Unlocking Community Power:
How the PKTF Digital Skills Archive Can Help Transform Every County’s Future
Imagine a single resource that could empower every household, neighborhood, and county to master the essential skills needed to sustain and grow a thriving community—skills that, if widely taught and practiced, could potentially transform a small town into a self-reliant, resilient city - if so desired by its people.
The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) Literary Skills Archive, available by donation, or by special gift on a 64 GB SD card, offers just that: a profoundly comprehensive, non-fiction collection of well over 3,000 craft, trade, manufacturing, customization, and technical skills, spanning more than a hundred areas of knowledge once reserved for the most prestigious technical colleges and universities.
Now Included with Every D-10 Emergency Radio Purchase
As part of the 2025–2026 American Peacekeeping Communication Mobile Dispatch (APCMD) network build-out initiative, this invaluable digital archive will also be offered as a consolation gift with every emergency radio purchase. This means that every investment in emergency preparedness will now come with an extremely powerful access tool for long-term community resilience and self-sufficiency.
The Value of the Archive
Currently Unmatched Breadth and Depth:
This archive covers everything from traditional trades and crafts to advanced technical skills, providing a foundation for home-based businesses, community workshops, innovations, DIYs, and even local enterprises.
Community Preparedness:
Training and education are the bedrock of effective disaster preparedness and community resilience. By equipping citizens and nationals with practical skills, communities can better respond to emergencies, recover faster, and reduce dependence on outside aid.
Local Empowerment:
Local knowledge and skill-building foster collaboration, self-sufficiency, and a sense of purpose. When every household has access to this archive, the collective expertise of the community multiplies, enabling coordinated action in times of need.
Future-Proofing:
Many of these skills are perishable—at risk of being lost as generations pass. Preserving them in a digital, easily shared format ensures they remain accessible for teaching, learning, and practice, no matter what the future holds.
It’s important to note:
While the digital archive offers immediate access and portability, the next critical step is to bind these literary works into physical volumes.
Creating shelvable, printed copies ensures that this invaluable knowledge remains accessible even if electric power is limited or disrupted.
Binding these books transforms the digital archive into a permanent, tangible resource for libraries, community centers, and households—preserving these skills for generations to come.
The True Cost and Value
Reproduction Cost: Each SD card costs between $8 and $15 to purchase in bulk, with an additional $10 to $20 for labor, file transfer, and handling.
Total Production Cost per Card: $18 to $35.
Time to Prepare: Transferring the archive to each card takes about 30–40 minutes.
Estimated Archive Value: The content itself is valued at $60,000 to $300,000 if acquired through traditional educational channels.
This means every recipient is receiving, for the cost of a small donation or radio purchase, a digital library worth more than most could ever access on their own.
A Call to All American State Nationals
This is a unique opportunity for American State Nationals and all who care deeply about the future of their communities. By contributing or receiving this archive, you are helping to restore access to thousands of skills—many of which have been lost to time, and some so rare that most Americans today don’t even know they exist.
Your participation helps ensure that your county, your neighborhood, and your family are equipped not just for emergencies, but for prosperity and growth. Imagine a generation re-learning the crafts, trades, and technical knowledge that once made America strong and self-reliant. Imagine communities where everyone has the resources to learn, teach, and build a better future—together.

Peacekeeping, Sovereignty, and Justice: How the Federation’s Peacekeeping Task Force Advances Real Law Enforcement
By the Peacekeeping Task Force
Introduction
In recent discussions led by the Fiduciary for The United States of America (Unincorporated), the Federation’s Peacekeeping Task Force has been assessing service context by reexamining the essential roles of peacekeepers and law enforcement in the ongoing effort to restore justice, sovereignty, and self-governance. This, and all subsequent article in this series highlights how the Continental Marshals Service, County Reeves (Sheriffs), State Assembly Militias' command/advisory structure, and the Peacekeeping Task Force itself work to build, and offer collaborative architecture designed to confront systemic fraud, uphold Public Law, and protect the natural rights of all sovereign Americans.
In this unique initiative, our available editors will be pouring back through all previously held webinars held live each week on Monday evenings since March 2019. From these excerpts, this organization will attempt to assist further - those entities we are currently interfacing with at local and State levels for purposes of helping their offices become more climatized to what the sovereign American people, as self-governing, living, breathing men and women are dedicated to providing themselves and their communities.
In this same effort, we will be attempting to work forwards and backwards starting from September 2023 (approximately midway through - from the Maiden Voyage of holding weekly webinars till current time and working our way forward across each available discussion found on the Public Record. From there (September 2023) we will also endeavor to reach back (in reverse order) across all other previously held meetings and provide feedback on what was discussed during that time as well - similar to what constitutes a "reverse timeline."
Please note: Not all previously held webinar discussions will directly touch upon peacekeepers, nor roles directly pertaining to such service efforts. However, the context of seeking remedies through lawful courts at the local and State levels where Land, Soil, and Sea jurisdiction applies will be extracted and amplified with each published article in this Series.
