Bridging Boundaries: How PKTF, INTERPOL, and the Federation Are Setting New Standards for Accountability
The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is excited to announce a historic milestone in its mission to deliver comprehensive peacekeeping and law enforcement services—officially launching a partnership-building initiative with INTERPOL that spans the critical domains of Land, Soil, and Sea. This announcement marks the first significant step in a process that has been in development since November 2024, driven by a collaborative effort and priority need identified by the Federation, with the Continental Marshals Service (CMS) as a key beneficiary.
A Multi-Initiative Expansion—Months in the Making
This new partnership is one of at least seven major initiatives PKTF has been developing as part of its expanding communication and interface strategies. Since November 2024, PKTF has worked to identify priority needs, foster interagency dialogue, and lay the groundwork for operational and oversight frameworks that serve both American and international interests.
“The Federation is not a government in the sense of being a foreign, incorporated entity. It is the unincorporated body politic of the American States and People, acting in their international and global capacities.”

Why This Matters: The Power of Land, Soil, and Sea
PKTF is unique in its unwavering commitment to providing peacekeeping and law enforcement solutions that address all three foundational jurisdictions:
-
Land: Supporting safe communities, upholding law, and responding to emergencies across cities, towns, and rural areas.
-
Soil: Safeguarding property rights, managing resources, and ensuring justice for the People of the States.
-
Sea: Responding to maritime incidents, enforcing laws on navigable waters, and protecting coastal and offshore interests.
“We must remember that there are three jurisdictions involved—land, soil, and sea—and each has its own rules, authorities, and responsibilities. Our peacekeeping efforts must honor them all.”
— Anna von Reitz, annavonreitz.com
By integrating these domains, PKTF ensures that no aspect of public safety or justice is left unaddressed, whether on solid ground, in the stewardship of natural resources, or across the world’s waterways.
Continental Marshals Service: Benefiting from the Initiative
While the Continental Marshals Service (CMS) has not been a direct collaborator in the development of this initiative, it stands to greatly benefit from the networking and interface strategies now being realized by PKTF. As a Land and Soil (as well as Sea for international jurisdiction peacekeeping matters) service provider chartered by the Federation, CMS will gain enhanced access to international law enforcement resources and recognition, much like how INTERPOL works directly or indirectly with the United States Marshals Service (USMS).
“Our Continental Marshals are the lawful peacekeepers of the land and soil, and their cooperation with international bodies like INTERPOL is essential for maintaining order and justice.”
— Anna von Reitz, annavonreitz.com
USMS and INTERPOL: A Model for International Law Enforcement Cooperation
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) maintains a working relationship with INTERPOL, primarily through its role in international fugitive investigations and extradition processes.
-
Capacity of Cooperation:
-
USMS works with INTERPOL to track and apprehend fugitives who cross international borders, utilizing INTERPOL’s Red Notice system to issue alerts and coordinate with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
-
USMS also participates in INTERPOL-led operations and information-sharing initiatives, particularly in cases involving transnational crime, child exploitation, and human trafficking.
-
-
Significance:
-
For example, USMS has used INTERPOL’s resources to locate and return fugitives to the United States for prosecution, and to assist foreign counterparts in apprehending fugitives wanted abroad.
-
This relationship, while not always front-page news, is operationally significant for the global reach and effectiveness it provides to both agencies.
-
The First Official Step: Building with INTERPOL
This announcement represents the official first significant step in PKTF’s international outreach. To begin this process, PKTF has:
-
Identified the need for international cooperation in addressing criminal travel, fugitive apprehension, and cross-border crime prevention.
-
Drafted a formal outreach proposal to INTERPOL, outlining PKTF’s mandate, its tri-jurisdictional scope, and the importance of establishing a transparent, accountable working relationship.
-
Emphasized the creation of a joint oversight committee, modeled after best practices in international peacekeeping, to ensure transparency, accountability, and due process in all cooperative activities.
How PKTF Engages INTERPOL
-
Formal Contact: PKTF initiates communication through the appropriate National Central Bureau (NCB) of a member state, submitting a detailed proposal and request for partnership.
-
Oversight Committee Centrality: The proposal places the oversight committee at the heart of the relationship, ensuring all allegations of misconduct, slander, or defamation are addressed through impartial review and corrective action.
-
Operational Alignment: PKTF and INTERPOL work together to harmonize protocols for information exchange, cross-border investigations, and support for peacekeeping missions—across land, soil, and sea.
-
Ongoing Cooperation: PKTF commits to regular review meetings, joint training, and shared operational planning to ensure the partnership evolves in step with emerging global challenges.
“It is our duty to establish and maintain oversight at every level, so that the People can have confidence in the integrity of their peacekeeping services.”
— Anna von Reitz, annavonreitz.com
Oversight: The Heart of the Relationship
Oversight is not just a feature—it is the foundation of PKTF’s approach. By making the oversight committee central to its relationship with INTERPOL, PKTF ensures that:
-
All allegations of misconduct, slander, or defamation—no matter the source—are addressed through impartial review and corrective action.
-
PKTF’s reputation and operational integrity are protected while maintaining full accountability to international partners and the public.
-
Lessons learned and best practices are shared, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.
This same oversight committee model is extended to all participating State Assemblies within the Federation of States, ensuring that every Assembly benefits from the same standards of transparency and accountability.
A Model for International Service Cooperation
PKTF’s achievement is made possible by a steadfast commitment to:
-
Collaborative planning and open communication with key partners and stakeholders.
-
Prioritizing oversight and accountability as central pillars of every partnership.
-
Fostering service cooperation across international jurisdictions, drawing on the complementary strengths of each agency and the lessons of global peacekeeping history.
As PKTF continues to grow, it will remain dedicated to building bridges—between agencies, across borders, and among the diverse jurisdictions of Land, Soil, and Sea. This initiative is not only a milestone for PKTF and a benefit to CMS, but a beacon for all who believe in the power of partnership, oversight, and service to the public good.

