In the ongoing effort to strengthen and legitimize the Federation of States-sponsored State Assemblies, the Continental Marshals Service (CMS) has faced critical challenges: recruiting dedicated individuals to join their vetting service ranks.
For over two years, CMS has been at the forefront of providing a durable, unbiased approach to vetting State Coordinators, a role somewhat akin to what the PKTF - Assembly Liaisons provide within The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF).
However, despite the importance of this mission, CMS has struggled to attract the necessary interest and participation to conduct this service on time.
The Current Mission of CMS
CMS is dedicated to ensuring that State Coordinators are thoroughly vetted to maintain the integrity and safety of each State General Assembly. This process is crucial for bridging the gaps between State General Assemblies and the Federation of States, as well as ensuring jurisdictional validity through the assembling process. The CMS vetting process involves a rigorous, albeit highly streamlined, and fair evaluation method to help ensure that only the most suitable candidates are recommended for the role! The Current Challenge
One of the primary hurdles CMS faces is the significant lag in turnaround time between setting up an account by current and interim State General Assembly Coordinators on their landing site and scheduling an interview for such Coordinators. This catch-22 situation has hindered the efficiency of the vetting process, delaying the critical work of helping to ensure that State Assemblies have the qualified Federation Liaisons they need. Why Your Help is Needed
At this moment, CMS is not engaged in missions related to international crimes or deployed on-field operations. The primary mission, and one that has been ongoing for over 26 months, is the vetting of State Coordinators. This is where you come in.CMS urgently needs individuals who are willing to participate in conducting interviews to qualify State Coordinators and co-coordinators. If you are passionate about contributing to the integrity and effectiveness of other State Assemblies across our great nation-states, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact. What You Can Do
- Conduct Interviews: CMS is seeking volunteer Chiefs to conduct interviews, a process that is both pleasant and rewarding. These interviews are essential for ensuring that State Coordinators meet the high standards required for their roles.
- Spread the Word: If you feel you are not a suitable fit for this role but know someone within your Assembly who might be, please spread the word. CMS is actively seeking Postal Area Chiefs and Deputy Postal Area Chiefs, as well as potential State Chief Continental Marshals who can facilitate these interviews.
- Understand the Vetting Process: By participating, you will gain a deep comprehension of what a proper vetting process looks like, valuable knowledge that can benefit your State Assembly in the long run.
The Benefits of Joining CMS
- Contribute to Assembly Safety and Jurisdictional Validity: By helping to vet State Coordinators, you are directly contributing to the safety and legitimacy of other State General Assembly Liaisons.
- Gain Valuable Experience: The vetting process is a complex and important task that requires careful evaluation and a fair measure of opinion. Participating in this process will provide you with valuable experience and skills in future roles - even outside of CMS.
- Be Part of a Critical Mission: Until more State Assemblies are fully Seated and operational, the primary mission of CMS remains the vetting of State Coordinators. Your participation is vital in this endeavor.

Thank you for your consideration.
It is Imperative that we all enter into a state of mind of abundance. I have seen it in many County Organizers and State Coordinators from other states that step forward and then get lostb in the shuffle. One State Coordinator was over zealous and was ramrodded by the defacto. It is hard to imagine that a State Coordinator who seems to be "healthy" but in fact ,just like other Americans, are a walking "PTSD" case. That is where the critical mission of the Holistic/Heilkunst/State Medical Committee comes in. We have instituted the Heilkunst Healthcare Assembly on Florida. Healthcare Assemblies are living men and womens way of "associating" by ASSEMBLING, just like the first ASSEMBLY was the Family. There is nothing that supercedes the first Assembly which is the Family. This is no mere committee. This is so basic that we must reeducate ourselves. The current Conventional Medical System is collapsing. We have a responsibility to respond plan proactively to fill the void and even the eventual GULF between allopathy and rational healthcare. Our server is DOWN after Hurricane Milton and is in storage for a while longer as the condo structure it was in was breeched water intrusion. We need to recruit, train, and develop all healthcare modalities that can fall into the pervue of Regenerative Medicine.
ReplyDeleteOne of our Heilkunst General Treatments patients, Joe Rosado, MD, has been in treatment for over 3 years and has become well against all odds! Joe is very Integrative in his practice and understands that until complete optimal health has been reached, there is much work to be done. I have asked Joe to be our Florida Med Com Medical Director. Joe and Bobby Cirello and I are former Paramedics. If you can "see" the potential then let's get started in your State or Foreign Assembly. We need to find Chief Continental Marshall candidates for all assemblies to be the Liasisons between the Federation of States and each Assembly. The PKTF Assembly Liaisons-functional position can bridge the gaps in Lawful Peacekeeping Services, along with our many State and Foreign Assembly-Marshal-at-Arms. All of this is to be eventually mirrored on our counties. Think "regionally" until these service corridors are filled in with living people that can work in the Heilkunst Regional Teaching Hospital(s). Remeber that our goal is tomeet the American Common Law Maxim: "Do no harm and be harmed by none". That is a tall order and one worthy of our time and efforts to protect living breathing people and also their private property including their rights.
Joe Rosado, has been hired out of 15 national candidates, to be President of The Association (I will talk to him about the lawful requirements for changing it to an "Assembly") for the Advancement of Regenerative Medicine. Joe's first priority, is to open membership from only MD's, DO's, and NP's to all the other holistic modalities like ND's, DC's, and DMH's.
I am the Medical Director for the new American Medical Communications (American Med Com) and will be developing discrete private healthcare channels for Lawful EMS (Heilkunst EMT's and Heilkunst Paramedics) and Heilkunst ERMD's) which we are going to start training at our new school called The Emergent American College (TEAC.pro). Hopefully our decentralized ClearNODE server will be back up and running. See more from the college the one most unique medicine program in the world at that I graduated from at https://heilkunst.com.
We are starting with The American Foundations Academy (TAFA). This prerequisite academy will help all of us to speak this advanced language of #rationallivingmatters before going onto the three next most advanced science and medicine academies in the United States on the Land and Soil Jurisdiction on Florida.

theemergentamericancollege@proton.me and heilkunsthealthcareassembly@gmail.com to see how you can duplicate the VISION and MISSION in your State Assembly or Foreign Assembly.
His second goal is to have social media presence and "development". Like all things, it is easier to say it then to do it.
Chief Joe, Is this a non-CMS position held only to aide the CMS Vetting team or a CMS position? What are the requirements/disqualifiers for a man or woman to join the CMS?
ReplyDeleteWhat a great question! CMS is currently in Service and Trade meetings as we speak discussing over the opportunities to take on non-CMS volunteers as a temporary intern assisting within Headquarters as only working with conducting vetting. And, of course, regular mission specific operations for all current, and future Postal Area Chiefs would also be the same mission at this time.
DeleteTo answer your question -; discussions are being held to consider taking on non-CMS as temporary interns for assistance regarding CMS Vetting for all State Assembly Coordinators due Vetting.
I am happy to assist here if being a Victorian and PKTF Liaison is of any use to you at this time. You may reach me with email address mvg@startmail.com if so. Best .... Mark
