PKTF Follow-Up: The Importance of Accuracy, Transparency, and Collaboration

We are thankful to all who are available to present and want to encourage their skills in accurate content.


The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) would like to address recent misunderstandings and emphasize the critical importance of accuracy when sharing information about its mission, services, and role within the Federation. As a cornerstone of self-governance and peacekeeping advocacy, PKTF relies on clear communication to foster trust and collaboration across all State Assemblies.


Clarifying the "Reboot" and PKTF's Current Role


The term "reboot," as referenced in the February 24th article on this same BlogSpot, refers to a pivotal restructuring that took place in June 2023.

This process allowed PKTF to recalibrate its services in alignment with its Service Charter, ensuring that its operations are efficient, transparent, and effective. Since that time, PKTF has refined its training programs, advocacy efforts, and collaborative frameworks to near perfection. No current content published by The Peacekeeping Task Force since that one and only reboot, of which had recovered from faulty Directorate Leadership by someone who has not worked within PKTF for many years has been flagged for inaccuracies by the Federation Military Affairs Liaison or Federation Fiduciary Office.


It is important to note that PKTF is not currently undergoing another reboot, as some have very recently mistakenly, and carelessly suggested. The organization has been fully operational since mid-2023, providing essential peacekeeping training and advocacy for all State Assemblies—whether they are in the early stages of Assembly Militia development or have achieved full Standing and Seatment.


The Importance of Accuracy in Information Sharing


PKTF would like to stress the following points regarding the dissemination of accurate information:


Thorough Reading and Engagement: Readers are strongly encouraged to read all articles in their entirety to avoid misinterpretations or incomplete understandings. If any questions or concerns arise from the content, readers are welcome to engage in the comments section or reach out directly for clarification.


Accurate Presentations by State Speakers: PKTF thanks any State Speaker who have achieved Standing and Seatment for sharing their experiences with other Assemblies. However, it is vital that these presentations remain respectful, accurate, and productive - first and foremost being accurate.

Referring to published articles and training materials ensures that information shared during meetings or discussions is factual and constructive.


Proactive Communication: If presenters or Assembly members have questions about PKTF's role or services before an upcoming meeting or presentation, they are encouraged to reach out to PKTF-Assembly Liaisons or relevant committees under their Assembly Militia sub pillar for clarity. This proactive approach minimizes confusion and enhances collaboration.


Fairness Toward PKTF-Assembly Liaisons: PKTF recognizes the valuable contributions of Assembly Liaisons who have pursued training, vetting, and onboarding as American State Nationals - all of which is provided by PKTF. Assemblies are reminded to remain fair, balanced, and peaceful when addressing concerns about these volunteers. If an Assembly has a justifiable issue with a Liaison before, during, or after their onboarding—such as pending investigations or concluded disciplinary matters—it is essential to follow proper Due Process by submitting written evidence to PKTF for review. This ensures transparency and accountability while maintaining decorum within Assemblies.


Addressing Misinformation Trends: PKTF has observed patterns of misinformation stemming from individuals who may not have fully engaged with available resources or training materials. These inaccuracies can lead, and have already led to unnecessary setbacks for Assemblies working toward developing their Militia sub-pillars. To prevent this, PKTF remains committed to transparency by publishing accurate articles, maintaining open communication channels, and providing accessible training opportunities.


Support for Speakers and Other Qualified Presenters: PKTF welcomes written feedback from readers who feel compelled to monitor presentations such as State Speakers and other opportunities for international meetings with pending concerns. Future assistance will be provided to ensure that these presentations accurately reflect PKTF’s mission and services.


Lessons from Recent Meetings


The recent meeting with The Ohio Assembly Militia sub-pillar was highly productive overall, and of which highlighted areas where clarity is needed moving forward. While most questions were answered during the nearly two-hour session—supported by insights from the Federation Fiduciary—subsequent discussions revealed lingering misunderstandings about PKTF’s role.


To address this challenge:

A semi-annual Committee Synergetics Outline shared during this meeting will also be uploaded for reference.


Readers are encouraged to utilize these, and other relative resources as part of their own ongoing education about peacekeeping advocacy.