The purpose and intent of this particular Article Series is to assist our peacekeeping efforts at interfacing strategies by providing all counterparts with a forwards and backwards timeline with a relatively middle ground threshold to assist with their own due diligence research patterns.

The Role of Peacekeepers: Structure and Jurisdiction
Continental Marshals and County Sheriffs
The Continental Marshals Service operates under Land and Sea jurisdiction, while County Reeves (Sheriffs) hold Soil jurisdiction. Both possess the opportunity to uphold and maintain what each nation state possesses, which is superior concurrent general jurisdiction over all matters that employee contract agreements with their subcontractors – past, present and future. Both are also charged with upholding Public Law and the foundational principles of the Unanimous Declaration of Independence. Each county is owed to a deputy Continental Marshal and an elected Reeve, ensuring that peacekeeping is grounded locally and remains accountable to the people.
State Assembly Militias and the Peacekeeping Task Force
State Assembly Militias represent the collective defense and order-keeping force of each state, comprised of volunteers from all counties. Their presence is vital for emergency preparedness, disaster response, and maintaining order in the face of threats, whether domestic or foreign. The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) serves as a coordinating body, connecting State Assemblies and Militias with resources, training, and strategic planning. The PKTF also develops cross-jurisdictional response plans, ensuring that peacekeepers can act swiftly and lawfully across boundaries.
Justice and Law Enforcement: Addressing Systemic Fraud
Countering Corporate Overreach
Anna has identified widespread fraud perpetrated by corporate entities, including the creation of derivative debt, special purpose vehicles, and zombie corporations. These schemes are used to launder money, shift liabilities onto the public, and falsely prosecute sovereign individuals. The Treasury Department and other agencies are beginning to recognize these fraudulent practices, particularly the double-dipping of Municipal citizenry and the misattribution of tax debts.
Jurisdictional Strategies
The Federation’s peacekeepers are increasingly adept at moving cases from hostile Municipal courts (which operate under statutory/admiralty law) to Territorial courts, where Constitutional arguments and protections are more likely to be heard and respected. The opening of asset-based banks by the Federation will further shift legal presumptions, making it impossible for Municipal courts to misidentify Americans as “paupers” and strip them of their rights.
Enforcement Tools
The Federation employs three types of liens-American common law, commonwealth, and commercial-to hold corporate actors accountable. These tools are used to penalize Municipal governments for dereliction of duty, such as failing to secure the southern border, and to enforce compliance with constitutional contracts.
Sovereignty and the Right to Self-Govern
Protecting the Status of Sovereign Americans
The Federation has acted swiftly to nullify attempts by corporate actors to redefine vaccinated individuals as “trans-humans” or patented products, thereby stripping them of human rights. Public laws have been passed to make such claims unlawful and unenforceable. The PKTF and its counterparts advocate for the recognition of State Assemblies as de jure governments, with the right and duty to stand for and exact justice according to Public Law.
International Cooperation and Recognition
The Peacekeeping Task Force’s mission extends to the international arena, advocating for the recognition of sovereign states and their right to self-govern. This involves collaborating with counterparts such as the United States Marshals Service, State Defense Forces, and, where appropriate, international organizations. The PKTF distinguishes itself from entities like the Department of Justice and the United Nations by remaining focused on the protection of sovereign rights and the prevention of corporate overreach as each State Jural Assembly presents their own findings of corporate fraud and an unwillingness to adhere to Public Law.
As the landscape of law enforcement and sovereignty continues to evolve, the Peacekeeping Task Force remains dedicated to empowering Assemblies, peacekeepers, and all Americans to reclaim their rights and responsibilities. What are your thoughts on these developments? How do you see the role of peacekeepers changing in your community? Share your insights and questions in the comments below and stay tuned for more updates and action steps in our ongoing series. Your voice matters in shaping the future of justice and self-governance.

Exciting Updates to the Automated Chat Feature
Located Right Here on <seeksearchfindtruth> for the Peacekeeping Task Force
Major Enhancements for 2025
The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is pleased to announce significant updates to the automated chat feature located along the lower left margin of the <seeksearchfindtruth> blog.
Initially launched in late 2024 to address real-time inquiries about the Continental Marshals Service (CMS) in the absence of a full website, this chat tool is now expanding its capabilities to better support the broader peacekeeping community.
Expanded Interactive Research and Integration
The updated chat feature will soon provide interactive, research-integrated information about the vital role of the PKTF - Assembly Liaison. This role is essential in assisting all peacekeepers-including County Reeves, State Militia Commanders, and Continental Marshals-by designing and implementing interface strategies that connect all American State Assemblies. The system helps to bridge initial interactions between de jure and de facto Peacekeepers and Law Enforcement from a sturdy at-a-glance perspective, with a continued and more indepth focus on emergency services and logistics moving forward.
Supporting Group Efforts and Jurisdictional Collaboration
Over the next 12 months, the chat located along the lower left margin will facilitate combined efforts between Land and Sea Jurisdiction peacekeepers (CMS) and Assembly Liaisons at both State and County levels. Users will soon be able to access interactive search details for Reeves and State Assembly Militias, completing the experience and supporting a unified approach to peacekeeping services.
