.

Recent Updates

In addition to the launch, several previously approved executive memoranda have been added to the archive and are now available for public viewing. These documents, each dated within the past 72 hours, provide a historical record and a reference point for ongoing and future organizational actions.

The new Executive Memoranda archive is designed to be a living resource, supporting the evolving needs of the Peacekeeping Task Force and its stakeholders. All interested, lawful, and legal parties, to include, but not limited to, those who are charged with enforcement of such means by way of good faith agreement, are encouraged to utilize this section for both reference and official communication moving forward.

Please Note:

Approximately 30 original articles that were previously listed in the old PKTFnews blog section will be updated and touched upon soon as a tribute to the original blog and the content that was periodically displayed there for over 14 months.

The supplemental PKTF blog site is still very much active, and is- and has always been, in fact, the main articles website for the Peacekeeping Task Force.

Readers and viewers of our work can find all current ongoing articles there. Feel free to stop in and comment on any of our work there as well.