Moving Forward: A Call for Accuracy and Collaboration


PKTF emphasizes that proper Due Process must always be maintained within Assemblies when addressing internal issues or concerns about members seeking peacekeeping training or roles as Liaisons. Instances where important investigatory information has been withheld or misrepresented—whether intentionally or unintentionally by at least one Marshal-at-Arms Office—causing significantly unnecessary setbacks for it's own Assemblies’ Militia progress for many months. Such oversights undermine the peaceful and sovereign environment we strive to maintain.


To ensure continued progress:


PKTF will always remain forthcoming and transparent in all its activities.


Written concerns from readers regarding presentations or verbal/visual communications are appreciated and will be reviewed carefully.


Assistance will be provided to State Speakers seeking accurate information for their presentations when found necessary.

Peacekeeping Task Force Reaffirms Commitment to Due Process Amid Allegations of District Assembly Involvement

PKTF Denounces Unsubstantiated Claims, Highlights Rigorous Vetting Processes, and Calls for Evidence-Based Accountability to Protect Integrity and Lawful Governance


 The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) has released a detailed statement addressing ongoing allegations regarding its operations, particularly claims of involvement in "District Assembly" activities or improper training of individuals not aligned with Federation specifications. PKTF reaffirms its unwavering commitment to lawful governance, transparency, and adherence to Due Process while calling for accountability and evidence-based reporting from all peacekeepers.


Rejection of Allegations and Call for Evidence


PKTF categorically denies any involvement, direct or indirect, in perpetuating "District Assembly" activities or hybrid jurisdictional approaches. Any assertions to the contrary must be supported by formal written evidence.


Allegations from two states remain unsubstantiated due to the lack of detailed reports. PKTF requires Marshals-at-Arms to provide at least a supplemental report if a full investigation is not yet complete. Verbal claims alone are insufficient and may lead to unnecessary confusion or escalation.


Due Process and Avoidance of Slander


PKTF emphasizes that all peacekeepers must uphold the principles of Due Process. Any Marshal-at-Arms who reports concerns without first submitting at least a supplemental report must be prepared to verbally retract their claims if subsequent written reports fail to align with their initial assertions.


PKTF reminds all peacekeepers that slander, especially when documented in writing and leading to defamation of character, is a criminal offense. Such cases may be subject to investigation by a Jural Assembly if damages cannot be resolved through arbitration.


PKTF fully honors this approach to Due Process and expects the same standard from all American peacekeepers. Upholding fairness and accuracy is critical in maintaining trust within State Assemblies.


Handling False Assertions


If any claims are made asserting that PKTF is directly or indirectly involved in promoting "District Assembly" activities without written evidence or proof, PKTF will take immediate action. This includes requesting a course correction and retraction of such claims.


Should a State Assembly lack a functioning Ombudsman Service to address these concerns, PKTF will escalate the matter to the Fiduciary Office for guidance on potential claims of slander or defamation of character under false assertions.


Vetting Processes and Training Standards


PKTF employs a rigorous multi-layer vetting process for onboarding Assembly Liaisons. This includes thorough questioning designed to mitigate jurisdictional conflicts, ensure peaceful affirmations of service, and align candidates with full adherence to the Federation Blueprint and The Federation of States goal towards honorable restoration of such means.


Yearly training programs are provided to Assembly Liaisons to support lawful State Assembly Militia operations while fostering peaceful governance.


PKTF is committed to continuously enhancing its vetting strategies and exploring new methods for screening American State Nationals who seek roles within their State Assemblies.


Accountability Measures


Marshals-at-Arms are reminded of their fiduciary responsibility to conduct thorough investigations before making formal allegations. Interim reports are welcomed as supplemental documentation while investigations are ongoing.


Unsubstantiated verbal claims that result in slanderous accusations may lead to further investigations by Jural Assemblies if not resolved amicably through arbitration.


Commitment Moving Forward


PKTF remains steadfast in its mission to promote lawful self-governance while maintaining transparency, impartiality, and adherence to public law. The organization will continue refining its processes to ensure the integrity of its operations and the success of American State Assemblies under the Federation Blueprint. All peacekeepers are encouraged to uphold these principles by ensuring accuracy, fairness, and accountability in their actions and reporting.



Which Peacekeepers? Whose Peacekeepers?

