The PeaceBridgeNetwork™ Blog’s Strengthened Central Focus on Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding Collaboration

Growing as we Scale our Interface Capabilities According to Prioity Need by Readers and Viewers.

As the PeaceBridgeNetwork™ (PBN) continues to grow into the central hub for coordination, education, and strategic deployment across the nation, we are pleased to share an expanded update on our renewed focus. Established by the Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) in mid-2022 and now entering its second calendar season during 2025, PBN stands as the premier collaborative environment connecting our peacekeepers, peacebuilders, and civilian liaisons throughout the American Federation.

Currently, over 70 counties across 19 states actively participate in this network, with more joining monthly. This steady increase in engagement demonstrates that the direction we have taken—to prioritize the PBN platform as the nucleus for all coordination and development—is both timely and necessary.

But this expansion also means shifting some of our attention away from general public writing. Readers will notice that on our external current news blog, seeksearchfindtruth.blogspot.com, the number of general interest articles has temporarily reduced by about 50% during this current time period. This is not a decline in content but a redirection of energy into the rapidly developing PeaceBridgeNetwork™ community. It reflects PKTF’s healthy progression and the scaling of services that now meet the natural demand for both local and international peacekeeping efforts.

PeaceBridgeNetwork Accessibility

The Expanding Network of Roles Within PBN

PeaceBridgeNetwork™ brings together a diverse range of officials, officers, and contributors who form the living framework of our mission to maintain lawful order and stability across all jurisdictions—land, soil, and sea. Among the dedicated members are:

  • Marshals at Arms and Continental Marshals, who uphold constitutional peacekeeping standards and lawful detainment protocols across jurisdictions.
  • Assembly Militia Commanders and County Reeves (Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs), who manage localized public safety and militia pillar defense on behalf of State Assemblies.
  • Fiduciary Office and Military Affairs Liaison Office representatives, providing interdepartmental oversight and coordination between civilian and armed public defense peacekeeping entities.
  • PKTF – Assembly Liaisons, their Deputies, and Staff Directorate officers, who coordinate strategic communication between assemblies, regions, and allied, subcontracting departments.
  • Augmented State Co-Coordinators, whose focus remains on building and assisting the proper establishment of their own State Assembly Militias, fostering both self-defense readiness and inter-state cooperation.
  • Unincorporated American businesses and select members of the Living Law Firm, who support lawful commerce, community education, and legal interface services within the growing PBN ecosystem.

Why More of a Blended Shift to PBN Matters Now

The rapid evolution of PeaceBridgeNetwork™ goes beyond organization—it reflects the larger public demand for functional, interlinked systems of peacekeeping and peacebuilding. With a growing audience of trained and status-corrected members, PBN’s digital workspace now enables:

  • Real-time emergency interface testing and crisis coordination tools being evaluated for public deployment.
  • Communications between assembly and field teams through integrated dispatch channels.
  • Rapid response collaboration for lawful, on-the-ground security and defense mechanisms.

These developments have, as a result, shifted much of our current working schedule toward sustaining the PBN community. The reduction of generalized content on secondary platforms allows the PKTF to focus on the vital task of infrastructure growth and user support throughout the network.

As more states and counties link their peacekeeping forces to PBN, new Deputy Directors are being brought on to support both the PKTF’s Company Executive side and its parallel Administrative wing. Once appointed, these Deputy Directors will spearhead the rollout of new emergency and operational tools long planned but awaiting final leadership for safe deployment and testing oversight.

PBN as the New Core of Collaboration

Thanks to the platform’s ability to integrate cross-jurisdictional operations for 70 peacekeepers and peacebuilders (and counting), our most loyal audience now resides within PBN. This space represents the growing heart of our mission: where service members, directors, liaisons, and lawful, as well as subcontracted legal advocates in good faith, converge to collaborate, educate, and coordinate under Public Law principles and lawful self-governance doctrines.

The PeaceBridgeNetwork™ offers all of this free of charge to approved members, fostering transparency, efficiency, and cooperative progress for peacekeeping personnel both domestic and abroad. As more participants join and get grounded within this new workspace, the discussions are becoming more vibrant, technical, and directly impactful to real-world operations.

S2 intelligence report date/time, 2300 Zulu, October 24th, 2025 priority, precedent, information cutoff, 2200 Zul

Executive summary: This is to include all salient intelligence data available at the time of the report, as well as any federation peacekeeping or peacebuilding common data for each wire.

UK mistakenly released fugitive migrant from Epping riot case.

  • Active manhunt in progress.
  • New British digital ID scheme announced targeting financial noncompliance.
  • A vehicle ramming attack occurred at US Coast Guard Base, California.
  • US-Canada trade negotiations terminated due to Canadian propaganda campaign.
  • United Kingdom Digital ID scheme.