Designed for Accuracy and Efficiency
While the chat feature is engineered for accuracy, it is intentionally limited in the amount of detail it provides, ensuring users receive concise, reliable information. Once a dedicated CMS website is available, this chat tool may be repurposed for other interactive needs, reflecting the evolving priorities of the Peacekeeping Task Force.
Growing Interest from De Facto Agencies
Recent inquiries from de facto agencies at state and local levels have highlighted appreciation for automated features like this chat and other information tools provided by the Peacekeeping Task Force. These agencies value the ability to access honest, up-to-date information about the American States Assemblies and the Land and Soil Jurisdiction Federation for The United States of America (Unincorporated).
A Note of Thanks and a Call for Communication
We extend our gratitude to all current and future American de facto agencies for considering the Peacekeeping Task Force as a trusted source of information. Building solid, professional lines of communication across all sectors is essential to ensure genuine peacemaking and peacekeeping services for all Americans, their service subcontractors, and their property remain secure.
Let’s continue to strengthen our networks and work together for peace, safety, and the well-being of all.

Emergency Communication Network Proves Critical as Multi-State Response Mobilizes During Home Distress Incident
Yesterday’s Emergency: A Distress Call Sparks Rapid Multi-State Response
Yesterday at about 3:15 PM Eastern, there was a potentially serious emergency at the private home of an American State National. The use of their calibrated emergency communication radio device to make a distress call while being approached by a process server was shown to be highly useful on multiple levels.
To protect privacy and increase the effectiveness of future scenario-based preparedness, the precise time, location, and name of the lawful individual/s in distress at the time of the incident have been intentionally veiled in approximation.
Rapid Multi-State Activation
The distress call was instantly received by the APCMD Communication Center in Nevada and the Peacekeeping Task Force Central Office, both of which verified that the situation was live and not a drill. At least four separate states were monitoring the distress call actively as witnesses, confirming and supporting the importance of the event as it unfolded. Key emergency network developers within the same state were also online, operating as part of their own State Emergency Network and First Responder teams. Although still in their infancy, the team was ensuring that every aspect of the incident was observed and supported by recognized lawful personnel-in-training.
Real-Time Communication and Support
During the course of about 30 minutes, several radio communications took place.
Peacekeepers and network members gave real-time instruction, advice, reassurance, and safety directions to the homeowner - to include, but not limited to the important action of securing large, upset canines for the safety of everyone involved.
Immediately after the encounter was announced all audio communication was recorded by the participating State Dispatch center, providing a complete record of evidence and transparency for all parties concerned - no matter the ultimate purpose of the encounter.
This live, real-world exercise demonstrated the integral need for regular, scenario-based training exercises involving State Assembly Militia members in this type of situation.
The ability to instantaneously identify the specifics of an incident and provide accurate reporting of location was directly a product of sustained intent training in managing high-stress contact with de facto law enforcement and other worst-case scenarios - real or imagined.
Practice communications are essential to achieving the clarity, speed, and accuracy required in emergency events.
Without this preparation, there can be significant gaps in message transmission that can compromise both safety and response time.
Technology and Network Infrastructure
The emergency communication equipment, also approved and owned by the Federation Fiduciary Office, is designed for safe long-distance information flow, approved emergency geo-location tracking, and real-time evidence collection.
The equipment allows the rapid relay of critical information and is founded upon best practices in public safety and emergency response availableat this time, enabling all American State Assemblies and Union State Assemblies on the County level to have immediate access to sight and sound information emergency communication infrastructure technology.
This approach mirrors national standards for interoperability and reliability in emergency communications alongside all modern systems and digital applicatios, ensuring that even in high-stress or disaster scenarios, information flows seamlessly between agencies, offices and responders.
Transparency and Public Accountability
A full account of the incident, including the role the emergency communication network played, will appear in a special feature of the Peacekeeping Task Force blog in tbe future during every reported encounter.
This disclosure is made to inform the public of the availability and effectiveness of these emergency services and to advise agencies with potential bad-actors among them involved in questionable process serving practices that all such meetings are being observed and recorded for lawful analysis.
The Peacekeeping Task Force is committed to providing ongoing updates and detailed local peace-matters interaction information, further enhancing transparency and public trust.
Participation in The American Peacekeeping Communications Mobile Dispatch (APCMD) and PeaceBridgeNetwork (a fully Digital Network Networking Center) crucial to enhance emergency communications and logistical movement needs in any high-stress situation.
These networks enable quick dissemination of information, clarity in messaging, and coordinated response capacity, which can only be developed through continued participation and scenario-based training.
As emergencies and threats continually evolve, robust and well-coordinated communication systems become the foundation of community safety and resilience.
This recent event is a powerful reminder that readiness, technology, and cooperation can, and will do its part towards protecting American families and strengthen the principles of lawful and legal boundaries that will always exist between emergency responses.
The combined efforts of State Assembly Militia members, emergency network developers, and multi-state witnesses ensured that the situation was managed with professionalism, transparency, and a commitment to public safety.
