Streamlining State Assembly Validation: The Vital Role of PKTF-Assembly Liaisons

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) provides a critical service through its Assembly Liaison program, designed to streamline the Validation Process for State Assemblies operating under Land and Soil Jurisdiction.

This process ensures the lawful reestablishment of American Common Law Courts, proper militia functions, and the election of State Citizen offices, among other Assembly Pillar responsibilities.

PKTF-Assembly Liaisons serve as vital links between State Assemblies and PKTF Staff Directorate, facilitating timely evaluations of militia obligations and service functions.

Trained continuously throughout each year - with constructive Administrative Leave in between, Liaisons work closely with State Commanders to ensure compliance with peacekeeping standards. Without this localized effort, the PKTF cannot efficiently manage validation processes nationwide, delaying progress for assemblies without dedicated Liaisons.

As well, the Federation of States is pleased with this approach, as it promotes each State Assembly’s ability to appoint its own member or team of members as Liaisons.

This empowers assemblies to independently validate their militia service projects while practicing self-governance at every opportunity. At the same time, assemblies are encouraged to seek guidance from trusted organizations such as the Federation of States and the PKTF, which advocate for lawful and peaceful self-governance.

State Assemblies are encouraged to appoint at least one Liaison to expedite their advocacy efforts and contribute to a lawful and peaceful restoration of governance.

This collaborative approach fosters transparency, efficiency, and self-governance across all participating assemblies while aligning with the Federation’s vision of sovereignty and independence.

  1. Director Joe, please post where i may find the Charter for the Federation PKTF. Specifically, by who or what authority does the PKTF have to validate an Assembly?

  2. Hi, Marshal Dave. Thank you for your question.

PKTF does not validate the entire Seatment Validation process of the entire State Assembly. PKTF only assists with State Assembly Militia Validation regarding Seatment. It is the role of the Federation of States Fiduciary Office to assume the majority audit for all Land and Soil Jurisdiction State Assemblies' Pillars. The primary reason for State Assembly Militia Validation by PKTF is to help assure current State of State de facto Law Enforcement that each State Assembly Militia component is indeed a benevolent, noncombatant Land Jurisdiction State Border Defense forces. Likewise, each PKTF- Assembly Liaison is also given the opportunity to advocate for such state-level Milita functions during their interfacing opportunities with current de fecto services. It is the Federation of States that has requested The Peacekeeping Task Force offer these essential advocacy services to each State Assembly that is nearing Seatment. Federation of States articles have been written about this exciting advocacy approach.

Please address any involvement the PKTF would have with a county Sheriff.