The UK government announced a digital ID program which will eventually be mandatory for employment verification and other financial transactions.

Penalties for non-compliance stand at 85 pounds per transaction requiring an ID under the new system.

Epping riot fugitive, Ethiopian National Hadj Gabberslasi Kabadu, convicted for violent assault during July's Epping riots, was mistakenly released by UK police instead of being deported.

He remains at large.

Last confirmed location outside a cafe at 84 High Street, Chelmsford, heading north toward the bus station.

Public protests and demonstrations have resumed in Epping, focused on failures in law enforcement and immigration control.

Law enforcement has issued a wanted notice but provided limited suspect description.

Social media video evidence is aiding law enforcement efforts.

Canada Propaganda Incident and Trade Relations.

US suspended ongoing trade negotiations with Canada following a discovery that Ontario ran a $75 million propaganda ad campaign targeting American sentiment about tariffs.

The campaign used manipulated footage of former US President Ronald Reagan to misrepresent his 1987 stance on tariffs.

The Premier of Ontario agreed to pause the campaign.

However, bilateral relations have suffered significant damage.

Restoration of trust is conditioned on substantial good faith measures by Canada.

United States vehicle ramming attack, a U-Haul truck was used in an attempted vehicle ramming at the Alameda, US Coast Guard Base, California.

Security forces engaged and wounded the attacker, who was later apprehended with a gunshot wound.

Two additional rioters were wounded.

PKTF Company Service comment.

The soil jurisdiction County Reef should be contacted immediately whenever there are shots fired by any emergency service subcontractor tasked with providing security at federal installations and cordon checkpoints regardless of the area facility and especially when suspects who are engaged are now and remain currently at large.

It is at this moment that all federal subcontractors broadcast in all points bulletin across every known emergency channel and within the state.

This action allows peacekeepers who retain superior jurisdiction over the county where the incident occurred according to its impact to notify the Continental Marshals Service CMS of the incident status in case CMS emergency protocols are needed.

* Incident analysis suggests tactics, use of vehicle reversal for greater protection, as seen in insurgent and militant attacks including Antifa and ISIS.

Actions may be designed to provoke and manipulate law enforcement engagement, potentially affecting public perception and operational preparedness.

Attack occurred as demonstrators targeted base believed to house ICE staging operations.

PKTF Company Service comment.

We are currently working on developing effective mobile communications capabilities to assist local law enforcement in the event of a viable threat reported in the area or surrounding areas by lawful American state nationals as part of their community watch projects and community resiliency unit services.

* Most rioters had dispersed at the time of the incident.

Analysis UK digital ID scheme faces privacy, civil liberty, and discrimination concerns with strong opposition from civil rights groups and risk of increased state monitoring, exclusion of vulnerable populations, and function creep.

The fugitive case underscores failures in law enforcement communication and escalating public unrest related to migrant crime policies.

The Canadian propaganda campaign demonstrates significant escalation in information warfare with psychological operations producing lasting diplomatic rifts.

The Alameda incident reflects evolving militant and black bloc tactics, stressing the need for vigilance against media manipulation and surprise attacks at federally controlled facilities.

Update on Website Status and Expert Involvement

Continuing to make site improvements, thanks to all your valued feedback and constructive opinions!

We are pleased to inform all readers that the website referenced in the previous article has continued to operate without requiring significant updates for the past week, following a major phase of backend and visual improvements. This latest progression reflects several weeks of dedicated technical refinement and sustained collaboration among our newly established American technology experts, ensuring greater stability, efficiency, and visual clarity across all Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) digital properties.

Both PKTF sites are Back Up — and Growing according to their readers and viewers' interest and relevant expectations.

The Brand-New Procurement Landing Site

through the

PeaceBridgeNetwork

The PKTF has undertaken substantial platform growth through its partnership with a small but elite technology crew specializing in website architecture and reinforcement of wireframe frameworks. These experts have been working continuously to enhance usability and infrastructure resilience in ways that strengthen long-term digital performance across all peacekeeping and peacebuilding websites under the PKTF umbrella.

***Please note:

The FAQ and other sections, such as Annual Customer Comparison to Industry Standard Equipment, as well as where to leave your own Customer Review, with other nifty features as needed, are still being updated to the site in the coming days and weeks, so please continue to be patient as these and other ongoing updates are being installed.

Over the past 6–8 weeks, our web platforms have undergone intermittent construction periods that occasionally required temporary offline status. However, despite multiple rounds of maintenance, the sites — including https://apcpeacekeepingcoms.online/ — remained accessible for the overwhelming majority of the time, ensuring our community could remain informed and connected during the transition. We extend our sincerest apologies for any delays or temporary communication disruptions experienced during this process. These were essential steps in a major and necessary upgrade.