This announcement reflects the culmination of dedicated effort since November 2024 and signals the beginning of a new era in peacekeeping—one rooted in optimism, accountability, and service across Land, Soil, and Sea.
Wow, mind blowingly awesome. This announcement today made many many of us ecstatic. This is some of the very best news to come out in 2025. So proud to be part of this amazing team and future. Thank you the entire collaborative men and women bringing forward our "New" World of Love, Light, Respect and Transparency.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! Thank you as well, Annette and others. This effort has been quite a while in the making. Through all the stressors of service developments and the various challenges along the way has gotten PKTF to where it is today. The service does not come without it's fair share of senseless slings and arrows. Nevertheless we strive forward with honor. More to follow on this milestone next month as our Executive Secretary meets with all Sheriff's, Chiefs of Police, and other interagencies who will benefit from our peacekeeping efforts and those peacekepers who will be providing them to all States and Union State Assemblies.
ReplyDeleteIn Anna's recent post she stated that Benjamin Netanyahu escaped to Greece after attacking Iran. My question is should the PKTF notify Interpol so they can arrest him? An arrest warrant has been issued for his arrest.
ReplyDeleteIn response to your really great question:
DeleteThe recognized Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) identifies a leader with an outstanding arrest warrant fleeing internationally, the PKTF would notify INTERPOL to issue a Red Notice, alerting member countries to detain the individual for extradition. The PKTF would coordinate with relevant agencies, including the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), which has broad authority to apprehend fugitives across federal districts and in cooperation with international partners.
Additionally, the Continental Marshals Service—where recognized—will collaborate by operating within the scope of Land and Sea Jurisdiction and notify their respective State Assembly Militia of the Search and Sight operation. They would act as peacekeeping officers, supporting the USMS, and vice versa by sharing intelligence, assisting in cross-jurisdictional efforts, and helping ensure lawful apprehension both on land and at sea, where their authority is acknowledged and where their jurisdictional limits end. And, of course, all actions must comply with applicable law and due process.
Thank you, once again for this well-placed question! We greatly appreciate when people inquire, rather than leaning on their own assumptions about what the Peacekeeping Task Force provides and facilitates along our growing peacekeeping network services.
Please know, a more detailed follow-up will be provided soon.

ReplyDeleteThe Assembly’s talent and self governance will continue to flourish where there is authentic jurisdiction based oversight. This brilliant new directive comes at the critical divergence of assembling and training those who desire to enhance the peaceable assembly of the people. Let all those who are here in goodwill expand on the foundation laid and by Godspeed, lawfully enhance the restored government.
