State Assembly Functions and PKTF's County-Level Peacekeeping Initiative

The Four Pillars of State Assembly functions play distinct roles in maintaining lawful self-governance.

From the State General Assembly down to the State Assembly Militia sub-pillar, each level serves a unique purpose. However, it's crucial to understand that The Peacekeeping Task Force's (PKTF) county-level peacekeeping outreach initiative operates independently from these established structures.

State Assembly Functions vs. PKTF Initiative

The PKTF's county-level peacekeeping custom design logo initiative is not directly associated with or managed by the State General Assembly or any County Assembly function. This outreach effort is exclusively provided by PKTF for The United States of America (Unincorporated) and is open to individuals of any jurisdictional or political status.

Benefits for State-Elected Marshals-at-Arms

State-elected Marshals-at-Arms can take comfort in knowing that PKTF is fostering gradual, non-invasive methods of peacekeeping outreach. This approach helps build awareness without interfering with established State Assembly functions.

Promoting Local Governance and Self-Determination

The PKTF initiative encourages individuals to embrace self-governance, the concept of "last man standing," and conscious self-determination. It aims to support the establishment of current and future County Assemblies on Land and Soil Jurisdiction.

Jurisdictional Distinctions and Collaboration

PKTF is designed to garner support and collaboration at the local level, promoting clear distinctions between jurisdictions while encouraging mutual respect and support. This effort complements the State Border Defense and Defense Forces by raising public awareness of the need for local peacekeeping.

Addressing Potential Concerns

If any issues arise from PKTF's county-level promotion that affects the office of state-elected Marshal-at-Arms, these concerns should be addressed through proper channels. This includes reporting to the Federation-sponsored State General Assembly coordinator via a Federation Criminal Incident Report or an escalated Ombuds Mediation Request.

Optimism for Increased Visibility

PKTF is optimistic about this initiative's potential to increase visibility for American Counties where American Common Law and Superior Concurrent General Jurisdiction are practiced. The goal is to expand awareness of one State and one County at a time, gradually building a network of informed and engaged communities.

Grassroots Engagement and Collaborative Support

This clever initiative helps promote lawful peacekeeping by allowing men and women to support and use this initiative within their own local county environment. Participants can choose to assist, support, or work in cooperation with fellow statesmen at the State Assembly level, creating a network of like-minded individuals committed to peaceful coexistence.

Preparatory Function and Inclusive Participation

This proactive approach can greatly assist each State, as well as each current and future County Assembly with their own General Assembly where the Marshal-at-Arms and Sergeant-at-Arms will work. It's an early way of offering assistance by interested men and women of any jurisdictional limitation, helping to prime each Assembly peacekeeper and provide better peace of mind while attempting to keep Assembly members safer during internal meetings or decorum safety when meeting during Assembly functions.

Educational Opportunity and Non Intrusive Approach

By raising gentle awareness and healthy curiosity, the initiative helps people learn about American Common Law and the importance of peaceful coexistence, potentially improving the quality of life for all involved. As an exclusive PKTF outreach campaign, it operates outside of official State or County Assembly functions, allowing flexible participation without interfering with established structures.

Addressing Concerns and Emphasizing Benefits

Any Marshal-at-Arms, especially at the State level, expressing issues with this exclusive outreach effort should gather their fact-based items of concern through the proper challenge mentioned above.

It's important to keep in mind that this is an exclusive PKTF outreach campaign that anyone can choose to support, participate in, and use for any lawful and peaceful means outside of their State or County Assembly.

It is only meant to help bring gentle awareness and a healthy dose of curiosity to anyone who may happen to see and inquire further about what American Common Law and peaceful coexistence mean and how nurturing such concepts can greatly improve the quality of life for everyone involved.

By promoting this initiative, PKTF is helping to create a foundation of informed, engaged citizens who understand the principles of American Common Law and peaceful coexistence. This grassroots approach to peacekeeping awareness has the potential to strengthen communities and support the work of official Assembly peacekeepers in a non-intrusive and positive manner.

Making Strides with Fostering State-wide, State Guard, (Reserve Militia) Interface Discussion

The Peacekeeping Task Force (PKTF) is actively expanding its outreach efforts for 2024/25 and beyond regarding the State Assembly Militia sub-pillar and State Border Defense initiatives for all American State Assemblies.

As part of this effort, PKTF is engaging with experts and thought leaders to foster discussions on the nature and role of State Guards, particularly highlighting the distinctions between State Guards and National Guards. These conversations aim to clarify the unique position and responsibilities of State Guards within the framework of state sovereignty and border protection.

The link below will take you to a humble team of folks who have been working for quite a while at garnering attention to who and what a State Defense Force is, and why it is Constitutionally vital by way of Federal agreement for all American nation states to have its own State Guard as opposed to an adjacent, stand-alone National Guard absent of the State Guard.