Expanded Equipment and Procurement Updates

We are excited to announce major new additions to our online inventory. The https://apcpeacekeepingcoms.online/ site now features updated and expanded listings of equipment available for procurement — items that support local and State of the Union–level peacekeeping and defense initiatives, as well as community-based security coordination.

Among these updates, the D10 radios play a central role. The site is being upgraded to feature detailed product comparisons, specifications, and operational guidance that will help all users — from PKTF Assembly Liaisons to general community watch participants — make more informed choices as new devices and accessories are introduced.

Additionally, items tailored for PKTF Assembly Liaisons have been added, including attire, identification, and credentials required for active roles both in the field and in office settings. These items have been long anticipated, and the new distribution system now makes it easier than ever for Liaisons and community personnel to order directly from a secure web-based platform.

Integrated Access Between PKTF Sites

We are also pleased to announce the integration of resource and procurement information between the main PKTF equipment site and our news and updates portal at https://pktfnews.org/. Visitors reviewing liaison-related articles or equipment notices on the PKTF News page — particularly under the Liaison Attire and Equipment section — can now seamlessly transition to the https://apcpeacekeepingcoms.online/ site to review full product details and complete secure purchases. This cross-platform update was designed to create smoother navigation for all users and unify communication across both domains.

Our Shared Progress — Thanks to You

These efforts and achievements have been made possible through the continued feedback and encouragement of our readers, followers, and field Liaisons. Many of the most vital improvements to both PKTF sites originated from your comments and experiences. Your observations were instrumental in helping our team recognize needed updates and adjust accordingly.

As we continue refining, modernizing, and expanding our online network, please know your patience and participation remain the driving force behind our progress. Each enhancement introduced is guided by your feedback and aligned with the PKTF mission to keep essential tools, news, and resources reliable, secure, and accessible for all who serve and support peacekeeping initiatives across the States and beyond.

Thank you — sincerely — to everyone who has navigated these updates with us. Our shared success reflects your continuing commitment to the mission and the strength of our growing digital community.

Have a wonderful day, and enjoy exploring the updated https://apcpeacekeepingcoms.online/ experience!

Establishing Lawful County Assemblies and the Role of the Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff Under the Federation Framework.

In restoring a true Republican Form of Government within these United States, the process always begins with a crucial first step:

Who are they - and - Why are they?

A lawful and peaceful American individual stepping forward to serve as the propoerly elected, interim, merely interested (on the rocerd) Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff.

This role is not simply about the concept of lawful peacekeeping a tthe county level Law Enforcement as commonly perceived or understood, but about genuine peacekeeping—providing an aire of lawful guardian oversight and a stabilizing presence who can and does perform honorably as the County Organizer helping to establish a lawful Soil Jurisdiction nation state Assembly within their county boundaries.

The Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff (County Reeve) serves The Lawful Inhabitant through upholding Land Law directly, maintaining measurable peace efforts and daily order in a manner consistent with Public Law and the original land-based jurisdiction that predates the modern statutory regime.

As Anna von Reitz explains, “the actual County Sheriff is a Peacekeeping Official (official role) and not an Appointed Law Enforcement Officer.”

This official Peacekeeping role is foundational for lawful governance and acts as the first line of peaceful authority in emergent counties. Until such time as the office is properly elected, as with all other local self-governing officials, this role must remain under the provisional assistance of the Federation’s Peacekeeping Task Force until such time as the State of the Union is fully Standing. Only then is a nation state (County Assembly) properly authorized and empowered to act fully within its jurisdictional boundaries. The Federation, through the Peacekeeping Task Force, provides vital assistance, general guidance, and support during these formative stages. Furthermore, local outreach efforts spearheaded by active Committees at both national and international levels are essential to this development.

The Peacekeeping Task Force’s obligation is to speak with each Outreach Committee Chair through their PKTF-Assembly Liaison—or, when no Liaison yet exists, directly through the Task Force’s Executive Staff Directorate. This vital communication linkage fosters an environment where Assembly programs may grow, offering recommendations that enhance local outreach strategies.

These efforts enable the Federation’s Peacekeeping Task Force to effectively interface with international and intercontinental Law Enforcement and other key Emergency Services on behalf of these emerging Assemblies. This cooperation is extremely vital not only to maintain peace but to meet the Peacekeeping Task Force’s core missions of EvaluationEducation, and Coordination.

Observations made through 2025, as well as through previous years of Assemblies in General Session indicate a significant shortfall in Soil Jurisdiction nation states peacekeeping presence (namely County Assembly Sheriffs) participating in the formation process. This shortfall likely explains why more State of the Union Assemblies have yet to reach full Standing, contributing to an overall stunted, less-than-organic growth.