 We will try to make this as simple and to the point as possible:


Which local and State Assembly peacekeepers do PKTF seek to collaborate with on an ongoing basis?


1) All County Reeve's (Sheriff's) and their counterparts - Municipal de facto County Sheriff's.

2) All County Deputy Continental Marshals, as well as their Postal Area Regional Chieftan and their counterparts - supervisory under the U.S. Marshals Service

3) State Assembly Militia Field Commanders and their counterparts - Regional Command under The National Guard Bureau.


> These three are all elected (Reeve's and Commanders) or appointed (Deputy Continental Marshals and Regional Chieftan) peacekeepers that are external to all Assembly functions. These peacekeepers maintain the peace OUTSIDE of their respective assemblies. And, if they do NOT maintain peace outside of their Assemblies, then larger issues may arise as a result.


While we do thoroughly recognize other peacekeeping roles INSIDE of the Assemblies, PKTF does NOT Evaluate, Educate, or Coordinate perpetual oversight communication efforts that would involve Validation or Training to Marshals-at-Arms or Ombudsman Services where these offices are concerned.

> These two are elected (Marshal-at-Arms) or appointed (Ombudsman) peacekeepers that are internal to all Assembly functions. These peacekeepers maintain the peace INSIDE of their respective assemblies WITHOUT Federation oversight. And, if they do NOT maintain peace inside of their Assemblies and seek to promote open, peaceful engagements with the general public of their General Assembly and supporting sub pillars, and with the Federation, then larger issues may arise as a result that might involve PKTF on some other level pertaining to any potential resolve due to accidental or otherwise purposeful breakdown in communication deriving elsewhere.


Although we do work with and always allow for multiple open lines of communication, and do offer baseline, surface level items that contribute to general education on general service functions, PKTF does NOT train, oversee, validate, or vet these (Marshal-at-Arms or Ombudsman) internal peacekeepers.


As well for PKTF - if its services do NOT maintain peaceful means between those services mentioned above that would comprise the balance of INTERNAL and EXTERNAL peacekeeping efforts based upon these sectors at the local and State level - also seeking to promote open dialog with the general public and with the Federation, then larger issues may arise.

Rest assured, PKTF will always strive to promote and keep this balance.

PKTF Reboot: Bridging Jurisdictions for a Harmonious Future

Editor's note: Portions of this article was originally published on June 7, 2023, and again during 2024. It will be showcased in the upcoming newsletter of The Quarterly Newsletter of Self-Governance and Peacebuilding, set to release on the first day of Spring 2025. This edition will feature many more interesting articles related to self-governance and community collaboration.

In a bold move to reinvigorate its mission, The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) has embarked on its second iteration of service, focusing on supporting local and state government service providers responsible for self-governance. This reboot comes after a period of internal restructuring, following the removal of its initial leadership for cause.

Established by the Federation, PKTF serves as a crucial advocate for the peaceful assembling of each State Assembly Militia, playing a vital role in the American State Assemblies' self-governing framework. The organization's primary objective is to construct collaborative bridges between de jure peacekeeping roles of elected officers from local and State sections and the de facto services that have assumed these responsibilities over time.

Perhaps no other initiative of the Federation has caused more controversy, and mainly, this is because the Peacekeeping Task Force is a new initiative, one that our government in former times never entertained. There is no historical precedent for the PKTF, and the name itself gives pause. A "Task Force" in military terms gives rise to thoughts of Special Operations, specific and targeted operations, requiring coordination across different branches of services, and often coordinating action by troops from multiple nations.

The Concept of Peacekeeping

What could "Peacekeeping" and "Task Force" - taken together - mean? These words and others related to the Peacekeeping Task Force are taken from Article 4208 of the Federation Archives. The article goes on to express that people encounter the joined concepts in situations requiring the occupation of a country by foreign militaries, but in this case, no foreign military is involved.

Peacekeeping means what it implies - the function of keeping communities at peace, safe from outlaws, marauders, gangs, and even guerrilla forces and organized crime cartels, maintaining order, providing assistance, and preparing for natural and manmade disasters.

