Successful PKTF - Assembly Liaison Interview Process: Insights and Future Developments

Update on PKTF - Assembly Liaison Interviews: A Successful and Engaging Process

As the PKTF - Assembly Liaison training program progresses, we are pleased to report that the interview process for these critical roles has been highly successful and insightful. Here is an overview of how the interviews have gone so far and the valuable feedback we have received.

Interview Duration and Structure

Each interview has typically lasted between 25 to 55 minutes, with the first interview generally being the longest. This structured approach has allowed for a comprehensive assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) necessary for the Liaison role.

Feedback and Interaction

PKTF administrators have received significant feedback from these interactions, which has been instrumental in refining the onboarding process. The interviews have been designed to evaluate the candidates' experience, skill set, attitude, and goals, ensuring they can effectively facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholder groups.

Final Interview and Q&A Session

The third and final interview was specifically constructed to allow each Liaison-in-training to bring their questions to the Directors. This interactive session has been crucial in addressing any concerns and providing clarity on the role, leading to a streamlined onboarding process.

Upcoming Full Featured Article

A full-featured article on the PKTFnews.org site will soon be published, detailing all aspects of the interview process and the onboarding procedure. This article will provide a comprehensive look at the strategies used, the types of questions asked, and the overall outcomes of the interviews.

Gratitude to Participating States

We would like to extend our gratitude to all participating states who have shown forethought and dedication during the 2024 training. Their active participation in the training, insightful contributions within the various platforms linked through PKTF's Linktr.ee, and ongoing discussions with their respective State General Assemblies have been invaluable. These states have not only engaged in back-and-forth email correspondence but have also passionately advocated for the service benefits of PKTF, emphasizing the importance of upholding peaceful interactions with local and state law enforcement and current Municipal state De Facto leadership.

Special Thanks to Florida and North Carolina

We want to express a special thank you to Florida and North Carolina for their early participation in the interview process for the December 2024 schedule. Their feedback, engagement, and commentary during the interviews have been a tremendous help to our service analysis, providing critical insights that will enhance the overall effectiveness of the PKTF - Assembly Liaison program.

Future Interviews

In addition to the states that have already participated, we also expect to interview other Liaisons-in-training coming from Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Missouri, and perhaps Texas, during the next several weeks. This is a reminder to our readers to expect more updated content on this particular State Assembly development throughout the 1st quarter of 2025. As more information comes in from the Federation of States, as well as from the Liaisons themselves about their own State Assembly Militia and Jural Assembly developments, we will continue to provide detailed updates.

We are confident that the structured and engaging interview process will yield highly qualified and dedicated individuals who will play a vital role in fostering peaceful and collaborative interactions within their respective states. Thank you to all the states for their participation and cooperation, and we look forward to the continued success of this program.