The Peacekeeping Task Force must continue to be welcomed and afforded unfettered access to engage with all levels of de jure peacekeeping across the States and lawfully encourage Soil Jurisdiction Sheriffs to begin their local outreach and leadership efforts.  These Sheriffs are expected to form their nation state assemblies by convening in general session—at least two or more inhabitants gathered in lawful Assembly on the Land and Soil who are status-corrected and dedicated to the Federation blueprint.

The essence of this framework exists within the dual growth of form and substance:

The State of the Union’s Land Jurisdiction Assembly (form) and the nation state Assemblies operating on Soil Jurisdiction (substance) must advance simultaneously and harmoniously. Without this, the State of the Union risks stalling in development, lacking the genuine Sovereignty that flows from nation state Assemblies in development to become fully seated and active within the Federation of States.

As highlighted in Federation teachings, “the two things, Land and Soil, are inseparable ... The only actual perpetual union that does exist and must exist is the Union between the Land and the Soil."

Without honoring both, the trajectory and efforts of Assembly development become fragmented and ineffective.

Furthermore, the Soil Jurisdiction Sheriff’s early role as a peacekeeper lends lawful legitimacy to the County Assembly. It assures that peace and order are preserved while the Assembly furthers its work in building self-governance.

The Peacekeeping Task Force serves as a vital link in this chain, peacefully bridging grassroots Assembly-level efforts with international Law Enforcement and Emergency Services through their State of the Union to ensure genuine cooperation.

Ultimately, the Peacekeeping Task Force operates as both shepherd and advocate—facilitating reliable communication, offering tested and approved expertise, and promoting a confirmed health and wellness climate where lawful Assembly growth flourishes.

The goal is for each nation state within its County to achieve Standing and Sovereignty respected locally, at the State of the Union level, and internationally through their State of the Union Standing and Seatment.

When a County Assembly is in General Session, meeting lawfully on the Land and Soil, and operating according to the Federation blueprint, true progress unfolds. This is when the true republican form of government spirit takes root, with both Land and Soil Jurisdiction working in unison to form a sturdy foundation for our nation.

This harmonious, inseparable, and jurisdictional recognition reflects the crucial connection between peacekeeping, lawful Assembly formation, and the Federation’s comprehensive vision for a restored American Republican Form of Government through the Peacekeeping Task Force’s indispensable role. It is this cooperative spirit and proactive engagement by the Federation's Task Force that will help ensure the successful and lawful establishment of County Assemblies now and into the future.

The Continental Marshals Service (CMS) Website

Continental Marshals Service Site Retired — Notice to Peacekeepers and Partners

It came to our attention yesterday that the current website for the Continental Marshals Service website, formerly at continentalmarshals.us, is either under construction, URL relocation, or has been retired to be replaced by a whole new site presence and layout.

For anyone who’s tried to access the site lately, there’s simply nothing there—no landing page, no error messages, no indication of temporary maintenance.

The domain has quietly passed into dormancy, closing off access to the scheduling and vetting resources that have been central to its function.

Here’s what we’re doing about it:

• Formal notification is being prepped for the Senior Chief of the Continental Marshals Service.

• Readers, viewers, and account holders from the site should receive follow-up information regarding all reasonable causes behind the outage, including domain expiration, transitions in management, or intentional site retirement.

No stone will be left unturned when systems affecting the Assemblies go down or are otherwise hampered.

For American trades and service organizations such as the Continental Marshals Service and others following our work at the Peacekeeping Task Force:

This is more than procedural housekeeping—it’s our commitment in action. Awareness is the first defense against disruption.

Our objective remains clear:

Help American State Assemblies and their peacekeepers become recognized by de facto Law Enforcement entities of Assembly presence, as well the existence of their own service providers, and to remain informed and equipped with useful information and service infrastructure, come what may.

What the site actually did:

• Scheduled vetting interviews

• Conducted background checks

• Organized meetings for State Coordinators, Vetting Chairs, State Treasurers, and IT personnel

Its absence means other channels must temporarily fill the gap until new systems can preserve regular operations.

The Peacekeeping Task Force is making plans to help expedite website update information by inviting our Continental Marshals Service Chieftan to the PeaceBridgeNetwork - if most are not yet there already.

A word on the Marshals Service—and what’s said by the Federation Fiduciary Office and the Military Affairs Liaison Office:

Their responsibility is immense:

international land jurisdiction authority, standing as peacekeepers unmatched in American history.

Times like these highlight just how critical their infrastructure is.

Whenever supporting systems falter, restoring or reinventing those resources becomes the urgent priority.

This setback is only temporary.
Just as doors close, new ones open—with improved functionality, heightened security, and features tailored to current needs.Optimistically, expect not just restoration, but renewal.

A new portal may soon debut, equipped with brand new tools and service information tailored for the work at hand.

Please stay tuned.