Leadership

The Executive Director of PKTF, a former Continental Marshal, recently stepped down from his position as the Postal Area 4 Chief Continental Marshal and Adjunct to the Senior Chief Continental Marshal to lead the organization after years of honorable, voluntary service.

"Our mission is to ensure that the principles of self-governance are upheld while fostering cooperation between various jurisdictional entities," the Executive Director stated. "By stepping down from my previous roles, I can fully dedicate myself to PKTF's crucial work without any perceived conflicts."

Advocacy

PKTF, chartered by the Federation as a service provider, advocates for the safe development of each State Border Defense function across all local and State peacekeeping roles, both elected and appointed. This unique position allows PKTF to bridge the gap between different governance entities, facilitating communication and collaboration.

The organization faces several challenges in its renewed mission, including reestablishing trust with stakeholders, realigning its objectives with founding principles, and developing strategies for effective cross-jurisdictional collaboration. Despite these hurdles, PKTF remains committed to its goal of fostering peaceful assembly and effective self-governance.

The key focus for PKTF is the realm of honoring through lawful recognition of purposeful political status-correction, a somewhat complex process involving the reconciliation of required roles and responsibilities across various governance entities.

The Cooperation

As a practical matter, this means working together as neighbors, first and foremost - getting to know each other, assessing our own resources, and getting a handle on what we need to do to be able to help each other in an emergency in which there is no outside government or contracted armed force coming to "help" our own sovereign communities.

The Peacekeeping Task Force is doing a number of things simultaneously:

  1. Meeting and greeting and assessing preparedness for State and County peacemakers (i.e. Reeves/Sheriffs)
  2. Connecting State Assembly Militias to resources offered by other sovereign and Federation organizations
  3. Helping State Assemblies organize response teams and coordinate life-saving action across multiple jurisdictions

It's a big job that requires awareness of the laws and limitations of each jurisdiction and what it means to establish and run a "well-regulated" militia.

Together we can lawfully and peacefully plan for the security and protection of every community in America, come what may. There is no need for clandestine or dangerous "unregulated" activities that have led to "militias" having a bad name. Responsible sovereign men and women think and behave rationally and responsibly as lawful adults.

 The establishment of a State Assembly Militia Service Logo is essential for strengthening the presence and operational identity of each State Assembly under the Land and Soil Jurisdiction.


The above is merely an example of however your State Assembly Militia Service Logo might appear -

Current State Assembly Militia logos have been designed to be somewhat similar to its Land and Soil Jurisdiction, State Assembly Seal -

Other State Assembly Militia Service logos are shaped predominantly as their geographic State Border silhouette - 


This logo would serve as a symbol of lawful authority and peaceful coordination, especially in State Border Defense processes. Its placement on the reverse side of the Common Access Badge (CAB) for Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) - Assembly Liaisons is critical for verifying political status correction and supporting the advocacy of American State Nationals and Citizens.


Key Points Supporting the Need for a Logo:


Operational Identity and Coordination:

The logo would provide a unified visual identity for Assembly Militia members, facilitating recognition by local and state law enforcement.


It ensures smooth onboarding of PKTF - Assembly Liaisons, avoiding delays caused by the absence of such a logo.


Verification and Training:

The CAB, with the logo on its reverse side, will further assist with confirming political status corrections via the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) database.


This system will also validate periodic law enforcement education and training for PKTF personnel.


Support for State Assemblies:

States like California and North Carolina in particular currently face current catastrophic weather recovery challenges, whereby creating their own Land and Soil Jurisdiction, State Assembly Militia Service Logo will be of particular assistance once it is been created and published.


Encouragement to State Militia Commanders:

Militia Commanders are urged to collaborate with their Education Committees or Service Design subcommittees to expedite the creation of their logos when time permits.


This proactive step would enhance lawful and peaceful border defense recognition across jurisdictions as well as helping to add the highest level of legitimacy for each PKTF - Assembly Liaison upon each State.


Interim Solutions:


For Executive and Deputy Directors within PKTF, a Directors Organizational Service Provider Logo will suffice on their CABs. This flexibility ensures continued functionality while individual State Assemblies work toward logo development.


By taking these measures, State Assemblies can foster greater collaboration, streamline operations, and affirm their commitment to lawful governance under the Land and Soil Jurisdiction.
